dark7flame Rating: Review Date: 07/30/09	Simply Sick Comment: I installed 8Gb of this. And that is seriously more than enough. I was able to run photoshop, labview, HL2, Fallout3, Prime95, Torrent 6 things, Watch 3 DVDs and compile 2 c++ codes. My processor got maxxed out, but my RAM peaked at 6Gb in use. Ram is always the cheapest and Best upgrade for your machine. The Dominator line has always treated me very very well.

Had to set to 1066mhz in bios, after that my system is blazing fast and plays every single game on the market with no lag or stuttering! Worked great out of the box. Mild OC stable 1100 @5,5,5,15. Have not noticed much of a difference with this and stock 1066. Warcraft, Crysis, GTA, Rainbow 6 vegas. Works great with my ASUS P5Q Deluxe board (all 4 slots in use). Never tried overclocking though.

The corsair ram i have in two pcs work great and the 400w power supply runs a phenom 2 using the onboard gpu.

They've been working beautifully, and the clocks are great. I have yet to have time to overclock them, but I think they'd do alright, as the heatsinks do keep the sticks cool. Like the guy under me, I encountered the same issue with the rebate. I'll see where this goes...

Pros:Reliable brand making quality products that look good. While I didn't really need the extra 2 GB game loads are faster with these. Look good, run cool, I could see no better ram to buy when I got these and I still think they're great sticks. Comment: Solid, reliable and fast ram. Buy it when it's on sale. I had tried Redlines and couldn't get them to clock anywhere close to rated speeds, while these have given me zero problems over-clocking. Rebates take a long time. Pros:Stable at rated speed.Overclocks to 1100 mhz zrated timings.Very nice build quality. Comment: This is very nice ram especially with the MIR. Corsiar still makes some of the best quality ram on the market, although not always the cheapest. If you want quality and stability without insane overclocks, this is great ram for the price, I will be picking up anther set soon.
