Arctic Silver Premium Silver Thermal Adhesive 2 X 3.5 Grams
Cons:none that I can think of it works as advertised but do NOT apply it between heatsink and cpu.

Pros:simple to apply, really strong bond formed rather quickly, no rush in use roughly 5 minutes to apply before it really starts to harden.
Comment:
used paint thinner to remove the cheap glue used with ramsinks from OCZ, clean the bases and applied this thermal adhesive in it's place, mounted the ramsinks onto my sapphire 9800pro not so much to get higher performance but to run lower operating temperatures at XT levels that the card has already attained.will be placing a PIII 750 heatsink onto the gpu will have to see how well it overclocks definnitely it will lower running temperatures by 30c probably more.

Arctic Silver Premium Silver Thermal Adhesive 2 X 3.5 Grams
Cons:- price- consistancy in 2 tubes is very different

Pros:- Excellent thermal conductivity- Excellent bonding strength- non-conductive
Comment:
This is actually the only non-conductive thermal expoxy I have ever found, but it still works better the conductive stuff I have used. You could easily attach any heatsink you want to almost any chip with this epoxy, and from what I can tell it transfers heat nearly as well as regular AS.One thing that bothers me about this product is that the one tube is extremely hard to squeeze anthing out of while the other tube comes out very easily, so every time I go to squeeze out some of the easier to squeeze stuff after pressing so hard on the other one I always end getting to much of the one part.Even wasting some of the one part I have already epoxied about 5 heatsinks and I think I have over half of both tubes left still. However if you only need a thermal epoxy or epoxy, there are much cheaper alternatives out there. But this is most likely the best thermaly conductive epoxy there is, and the fact it is non-electrically conductive makes it ideal for use inside your computer.
