Cost, Brand, Reliability, My consumer hasn't referred to as me back yet to complain Ɠ months). none. I built a NAS server for 1 of my customers and necessary a dependable but low-cost PSU. My client was additional concerned with price than reliability. I initially purchased a distinct brand but was TTake-n by them. Immediately after their PSU died inside hours, I switched back to Antec and will in no way stray once again.

Bought it to replace a faulty power supply in a family members computer, no hiccups so far it has been operating constantly for 9 months. Had to muscle the screws in simply because they didn't line up with the case- I think this is additional the situations fault than the power supplies.

I genuinely think these are the best workplace machine power supplies for the price. Whenever they go on sale, I jump on them! Workplace machines can typically get away with 300w psu's till you upgrade, so I get these for my customers to add that ability later. Hey, it comes with the power cord, no con here. Ok, just one particular. It didn't butter my muffin.......er.... my wife's muffin, now I got too.....DOH! I have built about 8 workplace machines employing these and generally office machines will be tough pressed to use this a great deal power, unless they specialize in graphic intensive stuff, then you wouldn't even be searching at this. These are excellent if you're utilizing 4650 or even 5650 graphics cards to replace onboard graphics. I gave a client this more than the 550w ocz I had them order. I don't let them pay me, so I get my reward by switching out parts. Not significantly to say. They operate. I've been using one particular of them for three months now with out a difficulty. Just put another 1 in today, and I'm ordering a couple far more for backups. Cords are kind of brief. Wasn't a large deal for me in a mid tower. I'm really beginning to like Antec.In between their great instances, high high quality PSU's, and superior costs, I've fairly a lot ditched other brands.

Ordered, shipped, delivered, installed it, and worked.Psu is quiet, powered everything I have. It powers GTS 450 perfectly, makes no sounds at all. None The wires are some what a bother, but it's not seriously a con.

Inexpensive with plenty of power, plugs, and cable length for upgrading a spending budget pc. None so far. Dropped this in an off-the-shelf, lower end program when the stock 1 died soon after 4 yrs. It has adequate pwr to upgrade to a greater graphics card using the 6-pin connector.

quiet, 80+, RoHS only 3 sata- great enough for most people ƒ hds and 1 dvd dr) adapters to fit the old power plugs can be had inexpensive if you need to have much more than 3 quiet, 80+, RoHS - goes fantastic with my arctic-cooling fan and heat sink- virtually silent

it's had some great reviews. basically a DOA PSU! This is the second Antec PSU to die on me this year; my TP550 lasted 9 weeks and the BP430 died within a week. fortunately Newegg will exchange this one and Antec warranted the TruePower 550 (which i would obtain once again just for the 5yr warranty)

Should've worked, lot's of other men and women's worked, but mine didn't. Bought it and let it set in the box for a month ahead of I got around to setting up my technique. Only to find that it was DOA. I know that I ought to have tested it when I received it, but actually, how does a PSU come DOA?!?

Much more energy than the PSU my case came with. It comes with a PCIe 6-pin connector and 4 SATA.Straightforward install, total time which includes connections took 15 minutes(with cable management) It only has 1 fan, but as it appears to ventilate just fine, so I'm not taking an egg off for that. It you are looking for a budget PSU with lots of connectors get this one. This won't operate for a gaming Pc, but for every day use it will much more than suffice.

Neweggs service and delivery. Expense. Have not observed the rebate but. Purchased this for Moms new create. Works properly, but don't like the concept of getting hosed on the rebate.

Well built. Did precisely what it was supposed to. Stable voltages. Plenty of cable / connectors. Came with two adjustable cable zips. Felt good and heavy like there was truly some thing inside, as opposed to the featherweight feel of the failed cheapo energy supplies I have pulled out of computers. None Antec is known to make a great power supply. Was not disappointed.

Price and decent high quality. 80 Plus certified For the price can you really complain as long as it works? Works good for office PC without potent graphics. Obviously if you want to energy a decent graphics card you are going to have to have a bigger and more pricey PSU.

Works Wonderful. Has not Died. Powers my GX265, 2 sata drives and a 95 watt AMD Quad. Runs Silent. Plenty of cord length and PCIE power was just the right length. Everyone desires a 1000watt PSU, but No one genuinely Wants It. It Would Almost certainly not deal with Dual GPUS. And I feel If I had a 125W or 140W CPU instead of the 95W, It would be too close for comfort. Antec is constantly fantastic. Don't buy if you have a big GPU or Dual GPU's. Don't acquire if you have a single power Hungry GPU and a CPU Greater than 125w, It could work, but I have doubts

-Cost-AntecIt works as it really should. Powering a simple dual core AM3 program with 4gigs ram, 1HDD, and a Geforce 250GTS (aka 9800gtx). A much more effective video card will want more juice. I would not use this for significantly additional than I am running now. I do game with this technique though, and have by no means run into a power related problem.

None Got it to energy my BIOSTAR A785GE AM2+/AM3 AMD 785G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard with AMD Sempron 140 Sargas 2.7GHz Socket AM3 45W Single-Core Processor and Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM for a media centre I built. Works wonderful and the complete lot is quieter in the bedroom than my Tivo.

Just thought I may well post what this has managed to power for over a year now. Its been running 24ǝ as it is my media center, and powering a phenom ii 940 at three.1 ghz, 2x2gb and 2x1gb sticks pc8500, an 8800gt, television tuner, bluetooth and 802.11 cards, a wd 500gb green drive, and tons of wireless usb devices and its still fairly really. none Upgraded to a 700w today to be sure the 460gtx 1gb would run, was surprised when I saw what was in it and figured i ought to write a review.

comes with quite much everything you need to have,pciexpress cable, power cables..cable ties..it wasnt doa :)uh.. its quite very good i guess color? (its grey absolutely nothing too crazy)it worked at spec and it was very good enough powers an A760 m2+Ati48501 dvd burner1 sata hd..iguess you don't actually require that significantly power unlessyou're running extras(raid, liquid cooling)
