I have had two of these in my Abit IP35 Pro motherboard with a Q6600 quad core processor and my technique has ran amazingly for two years. There is absolutely nothing at all incorrect with this kit.It is great to know that G.Skill maintains its value more than time. I recently upgraded to a 4x2GB set (also from G.Skill) and sold the these RAMs and was capable to get โ for a set of two of these kits!Appreciate the red colour too! Certainly none! I enjoy this item! |

I bought this memory some two-three years ago (can't quite remember specifically when), for the gaming rig I was building. Following these two (or three) years, this memory is still operating strong with no troubles. I've been buying G.Ability memory for as extended as I've been creating computer systems and never ever had a stick fail on me once (even when overclocked). I've had this memory overclocked to 1000mhz and it ran stable with no voltage/timing adjustments (though I didn't have it there for long), and ran steady for weeks when I had it at 900mhz. I leave it stock now although because I can't afford to make a new computer system, so I need all my elements to last as lengthy as attainable :) They weren't cost-free :p My rig (I know it's old by existing requirements):Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3LCore two Duo e6550 @ two.8ghz2gb G.Talent memory @ 800mhzXFX 8800GT 256mb |

Ordered from Newegg on a Monday night and it arrived on Wednesday afternoon. I had 2 sticks of Kingston 512mb ram in my 2nd rig so I swapped in the Gskill 1gb sticks in their location. The program booted up no difficulties. Took me 5 minutes to set up. The memory is 800mhz on the other hand my method is only reading 400mhz. It incredibly may properly be that my mobo (Intel D945GPM) is capped at 400mhz on ram, but I have no concept. CPUID and Computer Wizard say the identical thing. Newegg had the item shipped in a day and half. Amazing. Manufacturer Response:.Dear BuyerThank you for your G.Skill obtain and assessment. DRAM Frequency is 400MHz. This is the true frequency as shown in the CPU-z memory tab. The powerful frequency is DDR2-800. DDR is double information rate, so 400MHz x two is DDR2-800. It is not DDR2-800MHz. For DRAM Frequency to show 800MHz, you will need DDR3-1600 memory. Sounds like your technique is running just fine, so you do not need to worry.Thank youGSKILL HelpExcellent and customer service are our leading priorities.Tech Help Email: ustech@gskillusa.comRMA Dept E-mail: rma@gskillusa.comG.Ability Forum: http://www.gskill.us/forum/ |

It is fantastic memory no doubt about it. It is working very good with my P5N32-SLI Premium but, I had to tweak the memory in the BIOS. It did not function proper away, it was providing me errors, I went from 2gig of this very same type and bought this very same 2gig for a total of 4gigs. When I upgraded to 4gigs that when all the errors and blue screens began to take place. MY Resolution: setting the timing to it's recommendations 5-five-five-15 and Voltage to 1.9, it did not function adequately in 1.eight or two. for some reason. I also had to alter the frequency from 400 to 667 and it's been operating smoothly and wicked quickly ever due to the fact. I put the computer system by means of a memory strain test and smooth as ever. |

I have Never had a stick of this RAM fail - and I have purchased at least eight of these 2Gig sets from NewEgg. This RAM is consistently functional, fast and practically automatic to set up. Do not waste your income on those other "big names". G.Talent is the best overall performance for the dollars. When I initial started utilizing these, my MBs did not recognize that they will need at least 1.9V, but that's a BIOS problem - not a RAM difficulty. For many years I constructed PCs for myself, friends and household. I bought my first set of this RAM in Apr. 2007. This was followed by 7 a lot more orders from NewEgg with at least 1 set more than the subsequent couple of years. Just about every SINGLE stick continues to perform flawlessly - even when moved to newer MBs. I did have 1 stick that I initially believed was negative, but located that for some purpose, that stick required 1.95V instead of 1.9V. That stick - along with its match - continue to run completely to this day. As I upgrade to Windows 7, I'll be adding additional RAM to every of the PCs in my household, and that RAM will be G.Skill. |

Totally the finest decision I could've made for my program! Owned this item and use it day-to-day considering that February 2009! Runs great in my technique (all products purchased from Newegg, except CPU & challenging drive):Intel QX6700 Intense two.6ghzSapphire ATI Radeon HD 4870 1GBGigabyte EP45-UD3P mobo1TB WD Caviar hd2GB G.Skill DDR2 RAMNZXT Zero 2 casehec Zephyr MX-750 750W PSU None what-so-ever! 2GB is on the low side of minimum expected RAM, I'm arranging on ordering one more pack of 2 from Newegg quickly. It's still smooth though if you can only afford 1 pack of two although. I've ran Planet of Warcraft flawlessly maxed out, Black Ops maxed out, Get in touch with of Duty series maxed out, etc. Only game I had some troubles with was Risk (mmorpg). But this game is a memory hog, which is one more reason why I want to acquire additional RAM. Video playback/rendering, graphic editing has also ran smoothly with what little RAM I have. But when I upgrade to 4GB+ it will run even superior *does very best Tim Allen grunt* :)G.Skill RAM is a really nice item and I would propose them to anybody, and I do program on obtaining G.Ability from now on!A lot kudos to Newegg, I've been an Eggxpert member and Newegg shopper for numerous years and will continue to do so! They're usually valuable with any questions or product replacements, and speedy!!! Enjoy you Newegg! ɛ
