This RAM is low-price, high-performance stuff...and the blue heatsink just looks darn awesome. Simple to install, recognized suitable off the bat, autocalc for timings created points a breeze. Finicky with regards to case cleanliness, even moreso than your average RAM - the slightest mote of dust between the connections will cause main graphical glitches. Make positive you use a can or two of compressed air before install, regardless of how clean you think the case is. It's not difficult to uncover inexpensive electronics equipment, but cheap Superior top quality electronic equipment is a considerably rarer sort of animal. |

So far I have 10gigs of this stuff in two separate builds. Often functions, never have any problems with mobo recognizing it. Can simply be overclocked too. I've in no way had any stability problems with any of the sticks. None A good purchase for the older DDR2 builds. |

worked great out of box, in two unique mobo.M2n-e asus,and a XFX 750a sli nvidia,on the XFX board windows rating went from a 4.6 to 6.9 memory,i HAVE never ever gotten anything poor from new egg none so far i HAVE! never ever gotten something bad from new egg(guess just lucky like that or new egg rocks.)i dont know why i search and analysis and freak out for days everytime i want to upgrade,you see horror stories in evaluations,but again i say thanks new egg for hassle totally free shopping |

Ran memtest on all 4 sticks, they passed, Gigabyte GA-P34-DS3L principal board, all memory settings auto. None ..yet test fine. Came fast, DHL then to standard mail box in plastic blister packs two to a pack, both had been in one medium size normal padded mailer, no harm. |

The look and feel are quite high top quality. They snapped proper in and BIOS is showing them at five-5-5-15 @ 1.8v. I have 32-bit Vista and it recognizes three.three GB... perfect! Ran Memtest 24 hours- no errors. Cost has gotten a little far more reasonable. Had to RMA the first pair- Memtest found a couple of errors within a couple passes. Turnaround time was 10 days, but it was still worth the wait. 1 poor review stated: "If your motherboard support states : *Double-sided DIMMs with x16 organization are not supported*, then this memory will not function in your motherboard. Well, my Intel D945GCL mobo says the identical thing, and they're working just fine. My machine is a Gateway GT5404. Even if your board maxes at DDR2 667 and runs 32bit os like mine, I would still go for this ram. First, DDR2 667 is the similar cost as DDR2 800. Secondly, in a 32 bit OS, I'll take three.3Gbs running dual-channel over 3GBs ƒgbƯgb) in single channel any day. Also take into account that you may use this ram in your next personal computer which may possibly be 64 bit and run at the greater speed of 800Mhz, and you'll already have very good ram for it! |

Had previously bought a-information memory for this pc and two others and have never had a issue. 5 eggs for the memory, for shipping and delivery Enjoy the memory but... (see below) Newegg and UPS was as slow as a sloth on downers finding the package shipped and delivered Ordered early (east coast time) on the 27th and paid additional for the guaranteed three day shipping, took pretty much 47 hours for the memory to be shipped (i know within the 24-48 hours) the UPS held the package in NJ for practically 24 hours, and initially had it to be delivered on Thurs, changed their mind and I didn't get until Monday...paid for three day shipping and got a week later...grrr |
Very good efficiency, extremely stable, exceptional cost None This was the initially time I ever bought A-Data RAM. I've observed the name around for a whilst, just by no means bought it.
