Cons: hot realy hot way to hotRMA the card once got buzzing from the card only in games though. oddly the next one did it too. but it livable oddly seem it common with evga. do a google search.

Overall I feel this is a great card. Runs well and does what its suppose to do. However when its running games that are more graphically demanding, it tends to get hot. I ran this on 3dmark11 and it scored around 5500 with a temp of 90c. I was under the impression that this would run a lot cooler. |

Cons: If you are going to spend this kind of money, go for the 580. I wish I had.

This card is AWESOME. Every game I play I turn to the highest setting without even worrying about the heat, the performance, anything. With 2.5 gigs of RAM I can throw anything at this card. I would gladly buy it again. It'w completely worth the price. I'm so glad NCIX had it. It was not available on Newegg canada or US for the longest time. |

In terms of the performance, it is great. I have two of these in SLI and for most games it is very close in performance to my SLI MSI Lightning Xtreme 580's. I use these with a Samsung 305T 2560X1600 screen with two 1920X1080's on the side and I never have any performance issues... they even run Metro 2033 pretty well. My one beef is the high-pitched whine I get when they are under full load. I wasn't going to take a star off for this but it seems to be getting worse now... although, truth be told, I am very sensitive to high-pitched noises. |

Pros: Quiet, Runs Cool, Excellent Value, 3D and High Res work flawlessly. Comment:
I have been playing every game with Nvidia 3D Vision high settings including Batman Arkham City that is included with the card (Amazing...you need to try it). Idle 32c topped out at 38c. Decided to get one now and a second if needed (I don't think I need a 2nd). GTX 580 3GB is nice but just too much $ for me. oddly evga didnt follow the blow the air out the back of the pc with this card they added holes along the side of the card probly because it would burn out if they didnt because of evga cheap cooling option after putting a custom cooling on this http://ncix.com/products/?sku=63764&vpn=DCACO-V540000-BL&manufacture=Arctic%20Cooling i found it probly been better to go with another brand for the same price and get out of the box cool card. this will be my last evga product. even though i rated it 3 stars because it runs games so great.
