Headset has alot of bass, I can effortlessly hear footsteps in cod4 more than my turtle beach x11s. Gaming I give these headsets a fiveǛ easily. Also, I am deaf to the world about me when I have these on. [closed ear]Pretty comfortable. About the ears it has a good soft leather material. Only point I can complain about is the top of the headset ought to be wider or have far more padding. My x11s beat them in comfort, so I give them a 4Ǜ. In some conditions the bass on these can be a bit overwhelming. Like if you are trying to speak to individuals on skype or anything, small noises from peoples mics can sound like explosions. I'm also not utilised to barely getting in a position to hear myself talk, the headset blocks out so substantially noise I can't even hear myself. Where on my x11's, there was this thing built in that let me hear myself and now that I don't have that it's sort of weird. I purchased this on a crazy deal, 25$ coupon and 50$ mail in rebate. So I got this headset for 25$ which is an absolute steal. Now, I don't think I would go for this headset at 100 bucks simply because you have superior selections such as the Logitech G35. Perhaps if this headset was 70 bucks it would be a greater deal. Either way I nevertheless give this headset five eggs simply because of how simply I can hear footsteps with just 30% of the volume cranked, I can't think about these on one hundred%.

-Bass is Amazing-Doesn't skimp out on mids or highs either-Fantastic entry level gaming headset-Works amazingly as a monitor for playing drums :D-Hella cheap (See other thoughts)-Very comfy ear cups. Top headband can get a bit uncomfortable immediately after long periods. I use these points for every thing. The bass is seriously the deepest I have heard out of a pair of headphones. These factors sound far better than Dr. Dre beats. I was fortunate to get these for ุ off with a ฮ MIR. Then newegg dropped the price tag by ฤ two days later and refunded that following a swift email. So 90% off of a great set of headphones? Yes please.

Clear highs and lows. Lengthy cord* for plugging into the back of a Pc. Ear cups are effectively padded and comfy. I do have far more cons than pros listed, but this is a decent headset. I took one egg away due to the fact I have headphones that do sound far better (and are a lot more high priced) and i took anohter way for the problems listed beneath. Mid range is lacking. A lot of headphones mix the mark right here, so not a major deal. I can really notice the distinction in between these and my high-end headphones when listening to issues though. Obnoxiously lengthy cord - I bought this headset for use at LAN parties and occasional use at home for late night gaming that demands voice chat. At the initially LAN party I brought this headset to, the obnoxious extended cord was plugged into my front audio jacks on my tower that was on leading of the table. the individual next to me got up and caught their foot on the cord which ripped both the headpone and mic jacks suitable off the cable. I barly felt a tug on the headset, the wire broke that simply. I need to say, the cable ripped apart suitable exactly where it split to go to the two jacks. Creative wouldn't offer you to cover under warranty, so I had to strip the cable and very carefully solder the enamel coated wires to new connectors. If they weren't 贄, i would have just tossed them and purchased one thing else. I was not in a position to attempt the noise cancellation on the mic. I do have a titanium series card and also have a set of surround sound speakers. If I want to switch from speakers to headset, I have to disconnect the speakers and connect the headset and then switch my sound settings for the card and my games. This is as well a lot headache. Also, my card randomly will drop the output level to the front left speaker by 10db (measured with sound meter) and the only way I can fix is uninstalling reinstalling the driver. So, this and that Inventive does not have a regular front audio connectors on their cards to enable me to use my front jacks for headphones and rear jacks for speakers...I yanked the card (which inventive 'tested' and will not fix) and just use my onboard audio now.

Decent sound and mic good qualityComfy Fragile I've bought 1 of these on sale, and the correct ear snapped off nine months later. Tried gluing them back together, but they kept snapping apart, so I gave up on them.Purchased a new pair the subsequent time a sale came around simply because I liked the mic, and this time I handled them as gently as possible. Proper ear broke off in six months. Beginning to assume I must check to see just how fat my head is.I recognize when ŭ earbuds break that rapidly, but I'd like my hundred dollar headphones to final a bit longer.

