I purchased two of these kits - 1 for my laptop and 1 for my wife's. We've had no problems with my wife's, but one of the modules in my computer failed 2 weeks after purchase. this company was very efficient in replacing it - I had a new one 2 days later. The improvement in speed is great. Thanks.

I took the old stock 2GB out, put this 4GB in, and it works great! My laptop running Vista sees all 4GB and performance is improved.

arrived quickly even with all this snow. exchanged this out with 2 512's, and now my laptop flies with no problem. from power on to windows vista in about 2 mins vs used to be about 5 mins. It was at a great price considering that i had shopped around for a while.

I upgraded the memory in my Toshiba laptop from two GB to four GB. The process was easy and they work immediately. I was surprised to see that Vista 32 bit actually saw all 4 GB on bootup. I do not know if all 4 GB are in use by the 32 bit Vista OS, but i like knowing that the system is at maximum capacity. The extra memory makes a big difference in operations and is much faster. I am looking forward to upgrading soon to Windows 7 in a 64 bit OS.

Had to upgrade from 2 to 4 gig of Ram, my photography software just running way to slow on my laptop. I installed them myself. It was easy. AND everything worked after installation. I surprised myself how easy it was. I should have done this a long time ago!

When I received my kit, only one of the cards was in the plastic case. They made it right by refunding the cost of the kit and letting me keep the single 2GB card. I ordered a 2GB card and had my 4GB a week later. I would have preferred matching cards, but they seem to work together okay.

I put this RAM into two HP netbooks and everything runs great. I would have given the Quality & Performance a 5 star rating, but this is the second set of RAM that I purchased. One of the two previous modules continually failed the BIOS memory test and had to be returned.
