I installed that cooler on a XFX 4770. The stock cooler was way too noisy. I removed the old one and installed that cooler in a few minutes. The noise drop  was huge. This thing is quieter at 100% than the stock cooler was at 45-50%. It's now inaudible. The price is very good for the quality you get. I didnt check thermal performance but since it's bigger and heavier than the stock unit so I guess it's better at cooling. I'm 100% satisfied.

This is one great cooler. I've intalled this pretty easily on my Asus 8800 GT and I dropped my idle temps from 65C to 39C and my full load from 105C to 50C. The only problem I had with this cooler was that the VRAM individual heatsinks kept on falling off the board because the glue applied on them is really weak and made them fall off and get full of dirt from my computer case making them not glue at all anymore. Now I'm running without them and my memory temps do not seem to get past 45C when it was going to 70C before. Overall, great heatsink for only ~20$.

Installed this in a few minutes with fresh thermal paste. Now temperatures on my 4850 stays under 50C where it would hang over 85C before. Could even push clock speed to 700mhz (max that ATI Catalyst allows). Before could hardly push to 650mhz from a stock 625mhz.Almost makes me forget that I bought this to quiet down the card, it was the loudest piece of equipment in our entire basement, could hear that card whining upstair... Now it's dead silent, and temp cut in half.

Installed this on a 4670 used in a HTPC/light gaming rig. Very noticable and welcome drop  in noise level coming from the case (Antec NSK2480). Idle temps drop ped about 8 - 10 degrees C and now hover around 35. While not too tall, it's fairly deep. Fit was tight in the case and blocks both PCI slots.I'm not sure if the heatsink I received wasn't square, or the brackets to hold it to the card were slightly bent, but I could not get the GPU and the heatsink to properly mate. No matter what order the screws were tightened, there was always no contact between the two on about 1/3 of the GPU. On top of that, one of the screws sheared in half during the install (it was NOT from over-tightening). Luckily, I was able to cobble something together using spring loaded screws from a stock 8800GT heaksink that was laying around.The last small disappointment was the molex plug for power. The pins were poorly installed and 2 of the 3 were pushed out the back of the plug when connecting it. Pliers were needed to get them securely connected.While the resulting drop  in temps and noise shows that it does work, I think that I may have received a sample that slipped through quality control.

Works great on my 9500GT card, quiet and energy efficient, Its a low cost cooler that does it all, I would buy again no problem!
