No Complaints Yet.!
Comment:
I bought this card to replace my 8800gt, I play FC2 and ARMA2 my 8800gt does run these games on medium to sort of high settings,. I popped this 260gtx in when I got it on my B-Day , Perfect timing lol. When I ran FARCRY2 my Jaw Dropped and I got goose bumps on my neck lol. As for ARMA2 which is a new fps war shooter with very intense grafix engine the GTX ran it no probs on Ultra High settings with out a hiccup.. 800w pwr suppply is all you need and yes its alil big had to move my harddrive to the bottom. Right from bootup my PC sounded different, quieter and faster, card is quiet and simply great! I personally think my PC is better than any Console out there. But then again Im not a fan of Consoles VIVA PC !!! TX ! Great Company!! Oh and did I mention GTX 260 is a beast!

Great card
Comment:
This is a nice video card. It is big and covers up one of my SATA ports on the DX58S0 but the cool thing is the board didn't care if I didn't use them in sequence. Benchmarked it at 26725 on 3dmark, 7.2 and 7.2 on window 7 enterprise after going to raid 0 it went to 7.4 and 7.4. I'm using a 1440x900 acter flat panel and will upgrade to 2 nicer ones soon because this thing can do so much more.

It Rocks!
Comment:
This is a big card, so make sure you have a case and a power supply to support it. That aside, it's an awesome card. I only have one and don't see a reason for me to go SLI for a while at least because one keeps up just fine.

Good little heater
Comment:
Recieved this card in july, dud to size i built a pc around it, coolermaster haf 932 for room, Card worked great and then the temp started to rise. I have 3 230mm fans, 1 140mm fan on max trying to keep the card cool, now i have external fans blowing at pc to keep this cool. Graphics are good but after time the temp just keeps going up. If you want to cut out gas company on heating house for winter, order this card. Its a blast furnace.

Get what you pay for
Comment:
It's huge. You're not going to be able to cram this into your cute little Dell workstation. That said, it's pretty beasty. I'm running Modern Warfare 2 on maximum everything at 1920x1080, and getting upwards of 120 fps.

Bad Card
Comment:
I've completely changed my tune about this company and their warranty. My card turned into a big old paperweight after a month, but these things happen, especially with electronics. I hadn't registered my product with them within their 30 day period and thought my warranty was void due to that. I emailed them and they said I still had my 1 year warranty regardless of registration. Gonna core quality at a 4, since I did have to have this card replaced. But, when I do want to go to SLI, I'll definitely be buying from this company.

Comment:
Its well worth every penny that i've invested in this. After two full months, this card has never let me down even at overclocked settings. Its one of the reasons why i baught this card because the reliability is so high. Be sure to have extra room for this awsomeness

love it
Comment:
This card is really big. I had to move around my hard drives cause it reaches right into the hard drive bay. It's massive but so worth it. I can play Oblivion on it's highest settings with no lag through the majority of the game, even with a highly developed character. The only discernable lagging occurs when fighting outdoors in tall grass, and that is only a barely perceptable lag. I love this video card.

Super Graphics!
Comment:
This card smokes!!! Not literally, but it is really fast and works great. I still want to get a second one to try out SLI mode, but I don't feel the need right now because of how well it runs games and apps on it's own.

Great card
Comment:
Running crysis just to be the only of my buddies to ever paly it at full speed. Runs it smooth and at low temps too. Great buy. Long though. Better have the width to attach this bad boy. Cheap enough to go for SLI right away too.

Beast of a card
Comment:
This is a phenomenal card. Runs everything I've thrown at it with ease on high settings and a 1680x1050 resolution. Get two of them for a S-L-I setup and you won't be needing another card(s) for a long time.

very happy so far
Comment:
I upgraded from a GeForce 7950 GTX so I'm a bit hesitant to be too enthusiastic (probably anything would impress me after that dated graphics card). However, it has really performed well so far. Many have made a big deal of the size, but it isn't much of an issue if you have a decent-sized tower. Prior to purchasing, I read many reviews that stated this card would perform well for its price, and I have to agree.

