I ordered tow of these to pop into a computer I received for free. The computer has no name on it so I had to use a program to find the motherboard. I popped them in and it booted like expected. Very fast boot compared to the 192Mb memory I had in it. |

A Good Investment
Comment:
Aside from a slightly derisive attitude on the part of the Customer Service Rep about the age of my Dell Dimension (5 years old), the whole process was seamless. My desktop had 384MB Ram before and now has the maxiumum of 10000MB. Performance is greatly improved and the price was the cheapest around. I have purchased through this site before and will do so again. |

Terrible tech service from Centon

Terrible Tech service from Centon. No return calls or e-mails. Tried to contact them several times. Upon reaching them once, Service rep was not as knowledgable or interested in helping as needed. Ended up having to return product to Tiger. |

I ordered 2 of these. After installation the memory only registered at 512MB total. I assumed that one of them was bad, it turned out that the memory that was shipped was the 256MB with 512MB labeling and stickers. the sales representative would not credit the difference. |

I've dealt with Centon customer service twice, and both times have been *extremely* impressed by their promptness and attitude. Unlike with the 3 other manufacturers I've dealt with, I got a prompt RMA authorization without any back-and-forth email/phone chase. Centon shipped out the new modules within 48 hours of receiving my old ones, much better than the sometimes weeks-long wait I've had with other manufacturers. As a consumer with no financial stake in Centon/Tiger, Centon's service has won me over. |

This product is supposed to work with my Dual USB 700 Mhz iBook, but it does not. They do, however, honor their warranty. I have received two replacements for this product which originally worked great for 4 years, but none of the replacements will work with my computer! |
