Fairly affordable, life time warranty; effortless timings. I am a bit of an idiot, but don't be fooled the white rectangle on the memory is not a heat spreader it is a sticker :P.... Not genuinely a con just a btw. Spending budget memory for a spending budget technique. |

Decent speed for small business use Put this memory in 15 computers for a enterprise consumer, with the Gigabyte P55-USB3 board and have had three come back with bad memory chips. Needless to say it makes me look really poor and is making the customer angry. I want replacement memory issued. |

1st off, let me say: i'm a big corsair fan. if they make a item, i usually go with them before any individual else.i bought the single stick version of this ram for a develop a although back: worked finethis time, with the kit... didn't function out for mecorsair i give additional than 2 stars, but this particular product i had a genuine bad experience with when i built the method for a client, it would freeze up on 3dmark06it would also freeze for the duration of most any gamefollowing the ram passed memtest, it seemed like a video card concern to meso, i rma'ed the video card: not too lengthy immediately after the pc began getting this strange challenge of always saying "windows did not shut down appropriately" every time it was left off for more than 4 hoursonce again, i ran memtest on the ram: passedi then tested it with the very same plan in my machine: passedso, i thought the only factor that could be responsible was the mobo or the power supplyi ripped the power supply out of my comp, utilized it on his rig: did the same thingso, i rma'ed the mobo, and got a replacement: nonetheless had the exact same difficultythat meant it was either the ram or the cpu, but the nature of a poor cpu didn't correlate at all with these problems; so, i googled "can ram pass memtest and nonetheless be poor"... turns out it can; and it was rma's took me a week to get sent back to the factory, then about an additional half a week to have them send me a new 1... that's three weeks in between the video card and the mobo, which i rma'ed unnecessarilythen, as i stated, the dilemma only occurred soon after the program was off for over four hours, so that put trouble shooting down to about an thought a dayall in all... this ram getting poor put me by means of an absolute nightmare: if it was my time and dollars, i wouldn't have cared so muchbut it was a client develop, and he had to wait virtually a month immediately after he handed a entire hand full of dollars to get a working comp: really stressful for each of usmoral of the story: i do enjoy corsair, i can't say i'll stay away from them from now on; but i will stay away from this particular ramso, if you expertise comparable troubles, don't rule out that it could be the ram, just mainly because it passes memtestcreate was:asus m4a88td-v evoamd phenom II x4 945 95wattcorsair 400watt psuasus 5670 |

Reputable company, fantastic cost for what you get, installed very easily and runs as advertised on my setup without altering any settings in the BIOS. No heat spreader? Not as "aesthetically pleasing" to look at? I don't stare at my pc's internals when it's built so, no cons to me, but can comprehend that some individuals do. It just works as advertised. I can't ask for additional. I got what I paid for, and it suits it purpose flawlessly. I'm not a major PC gamer, and I don't OC on the machine I built with this. If you want excellent performance at a excellent cost, this memory fits the bill. |

It works. Not much to say other than it's what I needed, and with the proper skill, it works terrific. Terrific cost as effectively. I believe the price has gone down some considering that I purchased it. NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Corsair makes reliable products. If you know how to put memory in, that's excellent. If you don't know that there can be additional to it than that, consult a personal computer tech. |