-Great sound isolation, blocks out outside noise really properly-Comfy over the ear style-Detachable mic-Sound excellent is fairly good -Excellent quality headset for the price (Got them on sale for ์) -Mic isn't the greatest. I've utilised much better mics in the past.-Headband could have been created w/ a tiny softer material Not necessarily a pro or con, but these headphones have a LOT of bass. It depends on what you like I guess. I purchased these immediately after my Steelseries 5Hv2's broke, and the sound is so a lot various. These headphones have a pretty "deep" and heavy sound to them compared to my 5Hv2's which sounded very quite light and crisp.

Adjustable and detachable-Ear component can foldBad-Can get uncomfortableNow for the large drawback that makes these not worth the income.AMAZINGLY fragile. The chord is thin. Tiny. and the durability is horrible. I had a friend of mine who had a pair of these, He liked them, I did as well. Bought a pair, shortly afterward his broke - The fragile super thin wire had pulled out of the splitter - with relative ease. Less than 2 months later mine did the same thing. I preserve them at the computer system and take quite good care of my equipment, however with wires this low-cost and thin it is inevitable. You will not get your warranty honored, and like a fool I bought one more pair. five months later the same thing has occurred. Only took them away from the laptop or computer a few occasions to hook up to laptop. Incredibly poor style. Do not purchase these, You'll have to keep acquiring a pair each and every couple of month. You wont get your warranty honored. I utilised to be a fan of inventive......

- Incredibly comfy, in particular around the ears. I can wear these for hours and hours just before they commence to get uncomfortable.- Good audio good quality and bass. I'm no audiophile, so my definition of "good" could be lacking, but they make gaming or even listening to music with something less pretty much painful!- Detachable mic - When picking this headset, I was concerned that this might be a con, since of how quickly I tend to lose things, but that proved to not be a difficulty, and the added convenience of being able to take the mic out is good!- six foot long cord - Depends on your setup, but is as extended as any person need to realistically want with a wired headset. - The mic: this has gotten mixed evaluations. Its passable, although I don't have one particular of Creative's sound cards, so I had to play with some a variety of audio configurations to get it to be loud adequate and sound suitable.- six foot extended cord - I listed this also as a pro, but figured I might emphasize just how annoying a 6 foot extended cord can be when you don't want half of it. Also, the cable and 1.5mm jacks feel truly flimsy, but they have lasted well with no problems so far. Inventive also provides a USB sound card that you can buy if you don't want to use the 1.5mm jacks, or you can discover a version of this headset with it built in. I've had this headset for around ӵ months at time of writing, and haven't regretted it however! Especially if you can get it for ~โ like I did, it effortlessly wins out in the <贄 price range (even a lot more so if you have a Creative video card)

Fantastic... no, Awesome sound for the pricepoint. Clear highs and deep lows. These actually bring your games to life. Mic will pickup the slightest sounds from another space. Your raid doesn't want to hear your baby crying, or your dog barking, or whatever else you have going down in your home. Also, if your organizing on wearing these for long periods of time, know that they get uncomfortable on the top of your head. I have to wear a beanie to maintain my head from obtaining sore.

I've owned this headset for five months, and have utilized it nearly each and every d due to the fact. So far, no issues. Applications mostly contain gaming and listening to music. The range of frequency response is phenomenal. The bass hits tricky, even though not fairly to the level of a pair of Beats. Even so, for 10% the cost (I paid ฮ w/ totally free shipping), the worth just can't be beat (no pun intended). As far as comfort goes, I can wear these for 3-4 hours and 95% of the time I experience no discomfort whatsoever immediately after such prolonged use. None so far. I was a tiny skeptical about the detachable microphone when I initially got the headset, but it has caused me no grief and is still operating wonderful. They cancel out sound quite nicely, which could be deemed a pro or a con (a con if you can't hear mom or the wife yelling at you from five feet away).Though I got this headset for ฮ, at the time of writing I would nevertheless suggest them to any person for the listed cost of ~฽. I can't speak to the high quality of customer support as I have had no difficulties with them so far. I wrote this review purely based off my encounter thus far and the worth for the dollars.

