Works quite nicely.Installed promptly with Ubuntu ten.10, whichis the newest version of this Linux distro. none An older version of Ubuntu Linux would notinstall the adapter, nevertheless Ubuntu ten.10works actually nicely with the Zonet. At least that ismy expertise with it. |

Really very good signal reception, I never have a problem connecting to my router (located 1 floor above). No hassle installation on Windows XP. None it just performs excellent for what I use it for. If I had a single real complaint it would be that it could look nicer, but right after obtaining it for awhile now I don't genuinely mind how it looks anymore. This is an superb item. I've had it since 2006 and it has been running fine with no troubles for a number of years now. Granted the Computer its connected to is not on 24ǝ, but It hasnt offered me any challenges via a number of rebuilds as well as a few unique desktop configurations. |

Excellent value, rapid delivery, easy setup and zero challenges. Nice unit and fantastic cost point for a wireless usb solution. Being capable to place the unit and direct the antenna is beneficial for reception, although it seems to pull a strong signal from my base station 40 feet away with ease. the incorporated usb cable is short as other people mention, but no large challenge as the included cable ought to prove ample for most users desires. |

Functions incredibly nicely the variety is really good i have not gotten any interuptions in signal or problem with drop packets with it. none so far great if on a budget or if you require a swift connection from one finish of the house tothe other. |

functions properly with new computers much less than 1 yr old... if you have some older computer systems then you may possibly be wasting money if you want this for low-cost wireless on systems it works with, it performs quite well |

Didn't get a opportunity to expertise the positives :-( This adapter was dead out of the box. The drivers installed but the radio would fail to commence, creating an error message. I tested the adapter with both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows 7 without having success. Although it looks like the adapter operates for most individuals, it does feel cheaply manufactured and, likely, has higher DOA price. |

Zonet is completely amazing! This is my second Zonet, and the 1st 1 is nonetheless going sturdy, as well, even immediately after three.5 years. Other folks that are top brands have come and gone, but these Zonets are still standing and have regularly outperformed the other people in speed and stability (while the other people were still working, that is). At half the price. Go figure... Type of a cheesy name, but I guess it complements my TrendNet wireless router. No bragging rights with this setup, outside of the reality that it JUST Functions! I'm not actually a tightwad... |

Performs excellent. Necessary a new wireless adapter for my 802.11G router and purchased it cause it was cheap. Straightforward installation and has added function of becoming an access point itself. Have not tried the access point part, but it has been strong as the adapter. Bought a second 1 when putting up a little server where I could not wire. USB cord is a small brief, only about 3.5 feet so you are limited where you can put it. Cord need to be six ft lengthy. |

Small, light, fantastic length of cord for the device. Working with it with server 2008. No ill troubles with it. Low-cost. none My wireless router is at the other finish of my home, in the basement. The signal goes via the floor, some ducting, and a couple of walls. By no means had trouble with this device. Now, not to get hopes to high, my signal strength is not 100% but excellent adequate for browsing and hulu. On-line games, not so much. |

I keep a few of these on hand, use 1 myself, and have installed them for various clients. They execute as well or superior than much more costly brand name competitors merchandise. Would prefer a normal rather than mini-usb connection, but a cable is integrated and that's a minor challenge. |

The cord has a decent length to it, so you could move the device up greater or in a much more open spot to get superior reception. Can't think of any cons. Great product. Does exactly what I required it to do. I hooked it up to an XP desktop computer system, and utilised the CD to install the driver only, and I was able to connect to my Linksys WRT54G with no troubles. Primarily based on the picture, I thought the device would be a bit huge, but it's essentially a lot smaller than what it appears like in the picture. |

Doesn't get FM radio. three.75" length, two" wide...I've got this adapter running an adhoc network to provide net access for the rest of the household computers(WPA2-PSK)..I generally have a full strength connection. Be sure during computer software setup to inform it to use the Rainlink suite to manage the wireless connection. This will give you access to the higher functions of the adapter(WPA2-PSK, access lists(via MAC addy)...and so on) |

Low-cost, modest form aspect. Does not like to connect to N networks employing WPA-PSK from a Windows 7 OS ࿀ or 64). If you manual force it to recognized the WPA-PSK protocol then it operates for a couple of hours or till the next reboot. I would not recommend this if your time is worth something. I'm embarrassed that I got sucked into acquiring this product! I'm mainly embarrassed for Zonet.
