Plugs in quickly into the four cable from the psu. You can then attach it to the 8 pin socket on the mobo. Operating superior so far. None I can think of at the moment.

I was quite content with this adapter. Finally soon after getting my laptop project being used as a table for a couple of months, I could use my personal computer as a personal computer. Also sleeved, so it looks really clean in my Lian-Li. None so far. I kind of wished it could have made my breakfast, but I guess I can do that myself. Does what its supposed to do

Works precisely as it need to. Utilised this low cost alternative to buying a far more pricey PSU in my father's PC soon after I gave him my Intel Extreme Series D975XBX motherboard.Just so all know, this is an adapter to change the 4-pin CPU power cable on a PSU to fit the 8-pin CPU plug on higher finish motherboards.This is not a converter for graphic card energy plugs. I purchased this for my program because it wasn't turning on when i was only working with a four pin, and I assumed that this was the dilemma with my program, but it turns out that my mobo is dead..... lol my mistake, but at least this does what it is supposed to. none

I bought this simply because i had and old psu sitting about that i was going to use in a new build. It only had a 4 pin and te board needed an 8 pin. It works as described and some nicely packaged. The cabling is solid and seems built with very good supplies. none however.
