-Great 600W PSU-I have this set up on my overclocked CPU and GPU that I set up Nov 2010 and it's nonetheless operating fine. -This isn't modular, so count on THICK cables. It's quite hard to retain the inside looking organized just mainly because how thick they are. If you don't care about the inside of your case looking neat or the seeing huge cables; then this is a excellent PSU.

low-cost lasted 1 day. I have received doa items before but in no way had something fail this bad. spend a small additional for a larger top quality corsair or antec. I was stupid adequate to trust this energy supply and had clipped the upc for rebate and sent it in. now i can't rma via newegg. Manufacturer Response:We are very sorry you had this issue with your PSU. Please RMA straight with Corsair utilizing the link beneath.External Link(s): Corsair RMA Link|

Good images. In the Facts it is stated Efficiency "greater than 80%" but in the Capabilities it is "Up to 80% energy efficiency". Until Newegg and the manufacturer get their details straight this does not worth any eggs to me. The item is as excellent as the brochure. Just rushed it to market... But documentation is a hint for a poor product.

- Extreamly quiet fan- Manageable cable length - None As some other individuals have stated, the cables are an individual longer then you could anticipate. I loved this as it allows for better cable management immediately after you plug somthing in.The only thing I might transform is that all of the molex and sata energy connectors are on seperate rails. I'd like to see them mixed sata/molex on each rails. Just a preference though, not a con.

-Great price for a powerful, effective PSU-Plenty of cables/connectors for a moderate size create-Barely notice there is a fan in there at all-Corsair does a wonderful job with their products -Cables seem pretty stiff, makes cable management tough in some locations This was wonderful PSU for my very first build, powers every little thing I got with area to upgrade.Running AMD Phenom II x4, HD5770, Caviar Blue HDD, 4GB DDR3 1600, and the optic drive with completely no problems.

Functions nicely for ์. Long cables, adequately sleeved with all the connectors I will need and then some. It's not 80 Plus certified. Observed complaints saying other Corsair units are a far better choice. Basic resolution: acquire those PSU's instead. What are you expecting for ์? It's not in everyones budget to drop 񘐜 on a new develop just about every time a new game or piece of hardware comes out. For those of us in the genuine world this is a way greater option than some of the garbage that lesser manufacturers flood the market with.

Powers my new personal computer incredibly nicely. No noise. No heating issues. (at least not yet) Won't make me green tea in the morning.Took off an egg off only due to the fact cable management was annoying. Modular would be greater and there are some for the same price.

Good, long, sleeved cables. Trusted brand. Low cost Not modular, but it was only about ฽.It is meant to be top mounted, if you have a bottom mounted case, have fun with the SATA energy cables. When bottom mounted, they will be upside down :)

Extremely heavy! Very solid! I utilised this to replace a failing "Apevia" brand power supply. It corrected all of the problems the method was having - intermittent blue screens, lock ups, and a whining noise coming from the energy supply itself (and not its fans). The Energy Supply bolted appropriate in with plenty of room to spare, and even came with a bunch of zip ties and black mounting screws! CABLE! LOTS AND LOTS OF CABLE! I suppose this isn't a con if you have a full size tower, duel video cards, and six SATA devices but if you're installing this in a 'cube' or a 'mini' tower then you'll have to get very creative with the cable management.Thank heavens for the zip ties! I have another Corsair power supply in my Gaming program and it has worked out excellent for me for more than two years now! I hope this one lasts this long, but with a factory two year warranty it'd far better! This would be best for a 'Budget' gaming build.

Stable power, very good looking, comes with a case badge, nice long cables, and trustworthy so far. Sleeving is a little affordable. It frays quite quickly and doesn't definitely cover the cables too well. Can't complain at this price though. It's Corsair. Great overall good quality. Outstanding cost. None whatsoever. 600 watts in all probability isn't adequate if you are going to have a severe machine but this can handle any low-mid range program. Rails are solid and you can surely feel the quality of this product.

If you want superior clean power but don't want to break the bank, then this is your PSU. High efficiency, lots a amps on the 12v rail and a decent cost makes this product a very good acquire. I wish some of the cables were a small bit longer. I really feel confident with a Corsair PSU is my PC. So significantly so, that I purchased a different Corsair PSU for my other PC just a month immediately after this one.

A lot of energy. Lots of connections. Long cables. Not actually a con about the power supply, but mine arrived with damage. The case had been hit tough and was warped. A small like a parallelegram rather than fully rectangular. I hit it with a hammer and it popped back. I tried it out and it appears to work fine. Not worth paying to send it back for a replacement. Not modular. I know it's not supposed to be. I bought this because it was on sale and had a decent rebate to boot. Plus Corsair has a great rep. I required some thing to run a newer single video card (Which I haven't bought yet) and 600 watts with two 8 pin connectors really should be fine.I wasn't expected one thing wonderful, just adequate. I give it 5 stars for value and 4 overall. I can't give it five stars just since it didn't price significantly. The price doesn't make it superior or worse than it is.The fan blows into the case rather of out the back. Could be a plus or a minus depending on how you appear at it. Logically it would maintain the PSU cooler at the expense of every little thing else. I have two large outblowing fans, so not a huge deal to me.

This is a great PSU, I bought it to replace some no-name junk and I couldn't have been happier. My case temps dropped considerably and it is very quiet. I wish it was modular but it's no big deal, and 600w isn't a massive amount of wattage but it's still enough for your average gaming rig.

I bought this during a killer sale to have on hand for emergency. I ended up putting it in my main rig after installing a GTX 560 Ti as my 500W OCZ ModXstream would squeal at times under load. Unfortuntely this PSU is so loud I couldn't stand to keep it in use. I ended up buying yet another PSU (Antec Truepower new 750W) which is great, and put this one on the shelf. Maybe I'll use it to fix someone else's PC some day?

Cons: Not modular

Pros: Really quietRock solidGood cord lengths
Comment:
I picked this up via a PM and got an excellent deal. It's really, really quiet and has been rock solid. The cord lengths are a little bit longer than most, which is great for cord management.Yes, it'd be great if it was also modular but I'm not expecting that at this price.I'd have to say I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for something that's a solid performer at a reasonable price.
