Moves lots of air, adjustable speed setting The fan that you can rotate to blow the direction you want - the default direction was toward the bottom of my case away from my video card. I had to rotate it nearly 180 degrees to point it at the card, which left me with only two positions that directed air more than the card. The documentation that came with the fan makes it appear like the default direction in towards up not down. Loud on high, but quiet on lower settings and nevertheless moves sufficient air.

Just a bit longer than the vid card It's got two fans, one adjustable angle fan to cool what you point it at and the adjustable speed exhaust, so it does a excellent job. four pin molex is double sided so you can plug some factor else into it if your brief on four pin molex conectors (have my 92mm exhaust fan plugged into it).
