Cons: - Took a bit to get it to turn on… something with the power button maybe?

Pros: - 120hz - crazy vibrant colours- Tilts and swivels easily- No tools required to attach the monitor to the base.- Remote thingy for switching settings at the push of a button.
Comment:
Up till now I've been using cheap monitors that didn't do my graphics cards justice. And apparently the desktop image that I've been using for years had stars and I didn't even know that until I plugged this monitor in.But the best part is my games have never looked so good... I might just have to start over and put another 300 hours into Skyrim.

Cons: Monitor had dust on the screen upon unboxingNoticed Two small scratches on the top of the frame

Pros: - The 120hz is absolutely amazing- Super blazing response times- Adjustable stand and rotation are a bonus
Comment:
This is my first gaming monitor that I've ever purchased and is definitely one of the best purchases I've made in awhile! I used tftcentral for the cc profiles since I don't have any professional equipment to calibrate the monitor. The colors are comparable to my u2312hm and most people won't even notice the difference anyways. I can't get over the fluidity and difference this monitor makes while gaming!! It's absolutely insane:)Very responsive, quick and has made me better overall, LOL. I do have some minor issues that I might address...I noticed 2 scratches on the top of the frame of the monitor and believe it or not...dust all over the screen....which was kind of a turn off.I'm an OCD type of guy and when I purchase something brand new I expect it to be in MINT condition. This really breaks my heart considering the fact the monitor has NO DEAD pixels whatsoever. I think I will contact NCIX at some point to get an exchange going otherwise I am pleased with the performance of this monitor.Hope to get this sorted out either later today or sometime this weekend.I highly recommend this monitor to those who are in doubt! Gaming on 120hz is absolutely amazing!

Cons: Can't program connection ports into the profile buttons to easily switch between devices such as Satellite receiver or a gaming console

Pros: speedy pixel response, wealth of connectivity options, lots of customizable gaming modes, 120Hz refresh rate, 3 button profile switch, attractive black/red design, headphone hook, wall mountable, fully adjustable, matte anti-glare screen coating, no obvious blurring or ghosting during game play, displays rich and beautiful colors.

This is by far the best monitor I have ever had the pleasure of owning. I can't see myself ever buying any other brand/model as long as this one is on the market.

Cons: I don't want to leave my computer now!!!

Pros: 1. First person shooters games are amazingly smooth. I noticed the 120 fps refresh rate the second I moved around. I have been playing first person shooters for over 14 years however I have been using 60 hertz monitors. The second I entered a server on the Benq XL2420T monitor I noticed a difference in my accuracy.2. The ability to customize. You can change the aspect ratio with a click of a button. Black equalizer is superb.3. Fully rotational monitor. You can lift it up & down, turn it left & right, tilt the angle up or down, and rotate it clockwise/counterclockwise.
Comment:
I've talked to dozens of people who have used this monitor and they spoke very highly of it. I always questioned if the myth on how people can't see 120 frames a second. Well once I got my hands on the Benq XL2420T monitor I realized that the myth is 100% reality. I instantly noticed a difference from the 60 hertz. It is worth every penny! I highly recommend this monitor to any gamer out there , casual or professional, who wants an advantage against their opponents in games.

If you're like me you do your research before making a purchase, here are some main points.First, if you're wondering about whether to go with a 24 inch or 27 inch, stick with 24 inch unless you can afford the 500+ for a quality 27 inch with the higher resolutions. This was the toughest choice I had to make, and even though I sit 2 feet from my monitor, the size is perfect. The response time is above market average and it is spectacular. With 120hz and a graphics card to maintain it (I run a GTX 690) and of course games that support that hz (as some don't) you will notice a fluidity and clarity even in the most intense action.Contrast / brightness, when properly calibrated, this monitor is rated at excellent and again, it is spectacular.Colors are bright and the picture is sharp, your old games will have new life with this monitor.I never saw this anywhere before I got it, the little control remote attaches itself to either side of the stand with a magnet and its really cool, seriously awesome and convenient feature. To calibrate your monitor make sure your nvidia desktop color settings are set to "use nvidia settings" and on default values:brightness, contrast and digital vibrance 50%, gamma 1.0 and hue 0. Go to http://www.photofriday.com/calibrate.php and calibrate your contrast / brightness and save that as your default setting (button 1) for perfect image quality, then go ahead and play with everything and set a couple alternative game settings for button 2 and 3.The bottom line, this monitor delivers a crisp, vibrant, smooth, spectacular picture that really opens up the visual experience that graphics cards are able to pump out, well worth the money.

