COOLER MASTER HAF 922 RC-922M-KKN1-GP Black Computer Case
Comment:
Case is extremely roomy and has excellent airflow. Layout inside is fantastic, fit full ATX board simply and integrated Energy/LED cables had been long enough to reach the back corner of Mobo. LED is a good touch but I don't use it. Keeps my method cool and running smooth. Tough drive bay can lead to some wobble/noise, took some tinkering with it and lowered noise right after initially develop. Would very recommend, wonderful situation.

A lot of space for cable management and will fit full size video cardsYou can turn off the LEDs on the fan!Military like looks (love the flat black)Tool-much less drive bays perform really nicely2x200mm fans move a lot of airQuiet! The CPU fan is the loudest fan in my system nowDropped my CPU temp by about 6C For a mid tower its a bit huge (not ideal for LAN parties)Inside of case is not paintedNo candy included with the retail packaging I had come across this situation early in my search for an upgrade to my ancient ྭ year old) computer system case. It piqued my interest and I spent the subsequent couple of days pouring more than other instances in the same value range, but I kept coming back to the HAF 922. For the price it can not be beat. It comes with some incredibly big, and importantly quiet, fans and attributes outstanding air flow coupled with plenty of room for wires and elements. Its wide adequate to fit the biggest of nowadays's monster air cooling CPU heat sinks and can accommodate water cooling if you're so inclined. The tool-much less drive bays couldn't be easier to use and work extremely well. I though too considerably about if this was the case I wanted. I need to have bought it a week earlier and saved myself the effort of reading all these other situation evaluations.

Comment:
Excellent case. I set up the situation with each intake fans powered by the PS. The exhaust fans powered off the MB. Ran a temp test and they were a tiny high on my MB, CPU, GPU. I then set up all the fans to run of the PS. My GPU went from 40C to 34C. CPU 28C to 25C. MB 28C to 25C. Only thought is that it's equal air flow in and out? FYI I have a 750W PS. No 200mm or 120mm fans for the left door. It's a add on after you acquire the case. No dust covers for the front panel intake fan. You have to unscrew the front panel to get at the fan to clean it. Minor troubles... I added a 200mm fan to the left door, see my earlier post ƒ of the self tapping screws striped). I purchased four bolts and nuts and rubber washers. Took out the self taping fan screws and then added the bolts, washers and nuts. The fan is now incredibly stable and can be taken out and cleaned a lot less difficult then with the self taping screws. I also looked about and discovered a dust filter for the 120mm fan. But at ป.00 plus shipping I thought there may possibly be a better way to filter the dust. I went to YouTub and identified many diverse ideas. I bought a sheet of metal screen door screening and 4 bolts and nuts. Cut the screen to fit over the outside of the left door, punched four hole with a nail and attached the bolts and nuts to hold the screen in location. Good tight fit. FYI, I added two layers of screen. May have to add a few additional? I will give it a week. Total price Ū.00 or much less. Curd but it functions.

COOLER MASTER HAF 922 RC-922M-KKN1-GP Black Computer Case
Cons:Pins in the hard drive brackets didn't fit in the holes of either my hard drive or my ssd.

Pros:Big, excellent air flow, good looking, solide.
Comment:
Overall a great case with clean looks, perfect amount of space to keep an organized look without looking empty or crammed. More then enough airflow for most people and has a sturdy feel and good build quality. My only major problem with this case are the hard drive brackets which are supposed to snap onto your hard rive have pins that are too big to fit into the holes in either my hard drive or my ssd were screws would normally go. Since it didn't fit in either of my devices the problem is probably with coolermaster. My solution was to replace the pins with screws provided with the case but it beats the purpose of quick snap on brackets. Also the side panels don't close properly if you don't apply pressure to the front of the panel will sliding it in position which is annoying if your often taking off the panels.

Cons:None

Pros:well priced, great features, comes with 3 fans installed.
Comment:
I love the design of this case. there are 3fans installed, one for intake and two for outflow. RED LED light can be turn off with a press of the button present on the top of the case. You can fit another 2 120mm fans or one 200mm fan if you want more airflow. Drives r easy to install with jus sliding it in and pressing the button.