1. Some components are nicely created, other individuals not.two. Its like placing suction cups on your ears, it seriously does kill outside sounds.three. Mic works fine.4. Sound good quality is above average all about. My old headset had greater bass, but everything else was lousy. This headset has decent bass, midrange, etc.5. Value. When I purchased it this headset was on sale.6. Looks seriously good, and is not too heavy. 1. Headband not that comfortable. I have a shaved head so headband which has incredibly little in terms of padding doesn't really feel fantastic. Probably not an concern with those with hair. 2. Cups barely fit over my ears, and I dont have freakishly massive ears so those that do might not like it. Also a quite thin layer of fabric among your ears and the drivers tends to make it feel rough on the outside of ear, whereas my old headset was thicker and more comfy.3. The cord is thin, looks fragile and following only a month of use is starting to loose flexibility and bunch up.4. Positional audio bites. There is no distinction between a sound in front or behind you. It all sounds like its coming from behind. Old headset did far better job. I purchased this primarily based on value and reviews. All the critiques I read mentioned it was a solid, but not wonderful headset, and the cost at the time sealed it for me.General I feel its excellent for the sound excellent, the headband feels sturdy and I can ignore most of the discomfort. But some of the excellent is bad like the cord and the weak positional audio genuinely bothers me. I will hold onto it, but I don't assume it will last that extended.BTW: I have no troubles with audio making use of the mic, but I don't like that its detachable. If you have ever owned an ipod or an old sony walkman you know the initially spot that wears out is where you plug the jack in. I have little self-confidence that this will hold up if I maintain pulling the mic out. So I won't, ever. Besides it seems much more like a advertising and marketing ploy than an actual function.

I got them for more affordable than the listed cost on Newegg, so value was a pro for me. Sound high quality is excelent, lows and highs are crisp, no buzzing or static. Very solid feeling, comfortable, and they fit any head. I like the removable Mic because 80% of the time i dont want the mic. Mic recording high quality is the ideal i have heard from any headset i have ever owned. The in-line volume manage is cheesy, feels like it is just something waiting to break. Other than that, nothing.

Sounds Excellent. Fits Nicely around my ears rather than on them like quite a few headsets do and a good plus on the Noise Canceling Output. The Mic on the other hand--See Cons. The Mic on these headsets are specifically created for use with a X-Fi Based Sound Card. With out an X-fi sound card there is no noice cancellation for the mic even if u turn it on by way of a different sound panel. Teammates on Ventrillo and on Teamspeak say I sound like i'm in a tunnel and negative Crackling noise's. For the price tag of these headsets, the sound if fantastic. But I game a lot , and ๪ dollars is steep for a half working product. Maybe it was just my set that i received. Make sure u have a X-fi based sound chipset before purchasing these cuzz they're conenction by way of 3.5mm jacks. If u dont then get the SB Arena's. They're USB and have a X-fi on board.

really comfy padding for the ears! fairly good audio. microphone actually sucks! you have to speak straight into the microphone (not at an angle) for it to choose up voice proper. sadly, the microphone/mouthpiece is a "set" length, and is a single-size-fits-all. This headset would have been excellent for me if only the mouthpiece was a quarter inch longer. I tried to extend the flexible mouthpiece as close as I could to my mouth - and it snapped! it breaks surprisingly simply and by nonheavy pressure for a flexible mouthpiece. it snapped broken on the mouthpiece correct where the hard black plastic is bonded to the flexible rubber. I guess that is no major deal, only since it was too brief and useless to me in the initial spot. The eairpiece is nevertheless pretty excellent and comfy. Ear padding is extremely comfy for extended put on. But the padding on top of your head is noticeably discomforting and will undoubtedly mess up your hair!

integrated mic with flex boom. Lengthy cable. Comfortable ear cups. Incredibly cheap construction. The point at which the mic boom attaches to the ear cup broke within a couple weeks under extremely low force. Sound top quality is not the greatest. The sound is no exactly where close to as fantastic as my old Icemat Siberias. The Siberia also feels a lot lighter thanks to the outstanding head strap/band, regardless of having bigger drivers. For a related value, I'd go with the siberia. In reality, I soldered on a new headphone jack and I've been working with them since (those or my Bose noise canceling)

Phenomenal sound. Excellent sound Isolation. Not the very best but wonderful for the cost. Fragile Fragile Fragile. Don't tug on that cord at all...even by accident. I assume the solder joints are almost certainly not performed nicely though I haven't taken it apart. I have ruined two of these by basically turning my head when the cord was outstretched. I only had to do it once...it wasn't repeated abuse. Cust service is also quite poor. No telephone numbers and online-RMA will not recognize my serial quantity...I'm still attempting to figure out how to submit an RMA request for the second time simply because I forgot how I did it the very first time.
