-high energy-a lot of connectors-low value, a โ shellshocker deal-three fans with fan control-blue lights and UV reactive cables are nifty, if not crucial -doesn't have superb voltages-No PFC, hopefully not a big mistake on my element-low efficency-died immediately after just below a year of use-does not assistance actual rated energy in spite of the cons, this PSU still gets four stars for the value it had based on the โ cost tag at the time I purchased it.The fact that it didn't support it's rated energy wasn't unexpected either. In hindview, I really should have known it would not hold up to triple Crossfire ATI 4850s, but it technically must have.

Runs fine. Looks Really nice, has some cool LEDs, comes with a lot of cables nicely grouped together. Much more than adequate power for my new gaming build. Had to do extra cable management due to excess cables but that isnt truly a con. The value is solid when its on sale. One of the best PSU's at this range for the value.

It does what I bought for it and much more. It is incredibly trustworthy, fan adjustment is incredibly nice, and also I have a lot of headroom for overclocking. Best thing was that I got this when it was ๟.99 and and additional ฮ.00 MIR. Presently waiting for that, while it won't be a for a few months that the funds will come back. I actually don't have any cons to it, simply because I purchased it and it does what I expected. Doesn't really feel too cheaply built, I believe it is just fine. Just don't slam it on something, and it will stay intact. Consequently the develop seriously didn't matter to me. i guess if I have to say something, it is the cable management. Many cables, which is what really should be expected. Also, the material that is on every single cable makes the cables a small on the stiff side. Specs:Intel e8400 at 3.75ghz 1.17v8800gt superclocked edition4gbs ddr2 667mhz ramthis320gb difficult driveI purchased this when the cost was suitable, I think it to be worth the 贎 or so it is now, and does just as superior a job as any other 680w psu.

A lot of cablesEnough power for dual core AMD 6000, 2 SATA drives, Case LED fans and GTX 260 video cardHas the two 6-pin connections needed for high-finish video cards Massive. But it fit just fine in my NZXT Apollo mid-tower. NOTE: You most likely want to install this 'upside down' (fan facing bottom of the case) - individuals call it upside down, but this is the way I install all my power supplies

Whilst it lived, it served effectively (if a little noisy) It didn't last long sufficient to be as pricey as it is. Following 1.5 years it died. You're probably much better off going with a confirmed greater finish name like Antec or Seasonic or a thing if you're looking in this price tag range. Certain, it looks cool, but would I buy another one particular? Never ever. It's not worth the premium price tag.

So far so great!! operating for about a month with no difficulties. Superior bang for the buck. แ.99 with no rebates and totally free shipping. Not in a position to run all the cables the way i wanted due to a couple of short cables but not a huge deal.

Looks cool, put together well Dead right out of the box. Just makes a high pitched squealing noise and wont' turn on. Has way too a lot of cables, gets in the way of other pieces and clutters the case. Manufacturer Response:Was the unit basically plugged into the wall to test? If so then this will not cause the unit to energy on. If this is not the case and you are interested in acquiring a working replacement please contact us. support@apevia.com

SOLID. This factor is heavy and you can tell it is manufactured with excellent parts. From the cables and sleeving, to the LED fans and housing, this is a nice PSU.Pleny of energy. 22 & 24 amps on 12v 1 and 12v 2. A lot of energy for most SLI applications (save dual 8800GTXs or Ultras)I've by no means had any concerns with stability or overheating. Not one DOA...ever.Adjustable fan speed is genuinely good feature. I maintain mine about halfway up to comprimse in between noise and cooling. Even at the highest setting the fans aren't loud, just noticable.Cable sleeving is good, makes every little thing look cleaner (if you route your cables/wire correctly) Plenty of four-pin connectors...pretty much too several. I've got four case fans, cold cathode tube, HDD, CD/DVD Drive, 1 vid card. Runs them all fine. None that I can come across. Some may say cost, but I think it's worth it. Some may well say high quality, they perhaps just got a bad PSU and ought to RMA it. Newegg is rapidly about that. For all those individuals who are looking to acquire this PSU and are unsure:Dont listen to those people today who say "Oh I got it, plugged it in and it didnt work". Dont let folks who dont know something about something sway your descision to obtain this. Listen to the people who basically know what they're talking about (people who actually present details about the dilemma). This is a high quality PSU, not saying it's perfect, you may get a defective 1. This is an electronic device and can be damaged simply. Just RMA it and get yet another. Apevia's site has a nice support section with manuals and suggestions. In my opinion it's a good quality PSU and has lasted me well more than a year with no complications.

-Numerous connections for all the tech in your tower.-Adjustable fan speed for the power supply proper.-Blue glow to annoy any roommates or to illuminate your Computer region.-Decent cost for a good energy provide.-Reliability (at least on my finish). -A small loud compared to others.-Many cables that take up loads of space inside a tower. I had owned this precise energy provide for six years ahead of it lastly caught on fire: White smoke + flames = fire. (The fault was my own, don't troll Apevia about their items) Immediately after years of pushing the energy supply to the limit and the exceptional performance it had delivered, it was time to order yet another. I pulled the old unit out of my tower, ran the model number on Newegg, and waited three days for delivery. I adore this power supply for the efficiency it has delivered to my custom built Computer; I recommend this unit to any gamers out there.

This was a good power supply up till about 3 months past the 1 year warranty. It just decided it could no longer handle the load (large but not excessive). It is now powering all my components Ɠ - SATA3 WD, four DVD-R Lite-on) with a 2nd power supply running just the motherboard (CPU, PCI, PCI Express, etc). It was a good power supply while it lasted. It only lasted 1 year and 3 months. I am basically pleased that the power supply failed versus some thing a small tougher to troubleshoot like my memory controller on my final motherboard. NewEgg as usual has been great with all my purchases and soon I will break down and buy an additional, even much better power supply. Possibly a 700W this time.

Runs very silent, I had a Rosewill before this 1 and was supposed to be a "silent" PSU. This 1 is 100 times quieter even on high fan speed. The three fans give me peace of mind when i run it under high power. None that I've located

It worked as lengthy as it had a warranty Stopped working with in a week of the warranty becoming up :( 1 day the thing had a puff of smoke come out of it and my pc shut off. I never employed this thing to it's full prospective , No wonder they only supply 1 year replacement. Looks good but thats about it. most companys provide 3-five years and they last longer then that, I have never ever purchased a PSU that lasted so sort of time. a ฮ pile of junk last longer then this. Lost a consumer that will never purchase thier junk once more. Total Garbage !!!! Acquire a Silverstone those are good and offer three years replacement Wish I could give it no eggs at all

Inexpensive for a 680W after rebate. The blue LED lights and cord sleeve matches the Antec 900 case. Has a lot of juice. Not modular, which is a large deal when you want very good airflow. The plastic connectors are flimsy and gets very easily detach, especially the SATA power connectors. The cords are brief in particular the 8-pin ATX12V when the PSU is located on the bottom of the case whilst the mobo ATX12V is on the top portion of the mobo. Go modular, wish i did.

This is a extremely dependable PSU. It runs stable and exceptionally cool. Cool LED's. Plenty of connectors. Fan speed controller is a plus even though its never needed to crank it up. I would suggest it to any very first time builders, leaves room for expansion. Not modular, but that's not a huge deal. The only con i can think of is the 8pin mobo energy connector is perhaps 6 inches too brief to cable manage it, have to connect it straight across. Odd cable out. Simple fix with a cable extender. Some cables aren't genuinely long sufficient for cable management. I have a mid tower and some don't reach like i would like them to. Not for full towers in my opinion.
