The Connector Snap Latches are a blessing and maintain the connector from disconnecting from the motherboard and device even though in transport! Slam dunk! Worked right after install. None ... really ... when you consider about it. OOPS!! Needed the energy connector for the drive. Ordered prior to I cracked the box. Should have observed that the SATA drive demands a unique energy connector than the ATA drive, and none were available inside my household built box. So my recommendation is:Look initial, then order.Now I have an added cable.

The cable works, and the locking latch works nicely too.
