I RMA it so i can get a replacement but newegg gave me a refund result in it went out of stock. I lost all respect for ASUS

Loving ASUS. Wonderful board, stable, trustworthy, cheap. Onboard graphics aren't practically as superior as the 785G chipset. If you have a dedicated video card then this is a fine board (since you won't be using the onboard video). But if you're utilizing onboard graphics I'd advocate a motherboard with the 785G or 880G chipset. You'll get significantly superior graphic efficiency for only a small bit far more $$$. I totally really like ASUS boards. I utilised to use a variety of boards but ASUS has entirely converted me. I now use them for over 90% of my client builds. I only use other brands for my lower end builds anymore.

This MB is fairly excellent. Just installed this it was flawless. Lots of space lots of USB headers. Not a real Con but one more fan on the board would be great. I advise this board to absolutely everyone.

Wonderful bios with lots of choices. Strong ASUS hardware, looks difficult / works difficult. Terrific acquire, I purchased a package deal and plugged my 32" Sharp Aquos into the add on PCI Express video card via HDMI and Windows 7 64 bit loaded and updated like it was on automobile pilot. All I had to do was enter my wireless network password. GRAVY None If you read the ASUS MB installation manual it will inform you to fasten MB to case with eight screws. The case I bought utilizes the bushings that came with the hardware. Like the title says, "Great Board". I adore ASUS. I always use ASUS boards and they have not let me down. On-board HDMI is a great function as nicely as the Core Unlocker function for the CPU. None at the moment, doubt there will be. Will update in a couple of months. I used this board with an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition CPU and 12GB Mushkin DDR3 1333 RAM with a 1TB WD SATA HDD running Windows 7 Pro x64. Runs rapidly, but going to test the overclocking functions. I'm certain I won't be let down.

asus tech assistance didnt put me on with hadji, i got a guy named bill, sounded american to me. believed the board was DOA, asus tech support walked me via diagnostic and got me up and running once more in 10 minutes. asus has usually been very good to me. no problems with IGA but but i havent nuked it either. fantastic board for the price, cant complain about considerably. 6 sata ports, 3 usb hookups, picked up my card reader with out a hitch, o/c'd amd athlon2x64x3.0x4 to 3.two and stable. This is the first Micro-ATX board I've used, and it is surprisingly potent. I expected much less, but received wonderful video output (works great with 720p) and audio output. I noticed the core unlock function and had to look it up, as this was also my initially AMD develop. It is extremely nifty, and if I weren't using this as a simple htpc, I would contemplate unlocking it on my AMD X3 450 and getting another cooler. I have Logitech z5500 speakers and they work perfectly with the motherboard and Windows 7 x86 Enterprise. None really other than lack of space, but it is MICRO-ATX so that's expected. Most of my qualms lie with the processor and AMD, and would not have purchased this + the X3 450 if it wasn't a fantastic deal on that specific day.

The board features quite a few helpful SATA connections, PCI-e slots, ram, and even 1 lowly IDE connector. It's nothing to appear at but you could in theory drop a six-core AMD processor in this and more than-clock it (bios supports it). It's been running flawless on Windows 7 for about a few weeks now. Fantastic program. The on-board video is weak. Purchase a GTX-480 and you're all set. Make sure you have right and sufficient power capacity. I suggest buying at least a 750W supply if you plan on working with any heavy-duty GPU. Straightforward to assemble. Straightforward to setup. I really like it.

I've built hundreds - mostly Asus. this is the very first M4A78LT-M for me. applied cooler master case with PS on bottom, 2x2 GB ram Kingston ddr3 1066, AM3 proc duel core 260, WD 320 sata hd, windows xp home. every little thing loaded proper up.
