As said, it is a thermal ADHESIVE! Not thermal paste.DO NOT PUT ON YOUR CPU.It is made for sticking small heatsink on embedded electronics or on smaller chips.You have to mix a small amount of the two substances and spread it on your surface before applying your heatsink.It stick really well and will be a good heat conductor.The only downside that isn't important is that is smells bad ;) |

Using them for my VRM sinks on my 4870 because the AS accelero twin turbo won't stick. Very effective, easy of use. I still got plenty left for any other use in the future. It is however quite expensive. It does smell funny... Be careful if you use it, too much of it makes it glue permanently. Ideal for cooling video cards or parts on motherboards |

I purchased this for my GPU ramsinks and they work like a charm. Adhering the ramsinks tightly to the ram units while conducting a great deal of heat. The only complaints i have would be that it is a little pricy and the instructions arent easy to figure out. |
This is very good quality thermal adhesive. I used it to stick heatsinks on my videocard memory modules. IT is very hard to take it out it you want to unstick it. Think twice before applying this adhesive because it will stick forever. Its a kind of epoxy style... glue.
