Cons: Not faster than onboard graphics chip (ATi Radeon express 200)Fan started making noises within a month and died after 6 months.EVGA will not pay for the return shipping and would not let you know how they're going to return (USPS or courier, the sticking point is, who's paying for the customs) it to Canadian address.
Pros: Works in old PCI slot.Fits into small form factor (half height) computer case.No heat and electrical problem. |

Got this for a customer needing a card to run a older game that wouldn't run on the on board, it does its job, great card for office, and super light gaming (barely manages playable frame rates on older games, but thats expected for PCI)Overall good value |

Pros: Does its job. Was easy to setup. EVGA provides a limited lifetime warranty with product registration within 30 days of purchase. Comment:
I needed a PCI based video card that would support DVI-D output in order to get a dual LCD monitor setup (via AGP and PCI) going on an older PC. This card was able to meet my requirements nicely. Overall a very good option if you need to have a temporary video card that will work in any system while you troubleshoot or setup things. |

I was looking for a cheap, low profile video card that had an s-video output for an older micro atx box. This one works great. The fan is a bit loud but for the price this was the perfect solution. |

Pros: Cheap, Works as a good replacement for failed onboard video, Runs off the PCI Bus which everyone has. Comment:
A bunch of these were bought as backup's at my work for replacing failed onboard video options. This works on the PCI interface which is rare these days but perfect for people who are looking for a business solution. This is not a good choice for any modern gamer obviously. It does it's job so it has my approval especially at under $40. |
It should only be considered as an onboard graphics chip replacement. Do not expect any improvement to your machine's graphics rendering capability.If this is the only solution to you, order extra fans and count them into your budget. Be prepared to swap the fan out when it starts to make noise.Why I give 3 stars to a disappointing product?1 star for it actually works in a small case without electrical and heat problem.1 star for it worked in a duration of 6 months.1 star for EVGA's customer service answering emails promptly and politely.I have ultra low expectation and make sure you do the same and you won't be disappointed.
