This is a wonderful small PSU for everyone that has a micro atx case. Antec power supplies are among the best on the industry and for the price I got this, it just couldn't be beat. Its Green. If you are replacing a energy provide on an newer HP desktop, you will need to manually modify the power supply bracket to make it fit.

Extremely quiet, strong, and inexpensive. Excellent for low to mid-finish builds that don't call for a large amount of power. Power cord doesn't come with it. Also after you have a single plugged in it appears to be fairly touchy. There have been a few instances currently that the power has been cut off to the pc due to the fact the power cord moves the slightest amount. Not really as well massive of a deal the moment you get the computer exactly where you won't move it.

Built tough and stable voltages displaying. Lots of connectors to meet every need to have. Operating powerful and seriously cool/quiet. Maybe Turquoise Blue and Primer Red would make the complainers happy? Quit complaining about the color... They make spray paint! This PSU is excellent no matter what!

Operates, High efficiency cuts down on heat loss - a tiny improve in effectiveness final results in a significant proportional drop in heat production, enabling smaller sized fans/heatsinks and so forth none Newegg should only sell 80+ power supplies - this will put pressure on manufacturers to get the price tag down. This is not a particulary quiet PS - not as well noisy, but not what I would chose if creating a 'silent' program

Antec EarthWatts 500 W ATX12V Power Supply

quiet The purpose that it is quiet is that the fan has really low air flow. Adequate case ventilation will call for however another fan, not what I expected from a 蛄W" power provide.Worse, the two PCIe graphics card connectors are daisy-chained, rather than making use of separate cables. The point of two connectors is to avoid the voltage drop in the cables, so doubling them up defeats the objective. So, "two PCIe" in name only.蛄W" in name only Why does a typically reliable PS business have to start out generating sub-regular products?

Antec make, so Fantastic good quality.80+ Certified, so save power.Quiet fan No 8-pin EATX 12V energy plug and no energy cord I have a lot of energy cord from my old computer system, so I don't require one much more.My ASUS P7P55D-E MB need to have a 8-pin EATX 12V energy plug, but I cannot find on this energy provide. I just use two four-pin იV, that are identical as 8-pin 12V. It works pretty fantastic.

Has lots of connectors. Extremely quiet. Supposed to have ball bearing fans, which I study is much better for longevity of PSU. Nice green color, even even though it doesn't match my chassis. No energy connector. It was my very first laptop or computer create and I had tricky time acquiring a power connector. Shouldn't be a problem for most although. The connectors are somewhat on the short side. My motherboard has its 4pin connector at the leading and the PSU went in the bottom, so it was a bit tough finding the connector there, but it worked. A little longer would have aided in cable management. General one particular of the very best PSU for the dollars out there. Would buy once again.

It has all the connections I need to have. The fan is not loud. Performs wonderful with my six-core. An wonderful deal for its value. No blue led fan (all other fans in my computer system are blue). If this has all the energy/connections you require, I would deffinatly suggest this ps.

Going powerful at about two years now. I don't even truly clean the factor either. I'd be ashamed if you saw the dust. I don't know what EarthWatts means or why it's considered green. It's a 500W powersupply. Antec should check out my electric bill. Replaced a Rosewill I had that was a 'squealer' . Lasted for over a year itself, albiet annoying. I kept the box as well, came in a nicer box than Antecs do. Also I have UV lights and additional fans on this thing. At occasions a smaller fan furthest away from the 'supply chain' will go out. PSU has in no way failed though.

Extremely quiet, runs cool, lots of power, great efficiency, no shortage of cable length, minimal packaging. Sturdy construction. Not light and cheaply produced like the 1 it replaced. Consistently receives high critiques from other web sites also! None Once more, this factor runs Quite quiet even below load (FSX on an Athlon IIx2 2.8ʃ.six, 9800GTX+) Cables are really lengthy for a mid tower, however, a few zip ties fixed this. Would acquire a different!

Trust me, I don't frequently write critiques. When I do, I trust the product and the corporation. I have cases and power supplies from Antec, and have owned bought them given that 2005.
