Incredibly very good value. Arrived in four days.Very smooth transaction. The hardest aspect was opening up the package. LOL. No other negs. System recognized and ran with it.I have a affordable emachines that maxes at 2gb so thats what I got.Vista runs so much greater now.I feel I may just get Essential for my next create, since I recall why I quit acquiring off the shelf. |

Low cost Following I installed it, the laptop recognized the memory but would randomly freeze each and every hour. As soon as I removed it, the computer system ran with out a dilemma. Since of the shipping charge, it's cheaper to buy RAM from Fry's or some shop. |

However, due to the quickness of this RAM chip and how flawlessly it installed and performed, I had to give this solution 5 eggs. It came in qualified packaging, and was easy to pop into the location. This is a large turn off for me mainly because I like the frustration of dealing with faulty RAM in ridiculous packaging. When I started up my laptop, for some odd purpose it was a lot more rapidly, which was kind of what I didn't want to happen... So I had to give it 5 eggs. Strong price, and stable performace no frills. PITA to open up the packaging :) Utilised these to upgrade 8 D3LL workstations in a client's office, they had slots and had only 1 gig... these allowed me to double the memory enabling the client to get at least a year or two additional usable life out of his existing harware. I know that this memory operates just good! But not in the laptop I planned on placing it in! My HP-Compaq Dx2200 Microtower, in retrospect I wish I had purchased two of these sticks since when I went to install this memory I identified out that my motherboard will only accept MATCHING pairs, I switched with a pal who had matching pairs of this memory so it's all excellent. I only rated low because it put me back a couple of days, it functions fantastic for him although! none, that I know of. |

Went for 1gig to 4gigs on a Core2Duo E6400 and Gigabyte Mobo. Wow is all I can say. I must have completed this years ago, but I would have paid thru the nose. None Ultra quick shipping. I ordered the Ram on Tues and recieved by Wed at Noon via ground. Living in SoCal has its benefits afterall. |
