Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 CPU BX80571E5300 Does its job, and does it well. It's not some amazing cpu that is ridiculously beast, because it's kind of an old processor. But it runs very well, and handles everything I throw at it. I overclocked mine to 3.0ghz and I run Call of Duty World at War on max settings and it runs quite well. I have a 9800gt to help it out though, and if I set all frames to sync it does freeze up... If you want intense gaming, buy something like a core2 quad or something, but if you're a modest gamer that does some games and other computer operations this is the cpu for you!

Devices displace sata drives in the hierarchy and you have issues booting and reading fixed drives. A real pain to play with. I've sworn by this company in the past so I hope this is an isolated stinker.

Love it when all I have to do it plug-and-play and not constantly tinker with something. Will do business again.

Biostar G31M7TE Intel G31 Socket 775 Motherboard Great deal, great price. Has been working fine (1 week now). Word of caution though. The IDE connector slot is in an inconvenient location near the bottom of the motherboard. If you plan on using an IDE hard disk drive, make sure you have a long enough cable. It'll probably need to be roughly 24-32 inches long, depending on the size of your case.

Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 CPU BX80571E5300 Came with a bare bones kit. Handles all the functions i give it well. I wouldn't get it for intense gaming. But it runs most games well enough. Handles all basic functions extremely well. Have had no issues thus far.

Get CPU Thermal Paste and a nice 80-120mm system fan and you'll be worry-free. I'm running this board at it's maximum capability. I always check hardware health in the BIOS after using my PC intensively, never seen temp higher than 80. A GREAT BUDGET BOARD!

Biostar G31M7TE Intel G31 Socket 775 MotherboardThe 1st MB arrived DOA. The return was easy. This retailert gave me free shipping on the 2nd one. Installation was easy. I put it in an HP computer whose MB had died. I used the original CPU from the HP, a P4-516, and the original ram, 2 DDR2-533 1GB sticks. I installed Win 7-64 Ultimate and it is running smoothly. The graphics ability is the weak point of this MB (3.1 Windows Experience). I ordered a PCIe X16 graphics card to raise this ability and give me a HDMI outout.

It has to have windows xp second edition installed to even get past installing windows. A new harddrive won't anything installed on it so kinda a dead end there,

In paerticular I was impressed with its legacy support - It has headers on the board for both RS232 and LPT (parallel)... I had one minor issue with the bios... If you set the clock incorrectly in the bios the machine will fail to power up... Fortunatly, there is a simple procedure to reset the board... Unlike the other reviewer, I have a bunch of USB devices plugged into my MOBO, including a multimedia drive... I have absolutely no problems booting... There is a setting in bios that allows you to change boot devices and sequence - I suspect the previous reviewer has something set incorrectly.

Biostar G31M7TE Intel G31 Socket 775 Motherboard I purchased this board for a friend recently to upgrade his outdated athlon xp system. If you're planning on making a hardcore gaming rig this isn't a board you're looking at, but if you're looking for value, reliability AND a hefty upgrade from your old system this is definitely the way to go. Powered up with lots of extras attached and have had no problems. Passed an overnight stress test on the CPU and ram and never overheated.
