I had never ever tried Important ahead of but I had heard great items about their reliability. So I purchased 9 of these for a consumer's computers. 1 out of the 9 came DOA. The ones that perform execute truly well. Only gave it 4 eggs mainly because the 1 came DOA. It costs ů to ship it back for RMA, stick only expense me ű.99 to start with, not worth the hassle.

Very good top quality, straightforward to install, worked as expected it's not for cost-free :) Exceptional memory, I purchased this to upgrade an old Optiplex desktop and boy, it seriously worth it, the Pc recognized the memory inmediatelly and it's been working with no problems, I installed windows 7 on this old machine and it runs fantastic, so far I only have three Gb of RAM and it operates fantastic, unfortunatelly the old MOBO only supports up to 4 Gb so I will buy yet another pair of these to get the maximum doable speed.

Worked ideal in my dell Inspiron 531, and was a fraction of what Dell wanted for the RAM It's RAM it either works or doesn't perform. 1 of the very first two sticks was DOA but NewEgg RMA course of action rocks and I got the new 1 in a 7-ten days.

RAM works good with no troubles, used for "light" gaming. Price is true low cost. none Ordered this for a client and had no troubles, plug and play like a charm.

No troubles on boot. Pc automatically recognized the Chip, None works specifically as it is supposed to.

Purchased 4 sticks...works excellent in Dell Dimension 4700 running Windows Vista.Now personal computer can browse, show Tv by way of a tuner and copy large files all at the similar time. None New egg delivery is speedy...got it in three days.

Affordable! Not as rapid as it says it is. I bought this to replace a ProMOS 512MB DDR2-667 (PC2-5300) stick. Same alleged speed but when I ran the Vista performance rating it DROPPED my memory rating by practically an complete point! Certainly a thing is wrong. Will see about replacing it. You get what you pay for, even on Newegg. This got two eggs mainly because at least it sorta works and it was affordable. It would be much better if you had two matched sticks, depending on your motherboard, so that you can run in dual channel mode. Pretty much usually motherboard compatible. Reliable. Inexpensive. Greater price prior to rebate. Have used in about 5 builds. No MB compatibility issues. Have constantly gotten rebate checks, and quickly. Newegg rocks!

I'm running two sticks of this RAM on an ASUS P5B vanilla mobo at FSB 407, timings four,4,four,11, DRAM voltage two.1 [as high as my mobo will go], vCore 1.325. This is a 50%+ overclock with stock cooling! So my 1.86 GHz rated C2D E6300 is now running at two.86 GHz, stable with Memtest and Orthos [dual core version of Prime95]. One of the RAM offers of the decade! Price soon after rebate will come to thirteen dollars per stick. none A superior part of my overclock is due to the RAM's default FSB of 333 vs. my CPU default of 266. The RAM gets barely lukewarm at two.1V. If your mobo can give it far more volts apparently you can run it at FSB 500 with tighter timings, but you may require superior than stock cooling to do this. Check out post by Victor Wang at ocxtreme.org forum re his overclock utilizing the 2GB version of this RAM. By the way, the chips should say D9FTB on them.

Bought two sticks of memory, 1 was dead on arrival. Newegg was fast to replace defective item. No hassle. Possibly there must be cost-free shipping on returned defective items. Shipping expense to return item was nearly half of what it price. Nonetheless quite happy...hope rebate goes as smooth...

I have had this in my system now for over 3 months. No issues at all. See Pros There was a bit of misunderstanding installing them. But determined it had far more to do with the MB and the OS than the memory itself.

N/A N/A So I received the RAM fairly fast so there weren't any problems there, but when i installed it, SIW recognized it as a DDR2 800 (PC-6400). I don't know what happened, but at least I was able to send it back to Newegg for a RMA. Was in all probability just unlucky.

Doubled the RAM in my Acer desktop PC by adding one of these, and the speed almost doubled when I did! Quick, reliable, just what I've come to anticipate from Vital. none Stick with Vital memory, its by far the finest! NEWEGG ROCKS!

For 7 dollars a piece, I couldn't resist and had to buy them. It was a great opportunity to upgrade the memory of my HTPC. So far, it works great, although I can't feel the difference an additional 2 GB gave me. But for $7 for 1GB, you can't go wrong.
