The first one came in with bent pins ... but knowing the great support of TigerDirect, I was able to get it exchanged with no problems. The CPU works for me and I like it. Nothing to really say. See if it's what you need.

got this in a bare bones a year ago and I have to admit, it got me hooked to AMD. It seems so much faster than an Intel CPU clocked at the same speed. It runs Windows 7 even better than XP. It's great for mid end games like Sim city 4 and Sim City societies. It even runs portal very well and quickly with only 2 gb's of ram. I would recomend this to anyone that is a student, works in the office, and is a tight budget gamer. It's also pretty easy to over clock but if you mess up its temp dwill keep rising no matter how good your cooling is, but it is already perfect factory clocked and idles at room temp. Get this CPU.
