Comments: I bought this PSU about a year ago and had to replace it about two months ago. A single day, it just flashed the lights on my case and it was completed. I checked for burn marks, due to the fact it had been storming, but there had been none. Also, my monitor, speakers, and satelite reciever were on the similar surge protector, they were all fine. My buddy had one that quit about two weeks prior to mine did. I would NOT advise this PSU to any person.

I built my Computer in June of ཀ and frequently would not turn off my Pc for weeks at a time. I've by no means had an problem with it till a lightning strike 2 days ago. Lengthy case. Induced a conflict with the leading case fan. I'd make sure the dimensions will fit your Pc case.

Well this has about every little thing and a lot more has lots of 4 pin connectors and the green mesh looks wonderful in my case stands out and looks nice the fan speed adjuster is neat as properly while it can get loud if you had been to turn it to complete energy none that i can feel of positive looks fairly, only 500watts but worth the price

Comments: I like this psu and it looks brilliant in my case, plus it fits my color scheme perfectly. Sadly, 1 of the fans that came with it was dead as soon as I got it. It lights up beautifuly, but it doesnt spin at all. I attempted every thing to make it spin but I believe the fan motor is just dead. I'm just going to open this baby up and slap a generic fan in there now that the warrient is gone/

Effectively packaged. A lot of connectors that I'll under no circumstances use. Powers anything in my case so far... although admittedly that isn't a lot. The two fans add airflow and blue ambience to my acrylic case. two SATA energy connectors. No SLI energy connectors... even though I'm using a 7600gt so that's not a issue for me. Only had it for a couple of days, but not a single hiccup. I did have to set up it upside down in my case nonetheless... wouldn't fit the "normal" way.

Purchased October 2003, failed in June 2007 immediately after near-continual use. The interior fan began to seize up, causing the PSU to reset. 3.five years isn't as well bad for a power provide. I know how to fix stuff like this, so I just wired in a new fan and it's back up and running perfectly.Looks fantastic, operates good, and the bang for the buck is quite high. It's not subtle. If you've got the fans turned all the way up there won't be any doubt as to no matter whether there's a computer system running nearby. I wouldn't say it's "loud", but it undoubtedly tends to make it's presence known.Me, I like a computer system that sounds like a jet taxiing but I can appreciate silence as properly. This isn't a high-grade PSU, but as long as you don't treat it like a single you shouldn't have any problems. The construction is solid, excellent attention to detail, and a great presentation. I very good workhorse of a PSU.

This was the original power supply that was in my situation. I had to replace the original power provide that was in my situation with a less costly power provide. Then the less costly power supply just died on me so I decided to give this an additional try. Also rebate offer assisted my choice creating. I just hope this last me till I construct my new i7 beast.

Comments: Wonderful Power Provide!! functions 100%, just upgraded from a 300w to this 500w!! I really like the Clear top, the two blue 80mm led fans that lights it up inside incredibly nicely, the adjustable speed manage, and the green UV sleeving looks awsome in my side window, with a different 80mm blue led giving the green UV sleeving a good glow! Every PS ought to have that in my opinoin, in certain in future they all will.. Substantially superior then looking at individuals ugly red yellow and black wires.. Good lighting, lengthy cables, very good output. Upside down!! The clear portion fits downward, not up (if common). Images somewhat deceiving. I bought this for my son's acrylic construct. I was surprised to uncover that the clear component goes down (if regular), despite the images generating it appear like the unit fits upward.

This is a excellent energy provide that has lasted six and a half years in a home built Computer! I built my Pc the spring of 2003! This power provide survived for three years on the California brown-out energy process and has been continually employed with no a lot of power down time. I'm a firm believer of leaving you Pc on all the time and operating all your updates and defrags in the middle of the evening, so my computer system has been on for the last six years. Comments: great psu. even on the lowest setting of the fan speed the supply runs cooler than my 350w tigerpro i replaced, really should be even cooler as soon as it burns in. the fans appear genuinely nice, but they are a tiny deeper blue than my led situation fans. i like becoming capable to see inside of it too, its nice. it doesnt say it in the image, but all the wires are covered with the UV sleeving, not just the mobo connector.

PCIE power connector a little loud, cable management is a bit difficult with all the extra connectors and wiring style Properly worth the income, mine came with a PCI express cable running on that sturdy 12v rail, can manage just about any single gamming card out there.my program: ECS RX480-A 939 mb, Athlon64 3700+ sandiego, 1gb Kingston hyper memory dual channer ddr400, HIS Radeon x1950pro 256mb pcie vid card, 2x80gig SATA Western digital hds

This issue looks cool. The Fan Speed Adjuster is nice as well. I'm a sucker for lights and colors so this fit effectively into my construct. I like how every little thing is sleeved up and not just wires running everywhere and the truth the sleeves are UV green make it even cooler. This has a lot more than adequate power to run my technique. The fans are a small loud, of course newegg didn't advertise it as silent, but the back on the PSU does say "speed adjuster for ultra silence." also newegg specs dont list a set of install screws but the images show them and mine didn't have any so that's a tiny disappointing because I had to salvage old ones from another construct. I'm not entirely positive what 1 or two 12v rails implies, and Im not positive if it matters or not, but there's an additional PSU just like this a single for 1$ far more that has 2 rails, which I didn't see until right now. Another rail may well leave space for more upgrades or anything, but I consider this 1 will be ok for my usage.

Comments: I run a relatively high demand process (P5AD2-E+P4 three.񪥸ưGB RAMƱ Optical Drivesƴ HD), but this PS came with the case that I bought, so I believed I would give it a try. I was having some flakyness which I assumed to be the RAM, but I discovered that removing some drives ƒ opticals and 1 HD) seemed to make the process stable. Even with the three drives disconnected, I still had troubles with program lock ups below a load (playing HL2). I have ordered a replacement (xxxxxxxx) and it ought to arive shortly. This may well be a decent PS for a the average user, but I would steer clear if you have a power hungry box (order an xxxxxxxx).

Comments: I was hoping that what occurred to some of the other reviewers didn't occur to me, but alas, this P/S started flaking out on me and locking up my personal computer. It looks amazing in my entirely see-by means of case but couldn't deal with the load of an Athlon 3000+, 1 GB Corsair RAM, DVD drive, Raptor 36GB HD, GeForce 6600GT, X-FI sound card, FD, 2 case fans, Beetle CPU cooler, and 2 cold cathode UV lights. That shouldn't be anyplace near 500W and but the P/S gagged and locked up my computer. I can only hope the replacement functions superior....

Does everything it's suppose to. Looks superior than it ought to. Didn't match up with the screw holes on my new Biostar case, so I did surgery and all is well in Bedrock. I wonder why it won't jump start off my pick up. Oh by the way United Parcel Servive stinks...just use Fedex! All my wires came sheathed in UV green...a great touch for my UV lighting inside the case

Comments: I purchased this power provide in hopes it could deal with the rig I was going to put it into. I have to say, I was genuinely suprised. The rig runs like a dream, and it need to, with every thing I've pit into it.
