Excellent Board
Comment:
I love this board. No problems with this board in one full week of operation and gaming. If you want a computer that will be upgradeable and overclockable in 5 years, this is the board you will want to get. I know this board will eventually come down in price. Im not knocking the price (Because its worth it) I just had a hard time letting go of the money. Would I buy this board again? Yes, Absolutely. Im glad I didnt buy any other board I was looking at and comparing.

one of the best choice you can make for your built
Comment:
I am pleased with the product, no issues with the install and the performance is stunning. Since it is an X58 you can run ATI cards in crossfire of course EVGA will not advertise it since they are an nvidia partner. I am currently running one 5870 plus gts250 dedicated for physx without any issues.

This is an absolutely awesome product. works great. no issues as of yet. Not for everyone though. I got it for my custom build which costs around 4500 dollars. Totally worth the money though. They were awesome with free & fast shipping.

EVGA 141-BL-E760-A1 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard
Cons:Price, Size can also be an issue for some individuals.

Pros:Awesome colour scheme and design, higher overclocking capability, 1366 Platform
Comment:
It's been a fantastic board, I have my i7 920 running at 4.2 Ghz on a stable 24/7 Overclock, and it's from EVGA, with unmatched customer support from what I've experienced. They really did make something special.

X58 SLI Classified
Comment:
This is an excellent board, very flexible. I have been able to overclock to 4Ghz and RAM 1600Mhz keeping frame rates above 100 consistantly (3-way SLI). This has been done with very low temperatures on the CPU and board, and I still have lots more leeway, awesome!

GREAT BASE FOR HTPC
Comment:
I purchased this becuase it was the most extreme board out there in my opinion.. I just did not want the board to ever say no when I wanted to add something. Not a gamer, just Captian Extreme and wanted it all. Posed first time. Overclocked to 3.6 with a 920 and does not burn that much power. My IT buddy loves it........If you get the board, have to do it all. match nice components to it.

5th build (ASUS). VERY impressed. 4.6 G stable on air in less than 15 minutes. Installing water now. Hve no idea how far it will go! Hve had for a month and tickled to death. Yes, there are features u may not use but u can 'grow' into them. Biggest feature: ROCK SOLID and EASIER to OC than ASUS. To those who review after proper assessment: tnx for ur helpful feedback. To those who review the 1st day with no real experience with this mobo: pls don't! We already assume it will work. Pls spend some time and do proper evaluation. It will be MORE valuable to others.

amazing
Comment:
this thing is sweet so many features i will prolly never utilize them all, vary good a little pricey but it is the core of the system along with the processor so i figured those prolly should be the most expensive parts out of the build.

Everything you expect it to be !
Comment:
I bought this MB to build my newest system. My main reason for buying it was to utilize all the fast memory - 6 Gb's 1600 to 2000 Mhz triple channel , CPU- Intel i7 core 3.3 Ghz & Video Card - EVGA Geforce GTX 295. I was very happy to find the mother board had all the easy to use interfaces & on board cooling items. It is definately the best choice for a high end build.

Having fun so far
Comment:
I am hearing that the Raid built for this board is not that great, so I tried to use the intel chipset for raid, but i could not get to that menu for the life of this thing so. I am stuck with with sub-par raid for now. Other then that this Mobo overclocks itself. Blazing speeds, however the northbridge does tend to be hot stock, so I would suggest looking into other cooling methods. The price could have been a bit lower, but you get what you pay for.

good quality, but 1 glaring issue
Comment:
For me, this board has worked pretty well. There's 1 big issue that I ran into, though: the way EVGA built the BIOS, you cannot create a bootable RAID volume larger than 2TB on it. And it has a limit of 2 RAID volumes per array. Reportedly, other brand boards do not have this limitation with their X58 chipsets. I've tried several workarounds with no success. I've been talking with EVGA tech support several times about this and they have gotten many complaints about this same limitation. Due to my persistence, they have insisted their BIOS engineering teams fix this issue. No ETA on when it'll be done. I'm maintaining a thread of the progress on the EVGA forums if anyone wants to know more. (TigerDirect won't let me put links into my review)

Comment:
I have done every thing to this board and at has more to give. I OC my 920 D0 to 4.6 Ghz no problem. One earlier review stated that this was not the best any more. Truth is EVGA has a 4-way sli board catch is you have the have a case that can handle EL-ATX there like 3 cases that will work. This is the best for E-ATX form factor

Pricey, but you get what you pay for...
Comment:
I bought this board to replace my original socket 1366 board, which gave me significant problems. This board was $60 more, but definitely worth the added investment. Quality build through and through, plenty (read: LOTS) of headroom for overclocking, great support and plenty of third-party products for all you modders and tweakers out there. An outstanding blend of features... you simply won't find a better 1366 board on the market right now.

An Asus convert (none of their current i7 mobo's do it for me) I got this paired up with an i7 920 D0, Corsair Dominators (6gb) and a Zalman CNPS10X Extreme CPU Cooler - and I have to say this was one to the most painless installs I have ever had.I gave EVGA a chance because I own one of their NV cards - Will reccomend it to all my friends/colleagues!

Great Board Fits!
Comment:
The board is no longer ranked best. E V G A has relased a 4x sli c l a s s i f i e d. Packaging was bad. I guess that was why I received this with defective memory slots. Anyways, other parts are working great.
