ASUS PCE-N15 300MBPS 802.11B/G/N Wireless PCI-E Network Adapter
Cons:-Drivers found on ASUS site outdated/caused connection to slow down to 1Mbps
Pros:-Fast, reliable connection (with updated Realtek RTL8192CE-VA4 drivers) Comment:
I would've given this a 5-star rating were it not for the driver issue I encountered:2 weeks after installing this product with ASUS drivers on my Win7 64-bit system, I noticed my connection would slow to 1Mbps after a few hours of use (restarting the adapter in Network and Sharing Center automatically restored it to 10+Mbps, for a while)I contacted ASUS wireless support and was told to try the drivers found on Realtek website which fixed everything!"At your own discretion, consider checking RTL8192CE-VA4 driver from Realtek’s site: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PFid=48&Level=5&Conn=4&ProdID=278&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=trueSome of our users have tried this driver version, and find that it works for them."Don't install the whole package though, just extract the whole "Drivers" folder and let your OS scan that directory (limiting to Win7 64-bit folder resulted in unsigned error). |

ASUS PCE-N15 300MBPS 802.11B/G/N Wireless PCI-E Network Adapter
Cons:None
Pros:Easy to install, PCI-e, wireless n Comment:
Needed a PCI-e WiFi card that would fit under my GPU since my case has a reverse layout. A normal WiFi card would block the fan at the top of my case, so this was my only choice. It was easy to install and because of it's small profile, it doesn't really trap any air or cause any issues with my GPU.Wireless N was also need and it's transfer rates are good so far.The antenna that come with it are small, but are well built. They seem sturdier than the ones that came with my Asus RT-N16 router, but I'll need to do some testing to see the quality.Anyway, would definitely recommend this for anyone that needs a cheap WiFi card. |

ASUS PCE-N15 300MBPS 802.11B/G/N Wireless PCI-E Network Adapter
Cons:disconnects when high traffic
Pros:Somewhat stable Comment:
Bought this wireless card because it was the best value. Rather than getting a USB wireless-N I got the PCI-E version for stability reasons. The card however does drop connections when there is a lot of connections, such as torrents.I am uncertain if my router is slightly incompatible as other wireless cards do not have this problem. Used the most updated DD-WRT/Tomato firmware and most updated ASUS drivers. |

ASUS PCE-N15 300MBPS 802.11B/G/N Wireless PCI-E Network Adapter
Cons:none so far
Pros:-small!-fast-reasonably priced Comment:
I bought this adapter for my parents new computer that I built. I had originally intended on reusing their old PCI network card, but it turned out that one of the PCI slots was not available (due to a larger than expected graphics card). The card itself is actually quite small! It seems pretty solid and comes with a low form factor back plate (if you need that). Speeds are good, no problems to report so far, so I'm happy! |

ASUS PCE-N15 300MBPS 802.11B/G/N Wireless PCI-E Network Adapter
Cons:None
Pros:Good receptionDecent speedEasy to install Comment:
Bought this card as it's an internal card and it only needs a PCI-Express x1 slot. USB adapters worked okay on my PC previously but the speeds weren't really optimal. By using this card instead, I've got a good stable connection no doubt thanks to the two external antennas. The overall wireless speeds have improved as well but the change is not very drastic. I suppose it has more to do with the location and obstructions between my router and the PC using this card.Overall, this card is pretty decent. If it were dual band and/or three stream, it would be even better. If you're just looking for a decent internal PCIe wireless card though, the PCE-N15 is a decent solution and is pretty easy to setup as well. |

ASUS PCE-N15 300MBPS 802.11B/G/N Wireless PCI-E Network Adapter
Cons:-none so far
Pros:+small physical card+low profile bracket included+stable, reliable, fast Comment:
built a new computer and wanted to get away from the G USB dongle for a couple reasons: family has an N router, dongle sometimes has problems connecting/drops and lastly, i hate "permanent" peripherals sticking out. this thing has yet to disappoint, and really glad it's so small since it just squeezes under my NH-D14 which for whatever reason is interfering with my top PCIE slot where my soundcard was supposed to go but i don't want to risk shorting it. |

ASUS PCE-N15 300MBPS 802.11B/G/N Wireless PCI-E Network Adapter
Cons:Conflicting Drivers
Pros:Easy to InstallGreat Comment:
Got this to replace my USB adapter that usually gets 1 bar of reception, now I get 5. Very happy with this product. One thing though, when I installed the drivers (from the ASUS website) there seems to have been a conflicting of drivers where my system would no longer detect my video cards. Resolved this by uninstalling the drivers and installing Realtek Wireless LAN drivers. Now it works flawlessly. Would purchase again. |

Pros:Excellent reception Comment:
As another comment mentioned, I too had a DWA-552 Dlink adapter on a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and I was getting between 3-4 bars, sometimes 5 but rarely. I started thinking it was my house but I got this Asus adapter and now I'm getting perfect reception. |

ASUS PCE-N15 300MBPS 802.11B/G/N Wireless PCI-E Network Adapter
Cons:none
Pros:Cheap, good range Comment:
I bought this to replace my useless Dlink DWA-552, and I'm very pleased. I now get full bars, even though I'm at the farthest point in the house from my router, and it hasn't dropped my connection once. Very pleased with this wireless card, it outperforms the dwa-552 in every way, and costs less money. |
this is the worst wireless card i have ever use. i think every review about this card here on ncix is fake. no one anywhere, in any forum, ever got this card to work. i bought it cause it was cheap. screwed with it for 3 days yelling and screaming the whole time. now it going back for a refund. i should have done some research first. what a waste of time.
