I loved building my PC with this case, the moment you take it out of the box you know it's well build and looks great. Cable management and installation of all the parts was a breeze and it easily fit my 2 5870s. Added 2 exhaust fans and it is now about as good as it gets for air flow, my CPU stays cooler than my old cases that I used to leave the side off of and the fan doesn't have to work as hard. It's also very quiet.Cable management was a breeze and this case has all the features I'd want, only issue is that the rubber grommets are not glued in so you have to be careful when feeding the cables through.5/5 stars, would be my go to case for any build in the future unless something new comes out, it has all the features of a higher priced case for cheap. |

Cons:
-Rubber grommets fall out while routing wires, but seem secure enough for anything beyond that.-One of the pads that dampens the sound wasn't pressed on hard enough during manufacturing, but I used a little muscle and got it to stick. -Legs are plastic chrome. Not big deal, but why not just make them black? -I think it should have 2 intake fans since it gets it's air from tiny slits at the front (the front is kinda blocked if you haven't noticed)

There's a lot of areas where Fractal could have cut corners with this case, and few where they obviously did. But fortunately they've found a pretty near perfect balance between the "needs" and "wants" of the average consumerI originally wanted the Cosair 800D. But looking back i'm glad i didn't, because you almost feel obligated to fill it with stuff you don't need like a 1000w power supply and other hardware that makes Linus look small in comparison...Anyway, good case... so get it. |

Fractal silent case is really quiet, and very roomy case. Installation of Mobo is really easy, power supply sits on the bottom of the case. Its got side facing HDD slots, which makes it easy to play around with the cables. All bays have 2.5" drive holes, so its perfect for SSD!BUY THIS CASE if you dont like that humming noise of fans!! |

Need to improve QA as there is a tiny hole in front filter. Some of the HDD tray cannot insert or take out smoothly. Some of the HDD tray is not fully sit tight.

In general this is good and silent case. The bundled fan controller is a plus to control chipset and additional case fan. There is only HDD LED status, no Power LED status which can be used for RAID controller activity LED. The Reset button is too tiny and difficult to push in.I bought it on sale during Toronto stores Grand Opening sale event. |

This case could easily be Corsair's Obsidian Series little brother. It is packed with the bestest of high end features, its downright sexy and virtually silent. Whatever I say would not do this case justice. Just read the specs and check out the pictures this is exactly what you pay for. Everything about this case is magical (except those wiring grommets on the motherboard tray).**If you go for maximum noiselessness, your temperatures might go up a few degrees. My best suggestion is either to go for water cooling and/or to get a very efficient/powerful/overkill PSU for most of the noise you will hear will likely be generated by your PSU fan; or add 1-3 more 140mm silent case fans. Again at such low price range you should end up with up to 200$ more to spend on that PSU!!**Absolute best bang for your buck and best bling for your dBA!! |

The case is obviously an attempt at making a high end case. It's really a budget case with high end options with poor delivery on some. The grommets for wiring are way to soft and fall out even if you touch the wires going through them. On the other hand the fan options are very good with filters on every intake position. The case fit n finish is good. One front fan closure was sticky and the door had to be pulled open. The HDD bays are very thin and painted white - sprayed with runs all over...not powder coated. Overall happy with the case. NCIX soaked me on the express shipping. 1-2 delivery took 4 days. Items marked as in stock were not. |

Internal hard drive stack is not modular and is riveted in place, so if your using them all or only one, the entire 7 or 8 slots are immovable. would have been nice to be able to remove sections of them in increase air flow from the front fans.It does have a slight odor when first opened, and it lingers for a few days(2-3) but after that its fine, I actually didn't mind the smell either, borderline liked it, so its not too bad.
Pros: Excellent noise levels, even with two extra fans this case is very quiet.Solid construction, they seem to have fixed many of the major complaints from the old R2 case,The paint is much thicker and much less scratch prone.Great cable management, even with a non modular PSU I was able to completely hide all the wiring.As stated before all the fan vents have dust filters, although the fronts need to be removed with screws, the rest of them are slide outs and/or very easy to clean. Comment:
Overall this is an amazing case for under 100bucks, It fits pretty much anything you throw at it and looks good. Sure the stock fan setup is a bit weak, but throw in a few extra fans and this case can be incredibly cool as well. My only gripe is with the hard drive trays other than that its pretty much perfect. This case is highly recommended to anyone looking to buy a new case or build a new computer. |

The front door piece contacts the 5.25" bays, ensure that anything you put in said bays (like a fan controller) lacks protruding bits. Also, access doors in front of the front fan intakes seem a bit flimsy

A great looking case that has a lot of functionality. Good cable routing works well with the black case interior, which is accented nicely with white areas. Has space for what looks like 7 various fans - if you don't want these (it comes with 2 by default), most of them have a noise dampening patch you can leave on. |

Case looks great beside my tv and felt solid once everything was put together. It seems very quiet and has lots of room for extra fans for more cooling, also all the fans are filtered to keep dust out which is a huge plus. Tons of space for hardware and cable routing. This is a great looking quiet case. The included cooling setup is a little weak but there are so many spots for additional fans. The side panels are damped with a heavy matte sound absorbing material so the case feels very solid and is quiet, no rattles.Also expansion is very good, can fit 8 hard drives as it only has 2 5.25" bays.Cable management is excellent. Also, there's a hole to access the back of the motherboard if you need to install a CPU fan with a back plate after you already installed your motherboard in the case.Great case for the price. |
very nice case to work with fit all of my components nicely including my ssd drives and the power supply goes on the bottom where it should be.love this case!
