It Works, Just Not Very Stable Overclocking
Comment:
The motherboard works fine with stock settings, but seems to be very unstable even with small overclocks.

Works great for me.
Comment:
Express Gate corrupted after about 6 boots, but I put my PC in sleep instead of completely shutting it down, so I have no need for that feature. It is fixable with a download from the company's website, however. I've used this mobo for a few days with XP Pro 32bit and, now, about a month with Windows 7 64bit. Windows 7 install was extremely easy, no probs and runs smoothly. I cannot comment on the onboard sound and graphics as I use separate cards for each. Slots are very tightly packed, so be mindful of how large any expansion cards you buy are.

Good value, easy setup
Comment:
Everything works well including the sound. I installed a dual boot, Win 7 64 bit and XP Home 32 bit OS. It works well with either OS. I have 4 GB Cosair DDR2 and 500 MB video card, 450 W PS and AMD athlon II, X4 620 cpu. I am thinking about buying another to upgrade my son's computer.

Problems
Comment:
Board arrived and I configured it with DDR2 RAM modules as specified in the manual. After many hours of trying to resolve the issue as described by another writer re fan running, but no post I exchanged the CPU two times, and the RAM and Motherboard once each. The net result of all my efforts was that the Motherboard will ONLY post with RAM in slots Blue 2 and Black1. RAM in either of the other two slots and there is no post. I finally gave up and am living with the Moptherboard at 4GB RAM. Two 2GB modules slotted as above. Each manufacturer claimed the others' component was at fault. Yes, after getting the OS installed I updated the BIOS but no joy on trying additional RAM. Do not buy this Motherboard at any price.

First Time builder
Comment:
This is my first time building a computer and the quality and performance of this motherboard is great for me. As I learn, I expect to try the different settings. I look to order a video card also. My son uses this for WOW and even with the onboard graphics he is happy.

Nice Upgrade Board
Comment:
Bought this board to replace my burned out PC-chips board. I decided to spend a little more $ this time around. Love the board, easy to setup and install just wish they spaced out the expansion slots to make room for large double bay video cards as there are only two PCI slots and with my particular video card I am now down to one.

I bought this motherboard to go along with my AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.6Ghz AM3 CPU. The manual that came with it was helpful and was easy to install. I had 4GB of RAM that I installed and it works great.

Super MB
Comment:
Easy to install, well built, and Asus has a great install manual. Comes with everything you need to install the MB and excellent software to get you up and running. Great new features too. Once installed; the board started up immediately without any problem. Love ASUS boards, never had a bad one in 15 years of builing systems.

Failure Then Slow to Turn On
Comment:
I like the board and the price; but, the first one I received wouldn't accept power (turn on)at all. The replacement takes power; but the power-on and reset buttons won't start the board (they are wired correctly from the power supply), so I have to put the computer in sleep mode to shut down.

Outstanding value
Comment:
This mobo is a sweet deal. The built in video graphics are outstanding. I run it on full HD on a 23 inch monitor and I see no noticeable delays. The board has so many great features in and it was so simple to install and configure. It was easy to drop in the Ultra case and configure all the case wiring. I cannot find any issues with the board. It is running a Phenom X4 9750 cpu, 4 gig of memory, dvd burner and 500 gig drive with windows XP Sp3. Outstanding performance and support to overclock the CPU. This is an excellent value as it can take the latest Phenom CPUs and overclocking so there is room to upgrade. Recommended.

Best board I've ever had
Comment:
Got this to replace an old board that died on me. It works great with a phenom ii x4 955 be and 4 GB corsair ddr2. Assembled everything and it booted up first time. Got windows 7 64-bit installed in 20 minutes. Had absolutely no problems with video, audio, or any of the ports.

Awesome
Comment:
Bought this baby with Phenom II 955 and 4 GIGS of RAM. Pros: Installed XP PRO 64 bit and installed in 25 min! Updated the bios with no problems! Love the HDMI Output(But Havent Tried It Yet) Warning! If you run 32 bit OS the HDMI will take out 512 MB of your RAM. Cons: Express Gate did not install correctly so ill try some other time to re-install it. Overall its great for a Fast Computer! If you are looking for a great MOBO this is it!