Cons: glasses not included in this model the TX has it included, but if you buy it apart you save.default blues are a little bright but can be corrected with lower saturation

Pros: 120htz(important for gaming)2ms grey 5ms grey to blackincludes dual link cable (full cable not converter) and all connectionsmanual remote that stores 3 settings, manual up scaling instead of hardware for up scaling 4,33d ready, glasses you ned to buy for this model
Comment:
After returning another monitor at a retail store, I decided to go online and after reviewing response times i went with the Benq monitor, g2g is 2ms, and g2b is 5ms, running tests i had no ghosting or screen bleed, where crysis 2 which has heavy black to white environments has perfect picture. The monitor supports dual link dvi (a requirement to run 120htz!) this is important for gamers as you wont have transition problems and have a fluid motion of movement, HDMI only supports 60mtz so so you will have signal delay. do not be confused thinking HDMI is the highest cable, as dual link digital cable supports higher memory standards.120 hrtz is important because moving objeccts wont suffer from shuddering, or information lag,out of the box i was happy with the packing job, all the parts are covered from scratches, it comes with its own remote for fast changing, it also supports manual up-scaling for lower resolutions or 4.3 environments, and you can save the setting so you can change in and out to diff standards. Out of the box its preset to gamer mode, and really you shouldn't change this unless you are into photo editing and need to change the tones. I did find i hate to turn down the saturation by 10 percent and brightness, as the blues uncorrected were a bit to bright. As of writing this the new Benq gaming line is out, but its performance has been negative so decided to get a older model ( its not old just the first review of it is 2011, the manufacturer date of my monitor was end of FEB 2012, so in terms of storage not long at all.Gaming wise, NO GHOSTING at 120htz running 16.9 1910x 1090 standard for 24 inch.the monitors greatest feature is, moves up and down left and right! and comes with usb and every input you can imagine, no speakers but its a gamer line not a multimedia hack.3d ready, you can pick up Benq 3d glasses for about 100 savings, if you dont buy the 500+ version of the same model.gaming it preforms great, works out of the box, as I said tune colors a bit as its factory defaults are a little high.in the end solid monitor, after a week going threw reviews and seeing this for myself, the price with worth it, because you get what you pay for and this is worth your money, nothing about this monitor feels general consumer but made for gamers in mind.I hope you read this and find it helpful, my main fear is you get the newer model thats poorer performance wise instead of a solid technology,

You get a lot of bang for your buck in terms of performance, settings options, ergonomic adjustability, and connectivity ports. Its viewing angle performance could be better, but it's not stopping me from making this my new main monitor.

Cons: •OSD (On Screen Display) is slightly limited when using Dual-DVI cable and 3d if you would consider this a con. HDMI seems to have more options available for calibration.•Even with lightboost screen is slightly dark, but still very playable!

Pros: •Awesome 120HZ•Awesome 3d display•24" is the perfect size for 1920x1080•Read the summary below!•Going from 60Hz to 120Hz will blow your mind
Comment:
Going from a 32" Samsung hdtv 60Hz 1920*1080 to this is a ridiculous upgrade. Right away my first thoughts were, this was totally worth it! I also bought 3d nvid kit 2.0 which was $20 off aswell... I cannot believe how awesome 3d is with this monitor! Sure it was $600 in total but I know it has just breathed new life into dusty games! Not to mention everything is soooo smooth! I paid $900 for my hdtv when it came out 4 years ago, this is sooo much better. I like the fact that I can see the whole screen without having to look around. I have been waiting quite some time to purchase a 120Hz-3d capable display and cannot believe how impressed I am with the quality. I did the weighing and deciding, and after mulling over a triple display setup, the Asus vgh287h with it's Oval backlight issue, and the acer 27" without lightboost(that apparently will only last a year before cacking out) I chose this display! Man I am one happy customer!! Before trying 3d I played Saints Row the 3rd u 120hz it was so crisp and smooth...With max'd out settings even my g/f was impressed! Playing StarCraft2 was almost like playing with little figurines IN a screen, quite cool. My bro was particularly impressed with his first time playing StarCraft2, and in 3d to boot! Skyrim looks absolutely phenomenal aside from the stars but who cares when there's a whole 3d world to roam around in!? I am yet to try BF3 or Crysis 2 or Diablo 3 Beta but I already know my mind will be blown. I have been waiting for this upgrade for a long time, as my PC is beast, I now have something more to feast my beedies upon. Thx NCIX for next day delivery I ordered it 1pmish on Thursday and received my package by 3pm Friday. They are in Vancouver and I am in Manitoba, I was honestly expecting it to come on Monday but you made my day off from work a alot better! (I had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday :P) If you have a gtx 500 series gpu, or better yet any nvid setup with sli fro mwithin the last 2 years, I highly recommend this monitor and 3d vision kit! In 3d Vision my PC works less to produce more somehow, it's awesome. Now my bro wants one! Cons: Should be 27", that woudl be awesome!

Pros: Extremely enhanced monitor with LED backlit, multiple ports of input display, FPS pro gaming monkiter
Comment:
I bought this after I had such great experience with my first 120hz gaming monitor; however I had a much more ‘enhanced’ experience with this monitor. I did my research before buying the XL2420T and realized that this was the monitor to get if you were very for professional FPS gaming and that was what I wanted. The movements that you’re able to move the monitor, such as the left and right swivel and also vertical movements are absolutely amazingly brilliant. This monitor is also true24 inch display so therefore you’ll get a really big display for a nice price. Another cool feature is that this monitor has fast changing pre-saved settings which allow you to change the onboard settings with a finger movement, without going through the OSD so you can do it instantly while gaming. Also they have dual hdmi ports so that you won’t have to worry about having limited input ports. And finally they also have plenty of other really cool features such as picture by picture and picture scaling features that greatly improve the gaming experience.