COOLER MASTER HAF 922 RC-922M-KKN1-GP Black Computer Case
Comment:
I've had mine for more than a year and a half. This includes heavy front IO panel use and three motherboard alterations. This is a actually solid and extended lasting situation. Cable managment is fairly simple with this situation. There's a few issues I'd modify if I could but I genuinely have enjoyed utilizing this situation. I've never worked with a mid-tower case ahead of that feels as roomy to work with as this one. It is the widest mid-tower case I've ever used. This isn't really a con but soon after 1.five years of heavy use my front fan just went out. The LED went out a month ago and then two weeks right after that the fan started creating noise. For a mid tower case, the side mounted HDD bays make it seriously simple to function with and adjust HDD's. The MOBO area is not a removable tray but the back plate does have a CPU cut-out (making it achievable to change HSF's with backplates w/o getting rid of the MOBO. Also, it is effortless with this situation to run the MOBO power connectors behind the backplate.

COOLER MASTER HAF 922 RC-922M-KKN1-GP Black Computer Case
Comment:
This case has a much more or much less rigid construction. CM gave thought into cable management, as effectively as added breathing space must the user determine to obtain any extra parts such as two video cards. The liquid cooling grommets are an added bonus to any user that might determine to go to liquid cooling. If not the fan comes with two generous 200mm fans, and 1 120mm fan. Once more, the case has ample space, so there is space to add far more fans, really should the user determine to. Fundamentally, overall i don't have any important issues with the situation, hence the rating of 5. I did nonetheless recieve my case damaged. I do not believe that it has something to do with Newegg, rather it is due to mistreatment though in transit. Since my damage was not too in depth, i opted to attempt to repair the damaged parts working with super glue. Beyond the harm to the case, I am fairly happy with this case and would advise it to anyone looking for a mid size ATX tower.

ư Egg Airflow - this thing has 2x200mm + 1x120mm fans stock (and space for more!)Ư Egg Silent - whisper quietƯ Egg Roomy - I'm using a mATX so that assists, but nevertheless lots of space.Ư Egg Great packaging/layout - cables are a lot extended and CPU cutout on the MB tray is quite handy when installing a 3rd party HS/Fan.The eSATA port up front is a good bonus, but I doubt I'll use it. Front light on mine doesn't light red (as it shows in the photos). I'm not docking an egg for it as I don't truly care ( in fact prefer it not ), but believed I'd mention it.Installing the PS was a tiny bit trickier than some other individuals, but it looks like that is due to having much more space (to permit for bigger units) - which is in all probability a great factor general so I won't deduct an egg.

Comment:
Lots of space, extremely roomy, did I mention it has lots of space? cable management is very straightforward with this. I can really fit a v8 on this case and nonetheless have space between the side window. the fans are really low contemplating it has 2 200mm fan. The other side of the case enables you to access the back portion of the motherboard to install cpu plate without removing the motherboard. It dropped my cpu temp to 29c on idle now. Previous case was a antec 900 case and temp was about 36 on idle. air flow is excellent. I like how you can turn off the red led lights (not a fan). Calls for no tool to add in the drives. Has plenty of space to add in a bigger cpu cooler or go water cooling. Somewhat heavy, wish the front 200mm fan comes with a removeable filter. no actual gripe seriously. Wish I bought this sooner. With all that air flow it becomes a dust magnet but primarily from the outside, hardly ever any dust in the case itself 3 of my pals picked up this very same case right after they saw it.

- Extremely spacious for a mid tower, without being too overbearing compared to a full tower. Can very easily accommodate significant CPU heatsinks and the newest 12 inch GPUs.- Air flow is exceptional, as expected with 2x 200mm fans for in take and 1 120mm for exhaust, yet general is quiet.- Cable management is great.- Upgrade capabilities to install additional case fans.- Capacity to swap CPU heatsinks that mount behind the motherboard without removing it.- Most of the case is toolless. - Very heavy, not best for transporting back and forth.- Lack of an included LED side fan tends to make the case seem a bit dark (this may not bother some folks)- Side panel does not include a dust filter. I purchased this case to replace my old Sniper-G mainly to accommodate the ten.five inch GTX 590, as well as enhance cable management and air flow. This case seemed the ideal fit as I was restricted on desk space so I required a spacious mid tower. This case >will< fit anything a full tower can fit at a significantly more compact size. Cable management was nice but nonetheless had to tuck some cables subsequent to the drive bay because my PSU was not modular. With a modular PSU you can most likely conceal all cables simply behind the motherboard. This case housed all my components with lots of room to spare and gives plenty of space for bigger cards and heatsinks. My only complaint was having to obtain the side in take fan separately, but it's absolutely worth it for the added air flow and an added red LED absolutely spruces up the case quite nicely!Overall this would be my ş choose to everyone seeking to save on desk space with a mid tower but want a roomy tower capable of fitting all your hardware with ease.

