I purchased a new Belkin router & Adapter when my old one gave out. This one is tops so far. I have 2 computers and a laptop, all are connected and are working fine.

IV BEEN USING THIS FOR OVER 2 YEARS NOW,EVEN OUTSIDE ,I JUST SEALED THE GAP BETWEEN THE U S B AND BASE WITH BLACK TAPE,I MADE A SMALL DISH OUT OF A POT LID ,SO I CAN SHARE MY N EIGHBOURS N BAND WE SPLIT THE BILL EACH MONTH,HE LIVES ABOUT 4 APARTMENTS AWAY AT LEAST 300 FEET,AND I GET A ROCK SOLID 4 TO 5 BARS AT 135MBPS ! IV HAD IT OUTSIDE IN MINUS 30-BELOW AND IN VERY HOT PLUS 39 TO 42C DAYS THIS THING WORKS LIKE A CHAMP!!ANYONE THAT SAYS THIS IS NO GOOD IS NUTS!AND AS FAR AS DRIVERS GO,IM USING WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 64 JUST GET THE VISTA 64 DRIVERS THEY WORK GREAT!ALSO WHY DO YOU GUYS THINK THIS HASNT REALLY CAME DOWN IN PRICE?I PAID ABOUT 80.00 IF MEMORY SERVES ME CORRECT!BECAUSE ITS THAT GOOD!!!!

This adapter does a decent job. Am using a Verizion 7500 router with an ethernet connection to my dell. One adapter is upstaris and around 25' away (depends which way you walk) and it can only register 2 bars. The adapter cord is also a problem depending upon where your base computer unit is located. Another adapter is located almost directly above and seems to work OK... There have been a few times when a Reset has been required but that could be a problem of differing hardware. So far, with Windows XP & Vista it is doing a decent job and as long as you have an open USB port, the price is reasonable. I will be hooking up the third adapter to the HP shortly which is directly above and hopefully we have the same positive performance results.

This works very well with Windows Vista.Is used for my 2nd pc that is in another part of the house. This product did exactly what it was needed to do.

Did not run on my Windows XP Professional 64 bit system. Dropped connection over and over and caused system to reboot if you plugged it in with system on. My son has another model Belkin USB wireless adapter and it plugged and played without incident.

This product did exactly what it was needed to do,I wanted something to make my laptop connect all around my property, that is exactly what it does! If I had wanted something to bring in stuff from half a mile away I would have gone a little more tech!

I tried this adapter out for a few days. I have the b N plus router. This adapter would not connect over 150Mbps in same room as router. I also had the exact same bars as the laptops g

No complaints - this product does as advertised. I have the cradle attached to my desktop, but can easily pop the adapter out and use it on my laptop without the cable. The one mark against it in the Performance category is because I had difficulty getting the driver to install properly on my laptop, but not a huge deal.

The software disk included at least had the driver to make the USB work with no problems. BUT switching from Window's built in network detector to their superior network manager was pure grief (e.g. A still GRAYED "Next" AFTER I had CHOSEN one of only two possible options!) Ridiculous! It should NOT have taken a 1/2 hour to get it up and running and I should be using THEIR superior wireless manager (I even downloaded any updates. I got SO frustrated I just reverted to Window's XP built wireless device manager and it. Still it works, (an N to a G access point) but only gives a "VERY GOOD" whereas I expected EXCELLENT for the very short, 5 yards away, access point, (T "Excellent" is saved for N to N?). This is all on and older comp. that came with XP. Note, if you didn't read closely (I didn't) the USB adapter comes OFF its stand for use without the stand. Handy. Again, nice hardware but no automatic software switch to Belkin's or even advice o

Installed on my kids game computer over 100 feet from router and thur 3 walls. It's getting the strongest possible signal with no problems. I have an older Belkin Pre-N router so was concerned about compatability. Seems I didn't need to be.

Works great. My laptop's built in wireless G card was slow & didn't have much range for a lynksys N router, but kept receiving a signal from the grocery store 1/4mi away. Very annoying. I was also blaming my DSL ISP for slow signals. This Belkin adaptor solved all my problems at a price I could afford. I highly recommend it.

The adapter was easy to install and worked as advertised. I don't know if it is the best adapter I could have purchased, but I have absolutely no complaints. If I needed a second adapter I would buy it again.

This thing, when coupled with my Belkin "N" router, improved my connectivity from "very low" to "very good" instantly in my office which is located over 100' from my house in a gazebo. Love it!

it should have a clip on it so you can attach onto your notepad, and interchangabale belkin parts that clipped into the base with more wire windings,multi-wavelength of wire = higher db gain,/db gain and antenna's directivity is what you want, ask any ham radio operat0r

Simple put...horrible. Drops connection every 1-2 minutes in any part of the house. Same for windows XP/Vista. Also tried on other computers. No where near worth the money.

I got me one aboute 2 months ago and so far the only complain I have is that for some reason after 1 or 2 weeks its stop working and I have to call the support tech. to have it working again,but one is working I don't have any problem getting a signal,It does have a grate range do to I do not have a router in my house and I'm picking a signal from some one else that I don't Know were it is. mayve next door or couple of blocks from home,but I do get my signal and don't have to pay for a Internet. I get a good free signal from any one around my house.thanks to belkin

Very please, signal is going thru a book shelf of books ( about 26 inches) and three walls over about 35 feet and provide a low to medium signal strength and 108 to 135 mbps connection. Unit was easy to set up, Would definetly get another.

Great Product. Just wish i bought i at Tiger. I bout it at the local PX for more than twice what tiger sells it at. I have it hooked up to a desk top and get better internet on that that i do with my laptop sitting right next to the router.
