Cons: Zotac support and drivers are hit and miss.

Pros: Small, quiet

I bought this to replace my power hungry gaming rig for general use computing. I installed 8GB of DDR3-1333, a Crucial M4 128GB SSD, and Windows 7 64 bit. I flashed to the latest BIOS and installed chipset drivers from AMD as the Zotac ones from their global website didn't work for some odd reason. Same goes for the wireless LAN and Bluetooth drivers even from the included DVD. I ended up tracking down the WLAN driver through a Chinese website by using a hardware identifier program and the chipset model. Haven't found a working BT driver though. Not a deal breaker since I don't use Bluetooth. With tons of system ram to spare, I set the frame buffer to 2GB in the BIOS which seems to be the solution to reduce stutter during video playback. Lots of ram and an SSD really help this little unit but the CPU will still max out at times and the system stutters or freezes for a second. I knew it wasn't a powerhouse but it still works fine for web surfing & YouTube, Libre Office, watching videos (720p anime on VLC player and 2GB frame buffer), uTorrent, etc. Haven't tried any games yet but I'm pretty sure it won't handle anything too modern.

Perfect for my use, I bought it for a HTPC but haven't hooked it up yet, I am upgrading my TV shortly to take HDMI but currently just screwed it to the back of an extra monitor for now. Put in an Intel SSD and 8 GB ram and loaded Win7 Ultimate, hooked up a WD Passport drive and haven't had any issues. I haven't tried the remote. It is dead quiet, before starting the review I put my ear to the case to make sure the fan was actually working. Under load it puts out a bit of heat out the top vents but nothing alarming and I think I saw fan profiles in the bios. Quiet even under load. I'm very satisfied with it.

Cons: Not powerful enough to replace a real computer.

Pros: Very Small and efficient.
Comment:
Used as a HTPC and running XBMC. It's a bit slow and tops out with 720p .mkv files (1080p files stutter on playback)XBMC runs well but can get a bit choppy when scrolling through thumbnails quickly.