EVGA GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 Superclocked Edition 896-P3-1257-AR Video Card
Cons:This GPU is HUGE. When I opened the box, I feared for my life (or that of my computer). Had to move around some things and cords even considering I own a quite large case -> http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=29812&vpn=THREE%20HUNDRED&manufacture=AntecI was also confused about the amount of additionnal power this thing requires to be functionnal, 2x6-pin power connectors. Said, cables are provided with the item, of course.

Pros:The brand already being one of it's top selling points, with lifetime warranty and superior parts.Even when used alone, this card provides me with amazing framerates and fluidity with the most recent games (Borderlands, Dragon Age: Origins) in high resolution 1680x1050.The moment I turn PhysX on for the games that support it, framerates go crazy.
Comment:
Upgrading from a busted Geforce 9800 to a GTX260, which is said to be a small upgrade if you look at FPS charts from playing Crysis, I am totally impressed on how big this upgrade is. If backed up by a decent system, this GPU will really do an awesome job.Thinking of getting a 2nd one just to dump some anti-aliasing and anistropic filtering on top of everything.

Good performance, stable
Comment:
I bought the 260 to replace my GT8800. The GTX 260 is much much bigger in size and needed a better PSU. It takes up 2 spaces and was a tight fit in my Dell XPS 420. The xps 420 only came with a 375W PSU. So i had to replace it with a 550W Corsair. The GTX 260 also requires 2 x pci-e power connectors. So make sure you have this before u purchase the card. My first card was blue screening on me once in a while. So I RMA-ed it with EVGA and got a new one. Been working without issues ever since. I get awesome frame rate for Batman Arkham Asylum and FSX. NFS Shift plays really smooth as well.

Great Video Card
Comment:
After doing a lot of research and comparing all of the video cards on the market, I purchased this card for a new build and it installed perfectly. I have not had any problems and it runs everything that I've thrown at it. Mine came with Batman Arkham Asylum which looks great. I haven't found anything wrong with this card or it's drivers. I would have to say that that this is the best card for the money.

Easy install, though it is large so make sure you have plenty of free space in your case, and so far it has handled everything I have thrown at it. Did have to pick up a new power supply as I just met the minimum requirements (500W) originally and went with the 1000W Xion PS found here on TD. Anyhow so far so good.

have to send mine back
Comment:
well, i think this card is a good deal for the money but mine only ran for 2 days before totally dying. after several emails back and forth with evga, they recommend i return it at my expense so they can evaluate it. back to my 7800GT until i can get this resolved.

Excellent Card!
Comment:
The EVGA GTX 260 Superclock is a really nice card. It comes with EVGA Precision Utility to manage it. The only issue about the first one I got was that at 55 degrees celsius (after 1 minute of playing), artifacts and dead pixels appeared everywhere on the screen. But, got it replaced and the new one works flawless. Long life to the limited lifetime warranty! Excellent purchase!

Great Card, but not the one i ordered
Comment:
I had originally purchased the black edition 260 so I can run SLI with the other one i have. But when I ordered it, it said that it was on backorder. So I waited around a month and I finally get a call from them saying that the black edition was discontinued and they would be sending me the GTX260 SSC because it had nearly identical specs. After finally receiving the package, I open it up and what do I find, the GTX260 Superclocked. Not the one I wanted AND not the one I was told I was receiving. This card's specs are lower than the SSC version and I had to overclock it more to get it to what I want i want it to be. This card is really good don't get me wrong, just not the best and after having to wait around a month to get a replacement card for a card that was discontinued, being told that it was the SSC version with almost the same specs as the card I originally wanted to purchase, I would say I am a little disappointed.

Great when it works
Comment:
I bought this card last week and it arrived quickly, thanks tiger. Installed it without problems, and it worked great. Might have even considered a second to SLI; but it started to artifact with less than 10 hours of use. :( Waiting for a response from EVGA so I can RMA it.
