I bought this for my home office, the building here power goes up and down and periodic blackouts. I've lost a motherboard and needed to replaced with a recent blackout. AS a technican, one thing you should know...If you have highend equipment, you should calculate how much power will be required to support it.

We all hope our UPS will truly never have to stand the test. This one is a winner. We had a power capacitor burn out on our highway that looked like a welding arc. Let me say this UPS held up to a whopping 37 blackouts in less than 10 minutes. My server never skipped a beat during the whole scary ordeal. Highly recommend based upon proven protection.
