Not getting to screw in HDD or CD/DVD drive. Makes assembly quite easy. It also has incredibly great ventilation. Plugging in the SATA wires to the drives. The 'boats' that you hold the challenging drives forces you the challenging drive (wire ports) to face 1 of the side panels of the case.

Large and roomy. I was surprised by the size. HD trays did seem a bit flimsy at 1st glance, however when I installed the drives the were just fine. Fantastic cable management possibilities. None that I can feel of. I would recommend this case to any person looking for a chassis with lots of space and very good air flow. My AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE runs at 98 to 100 degrees F, rarely ever going over 100 degrees F on air cooling only with the stock heatsync and fan.

Plenty of room, excellant ventilation & airflow. 120mm fan doesn't fit in the bottom like the manual says. I will use this case in the future.

- Good capabilities- Looks fantastic- Quiet fans- Good price- Cable management- Low temps The panels leading and front are plastic and a small tough to get rid of so be cautious with the clips.Only comes with two clips for locking HD or optical drive in place. So for two bays, if you use them, you would have to use screws but I add screws anyway so not much of a negative.Other than that I in fact can't feel of any... I wanted a good looking case that didn't break the bank. This has amazing reviews online and even though I was concerned about the venting (dust) so far this has been a non problem. The 'look' of the case is fantastic as well. As one more said perfectly: Deceptively, deceptively low price.This is a follow up review: I saw the บ discount + free shipping on these and had to comment. I've had mine because they first came out (Full retail, ฤ shipping!) and have loved it ever considering that. I'm buying yet another now, but I'm springing the extra for the Advanced version: see Other Thoughts Thinking..... wait.... none. Well, windowed side panel costs ษ.00... Component# KA-692-KWN1 I'm getting the advanced version for my 2nd 1... Now that I know how I will want to set it up, the extra ฤ is totally worth it.* Comes with three fans and 140mm IN FRONT instead of 120mm!* I'm going to need the SSD adapter soon anyway.* I in fact have necessary the top SATA dock alot, now that I've thought of it...

So I got this instead of the Fractal R3 because it was out, I didn't regret it. I saved a lot of money and I got a slightly bigger and cooler case.It looks pretty good and the build quality doesn't disappoint. Very well ventilated with lots of fan mounting options. Can't wait for the next CM 690 to upgrade to.

This is a very nice case and especially good value for the price. Have many cons listed however am very picky about my case fans and rarely keep the included fans and use Noctua or Scythe Gentle Typhoon. Lacking a 3.5" drive bay is not much of a weakness unless you have a 3.5" external device. Very few cases have dust guards on the rear case fan as it's normally exhaust however I get better cooling with it as intake my CPU fan blows to the top of the case not out of rear and heat rises so top fans make the best exhaust. Have never seen a case with a power supply dust filter which is a very nice option to include to prevent over heating due to dust. The clip in design of the drive bays is a very nice touch making install a breeze. Temps are very nice with front intake rear intake and two top exhausts, makes video card and CPU temps very manageable.At this price point there is no reason to not choose this case, I can not find a better case for the money. There may be fancier LED light cases but if function is what is important you'll be paying $30+ more before any sale to find a comparable case for a high end system build.

I've owned this case for two years now. The front panel audio failed about one year in to the ownership. I contacted CM and a replacement part was sent out to me right away. Definitely satisfied with both the product and customer service.

For the price this is one of the best cases available. More than enough room for all processor heatsinks, supports esata, tool less. I purchased the custom side window pannel for a unique look.

Purchased for a friends' computer build. It was on sale and combined with an OCZ modular PSU it works well. Lots of room for everything most computer parts require. Seems like a case that should be closer to the hundred buck range but for a lot less. Some people are too picky and are complaining on this case as if it was $130 or something and missing features. You cant expect a Ferrari from a Chevy. come on people.

Got this case from the surprise special price of 60 bucks. Replace my Antec 900. So much nicer to be able to use cable management, and nice to finally have a black interior. Lots of room for fans, and for the price absolutely can't be beat! Also really like the fact it had dust filters, even if they're not the easiest to deal with.

Excellent and well thought out design. Layout of the bays and motherboard back plate means that cable management is easy and there isn't any excuse to not do it properly.Excellent ventilation, leaves the watercooling option open if interested in the future! Would definitely buy again.

I bought it to replace my Xigmatek midgard who's sucks for WC...The case can only fit ultra thin rad (like swiftech MCR series. Could fit a 360rad on the top (no modding needed), and 1 240 on the bottom (you will have to remove the detachable HD bay for it).Decent temps, but cant OC too much.

It's pretty well price for what you get. You have lots of space inside and have room behind the motherboard for cable management. Everything inside is painted black as well. You can stick a lot of fans on this for really good airflow. I don't really like how the top of the case looks and the fact that you can pull the top off.

I previously had the CM-690 I and on my new build I decided to get this one because of the design and good price comparison. It is extremely well made and alot of drawbacks on the older cm690 have been improved upon. The basic case itself is very well packed but it would have been nice to get a top tray cover and some additional mounting accessories for fans.

Great case overall. Nice looks and cable management holes are great. My 4+4pin CPU power cable was too short to go around the back of the case so it just went in front. If you have a short cable, might want to consider extensions.

I run a Computer Repair Business, and this has been one of the better cases I've found under $100. With tool-less HDD installs and plenty of room to work with, this case needs very little improvement. The only complaint is that while there are plenty of spots for fans, the placement is odd, as it is impossible to install a standard fan on the right door, as it would keep the door from closing properly.

Overall great mid tower case. Easily accomodates larger video cards such as the 5870 and the case provides decent airflow. Best bang for your buck.

Lots of room to hide your cables and the options for cooling are limitless.This case can hold 10 fans and Water cooling options are among the best.No competition at this price from other manufacturers.Very easy install of all components.The MOBO plate even has a legend for standoff placement too easy!
