Cons: Only includes hardware for pole mounting

Got this setup as an outdoor AP and it works excellent. The internal 10dbi antenna can be flipped between vertical/horizontal polarization through the web interface which is a nice feature. The beamwidth is narrow though so an omni antenna is needed for wide area coverage.The firmware is pretty basic so not much to mess with for wireless settings, they can be flashed with DD-WRT (license required). Ubiquitis' Nanostation which is similar in specs supposedly has better firmware, I've had no issues with mine so far though.
