Power provide lasted from 8ቪቡ to 12ቬባ. New egg was great Safty hazard. Caught Fire for no explainable reason. Do not get this power supply unless you have house owners insurance. Thank goodness I was in a position to smell it smolding ahead of went up.

Comments: This is a good psu, handles almost everything ive thrown at it so far, but a warning to those with 120mm blowholes, this psu is a bit longer then my earlier psu was, so i had to move the blowhole fan outside of the case =S be confident to measure just before you buy

Comments: I had this PSU for about two-three month, had no troubles at all. at initial it ran alittle hot but thats becouse its was new had to break it in, now its runs cold no matter what! it run a hear below voltage like (იV = 11.759V),I have a P4P800 deluxalso from newegg. new egg has been the best place to shop! :), I RECOMMAND THIS PSU TO ANY 1!

I ordered this on Wednesday. It arrived currently. That is the very good news. The poor news is that I ordered it mainly because it was supposed to be ᡖA on single rail. Opened the box to uncover mine has dual rails, 12A and 18A. I purchased this for a 1950PRO, not sure what to do now. Guess I will have to do some more research, it might be alright with the 1950PRO. The description here says ATX-AS500W-BL. That is what is on the PSU itself. So the vendor has altered specs, please update the description NewEgg!! It says on the side of the box--New ATX V2. Version. Hopefully other people will see this. If you are contemplating this PSU mainly because of the single rail voltage in the description, dont do it, call initial.

THIS IS A winner!Ran x850 radeons in crossfire with no troubles, upgraded to an x1950 crossfire edition and it runs smooth as a wissle. I got brave and decided i wanted to run x1950 crossfire setup but was worried........ read other thoughts dust builds up inside of it, had to open it to clean it. so i named Ati, expecting the worst for operating an x1950cf and an x1950xtx in crossfire. thats two 512mb gddr4 cards with alot of power necessary. I spoke with an ATi tech and he gave me the green light. I ordered the 1950xtx slammed it in and it works like a charm! crossfire with high ends graphics cards all on a single rail. this factor is placing out alot of power stable. Im operating an AMD FX55, 2 tough drives, 2 cd drives, 2 x1950 graphic cards, an ATi Tv Wonder 550 and 2.6 volt ram and all is content and working with each other in peace! this is a need to have power suply, why devote enormous dollars on major brand name garbage when this little bugger performs!

Colorful, uv reactive wire braiding, all pleasing to the eyes the 80mm fans are LOUD when cranked all the way. 12v rails are not incredibly stable at all.. upside down, non modular. Meh not pleased with it. as stated its all for looks.

Comments: I really like New Egg and Shop right here a lot but this Power supply arrived Dead on Arrival. It was stone dead. Not even a fan turning. The Box says the Power provide was fully tested and burned in. It was burned in alright, it was so burned in that it smelled burnt out of the box. Now I have to wait a couple weeks for a replacement. I hope the subsequent one works.

500 watts. its been a awsome PS for me and ive had for more than a year now and nonetheless making use of it just fine to power my dual core 5200+ w/ asus m2n sli deluxe, 4GB corsair xms2 and 4 hdds all the cables are nice and long accept for the 4pin mobo connector that was situated on the farthest point on my mobo but that wasnt significantly aof a prob i just added some wire on to it, and when i initially got it one of the fans wasn't plugged up but i plugged it up my self so absolutely nothing real its nevertheless a really fantastic ps other than what i mentioned ive never had any issues with it

PSU Looks great, Plenty of connectors, Adjustable fan is good Mine worked for a day. Soon after that it turned on any time it was plugged in and its switch was on(fans and lights worked), but didn't respond to the energy switch of the computer system and never got to post. Based on other critiques, I'd say this is a fantastic PSU if it works. But there are adequate that fail to suggest that you might not want to take the threat.

Extremely very good PSU so far, Solved my Method chrashes problem i had playing games PSU was enough to power my technique.The green mesh is a good touch and the LEDs are good and bright ( not positive if thats a pro )Fan speed controler works good,turn it down if its to loud which is sorta is when you have it up all the way. None so far Overall a genuinely very good PSUSorta future proof to:P

looks great had no difficulties with it so far cabling the wires some too long fans a litttle noisey but definitely not an concern.wist it was produced a little lighter overall i really like it despite what other people say no troubles ith it

Quite excellent style. Dual fans maintain it cool. Lots of cables. The sleeves look wonderful if you have a lot more than the included LED light in the fans. I also have a 120mm fan and it has blue LED's and they each make the cables glow. It gives off a good impact when the fan is turned up all the way it is a little loud. Only fit in my case if I turned it upside down. But it nonetheless looks fantastic.

Overall a superior power supply. Wonderful style and the LEDs are great, bright enough to light up your laptop or computer yet nonetheless straightforward to look at. Appears stable proper now. As mentioned just before, the screwholes don't match up, but that hasn't been a major concern and the window is on best of power supply, covered up. This is the first Aspire product I have purchased and as of suitable now I am extremely satisfied. On the other hand, it does take longer than a few days to really know if one thing is wrong.

Nicely, it's got really pretty neon colors. It has a knob to adjust the fan speed on it. Aluminum/plastic casing. I had one for about 14 months, until it blew. I hit up the manufacturers website, noticed i was just out of warranty. They had been willing to exchange for S&H. Got the replacement (brand new) it blew in about 10 minutes. Stick to the very good name brands children. Antec, Enermax. At least you know you're gonna get what you pay for, and there's nothing much more frustrating than having to obtain a powersupply. Forget the bells and wistles, and get something that works.

One of the finest looking PSU out there, cool seeking. Need to be of decent good quality like my 1st obtain, which was not dual voltage, sucks when ur constructing and have to wait for return or exchange. Also, check each and every freebie psu with a new case purchase, of course that was DOA too! Test product asap, then get a RMA from newegg for return. Maintain YOUR BOXES* like i did.....
