Love these speakers. They have a great bass output and sound magnificent for computer speakers. It would be nice if you could control the bass and treble but in spite of that I think I got the best value for my money.

I bought 8 pairs of these for $200, (a good deal IMO) and they sound great, but for everyone saying there's too much bass they're wrong, if anything they don't have enough, for 8 subwoofers they aren't shaking the house as much as I would have expected, I put the volume up on my computer in hopes of making the bass louder but they don't get louder just start a rattling noise, these are alright but for a bass LOVER they don't pound hard enough.

Bought these for my daughter in law for Christmas. Hooked them up and they sounded great on her laptop. Construction is pretty solid and for little speakers, they have decent dynamic range. Pretty good value for the money.

This really is a good deal because I haven't found these any cheaper than $129 until I checked here. I hooked these up to my system and they sound great. There is a real nice balance of sound. The wire connecting the speakers together is thick and the wire connecting the speakers to your source is separate and not hard wired in. This is a nice perk because I always seem to have problems with those hard wired control cables. The only thing I do not like about these speakers is that there isn't any headphone input. It's going to be a real pain in the butt to unplug it from my computer to plug in my headphones and would like to say that I'd rather have an output that two inputs that do the same thing.

Design is nice and location of speakers are unique and quality of sound and bass are amazing. CON, 3 wires: power cord, stereo cord, and cord that connects both speakers.

I bought these for my wife. She works in our den home office. These were matched for the aesthetics with a black name brand Monitor. You talk about great looks and great sound performance. Can't be beat anywhere for the price.

I have had absolutly no problem with the speakers. They sound awesome and really hit. They really shine while playing archive quality MP3's from the HD. To my ears there is no unbalance of sound, obviously you get tremendous low end. I use the volume control in Win. 7 to raise and lower the volume, so the buttons really don't bother me. for $50 it's a no-brainer.

Good product, and very reasonable sound quality and level for the size of the unit. The bass is a little louder than it should be in my opinion, and if I were to do it again I would buy one with manual bass level control.

I received this item with a dead power supply!!!!! But I had one to replace it, I did not want to return the item as shipping is SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW but they sound is great.

The design is a little funky - they kinda look like coffee pots sitting on my desk. The sound is very clear. The big selling point is the integrated bass speakers, which eliminates the wire and floor space of a conventional 2.1 setup. While they may not be rattle the foundation like a true 2.1 subwoofer, the sound is rich, noise-free and ideal for a smaller room. Highly recommend especially at the lower price.

I use these speakers with my laptops in my ome office. I love the bass response, the design and the solid construction. I am a little dissapointed that there is no trebel or bass control. The sound could use a little more brightness. Overall, I am very happy with them.

Hello--These speakers were for my teenage son. He picked them out and I bought them for him. He knew the price was good, and upon receiving them, he set them up right away. He is very pleased with them, and that is saying something.

Works good on movies, great bass etc., when playing music, too much bass, or too much treble. Would have been nice to have a remote. Overall I am satisfied.

Great bass, great sound. Only negatives is that when I have both input jacks connected, when I'm playing sound out of only one, it can be a little fuzzy. Easily solved by unplugging the unused cable.

you won't need a subwoofer at all for great sound sys ,volume and power are great too! Over all sound is very good.
