Cons:none so far
Pros:this motherboard is a monster for performances as well as tremendous flexibility through several options Comment:
the card works as expected, provides the user with a maximum of configuration flexibility in a tight fit mother board configuration allowing for great airflow of the chipset.Asus has always been a strong name in the category and is to be congratulated for its very efficient RMA service if ever a problem shall arise. |

ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons:None that I can tell...so far.
Pros:It's an Asus! Comment:
I just installed it last night and it booted up without issue. It has a lot of nice features in bio and software, most of which I will never use, I bought this board because of Asus' reputation as THE premier MB maker and because it fit my needs for a replacement MB.Would I recomend this part to a friend?H*ll yes! |

ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons:Location of SATA can be a little tight if running in crossfire with big cards.
Pros:Black PCBCopper passive Heatsinks2 PCI ExpressCrossfire compatible Comment:
Extremely good motherboard. Had couple of issues with the P5K and still decided to buy an asus and the P5Q is rock solid .. highly recommended. running a 8400 at 4ghz 445mhz on it and it was a joke to set. |

Works great so far - one minor gotcha!
Comment:
This works well. I gave lots of details and hit the submit button and whoever wrote the software for this web site caused it to reject my review, giving a message that they don't accept web links, names of specific companies, or special characters. My review had none of those things. To top it off, it deleted over half of the review and I don't have time to try to rewrite it and have it rejected again. We'll just say that the MB works much better than this on line form. |

ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons:Only 6 USB ports on back (probably enough for most people though), another minor one is that with an ATI Crossfire setup it can be tricky at times swapping the SATA inputs (though this is minor as it only comes up when install new HDDs).
Pros:Stable, Great for overclocking, Overall layout of the board is good. Comment:
My past 3 builds have all used ASUS boards and being that I've never had any issues I've always stuck with them. This board has been no different then the others. It's been 1 year now and have not had a single issue. Have it paired up with a Core 2 Duo E8400, 4GB Dual Channel DDR2, and ATI HD4850. Haven't had any issues in games at all, and I recently upgraded to dual HD4850s and the performance has been amazing. Never had any heat issues and this is with a slight overclock on mainly stock parts (installed DuOrbs on my HD4850s). Would recommend this board to anyone who's interested. |

GREAT QUALITY!!!
Comment:
Well, it's currently unavailable, but if you can get your hands on one, get it! Paired mine up with a Q9550 and 8 gigs of ram and it's screamin' fast. Not a glitch from setup or 1st post, and tweaking away for a week now. Love it! |

ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons:Nothing
Pros:Good pricePackaged with enough cables, etc.Good coolingWill test overclocking later on Comment:
I got this installed a couple of days ago and so far so good. Everything is very stable and so far there have been no hiccups. I will be doing some overclocking soon but if it's anything like the ASUS P5Q Pro, it should be very good. It has a black-ish PCB which is great and enough connections for your hardware. It also has a very efficient layout, so that's something important ASUS nailed with this. |

As soon as i took out of package and hooked up, everything worked, no other configurations. Runs lightning fast with my Core 2 and 4GB of Crucial Ballistix. I absolutely love it and recommend all to try it!