Really, incredibly roomy. I was able to fit a complete size graphics card and a gigantic heatsink with a lot of space to spare. With all the space cable management is straightforward and air flows effectively. Both sides come off, creating it uncomplicated to replace the heatsink or hide cables behind the motherboard. The CPU/Heatsink cut out of the motherboard tray didn't really line up to my Gigabyte P67A motherboard. I had to bend some of the metal back in order to swap out my heatsink. No eggs deducted because this case was released extended just before Sandy Bridge processors.

A lot of Room. Great Cooling. Superior Placement for all components and most cables. I nearly went for the 912 but so pleased that I didn't ... a tiny additional space goes a lengthy approaches. NONE! Get the extra fans. With a Cooler Master Hyper 212 and just about every optional fan installed my CPU barely gets warm. In reality, the air coming out isn't noticeably warm at all.

This point is larger than I imagined it would be! Lots of space and moves a lot of air with the stock fans, and has space to add lots much more. I was going to get a HAF 912 but went with this one particular last minute on impulse and incredibly glad I did. Moves a lot of air and has a lot of room. Extremely uncomplicated to manage cables in the back, lots of space to put them with the indentation behind the MB tray. Looks excellent. Looks fantastic however straightforward. Not also uncomplicated like a plain black case but not overly created like a lot of greater finish instances. None so far. Well I guess one particular of the rubber feet got loose. Took 5 seconds to repair.

Massive and sturdy, perfect for future improvements of much more drives or crossfire video cards. The side panels of mine had been slightly bowed, not an problem as extended as you hold them while you slide them back in. Got this on a combo deal with a 700W cooler master psu. Both worked devoid of a hitch, hopefully that continues. As constantly new egg's service is tremendous

Excellent airflow, lights up in the front, can fit anything you wanna throw in there, like the largest graphics cards, and it looks excellent if you like black instances. Way larger than I believed it was going to be. Not really a mid tower case in my opinion. NO DUST FILTERS. There is some in the front but only the front. Within two months my personal computer was totally of dust and I had to clean it out. Only a problem if you maintain it on the floor like I do, but you kinda have to cause its so major. Handful of dust filters it has are a discomfort to take out and clean due to the fact you have to undo like 10 screws to get to them. Not very, but not that loud. Don't seriously like the looks of this case but thats just me. I believe thats about it. Cant genuinely advise this case. Its decent dont get me wrong but not fantastic.

Not much space behind the HDD trays, which was an problem due to the fact I purchased a sata to IDE converter for one of my old IDE drives. the converter stuck out to far to close the case so I had to leave the drive loose in an additional region of the case. This case is beautiful, even much more so in person. Adore the color/design. It was bigger than I expected, but that is only a plus. Effortlessly roomy adequate to fit every little thing I wanted inside with a substantial amount of space for future upgrades/additions. Wonderful air flow in the case so far that I've seen as properly..Came equipped with 200mm X2/ 120mm fans. The case organization is also a plus, and the price tag was incredibly fair in my opinion.TL;DR-Gorgeous design-Big/roomy expansion space-Good airflow as stock-Fair cost for what you are buying Did not come with a side fan, but it is built for 1. I was slightly irritated about that, but it clearly says that prior to your purchase..and that is not worth bumping it down an egg. You can usually invest in a inexpensive addon fan for it if you wish. Bought this case here off newegg as component of a super bundle deal they supply. I purchased it on a Sunday and every little thing came together on that following Thursday. Swift and low cost shipping/handling, so overall good job newegg. As a side note, here is the link to the super bundle deal if you are interested. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.573823Thank you Newegg for the service.

Good case, it looks sharp and the paint job looks military style, kinda. I put in a Asus Crosshair IV and it fits perfectly, with a coolermaster V8 CPU fan, and dual 5850's, with room to spare. When you organize it appropriately, all the wires can be handled in multiple techniques. Not worth taking an egg away, but when I opened it, the inside by the power provide, where it isn't painted, looked like it'd certainly been scratched. It's hidden once you put in the psu, but still. It was a toss-up amongst this one and the Scout case they have for sale, and I figured this 1 would leave me the room I required for dual video cards, and I was correct. My friend has the Scout case with SLI, and he says he's kinda cramped.
