This mouse is insane, I mean 6000 max dpi? WOW!The two red lights you see in the image on the left side of the mouse are predetermined dpi setting levels, just incase you forget which setting you are in. =) The incredibly middle up down button switches the dpi setting. The Ghost emblam on the mouse glows five distinct colors you can opt for from via the correct side mouse button, blue, purple, sky blue, red, and green. My thumb fits in the groove really nicely, and the sexy slope on the mouse is incredibly comfy in my hand. It comes with 3 6 gram weights and one particular 20 gram, allowing for several combinations. The cord is cloth wrapped, stopping memory and tangling. It comes with software that allows you to configure macros and save them to your mouse, quite cool!It came with a GIGABYTE Ghost mouse pad, that is incredably large I might ad. Not a con for me although, I like points large. =)I was contemplating on this mouse and the Razor Death Adder, the additional i compared the two - Continues in the Con - the GIGABYTE won me over, 6000dpi, weights, braided cord, attractive looks, cost-free mouse pad, cheaper, oh yeah did I mention less costly? If i had been in will need of another mouse, this 1 would definatly be my 1st decision and I would advocate it to any of my friends.Newegg is great. UPS sucks =)

6000 DPI, highest on the market.Responsive, properly sprung major buttons The DPI switch is poorly created. The reality that it is a rocker switch (opposed to two discreet up/down buttons) and its placement on the center of the mouse, make it required to take your fingers off the major mouse buttons to change DPI on the fly. In most games this is a extremely negative issue. Moreover, you can not reassign the DPI modify functions to any other buttons on the mouse like you can with almost each other DPI switching mouse I've seen (Logitech G and Razer mice, and so on).The profile setup for the mouse is poorly created as effectively. The setup software permits for five profiles. However, it won't let you have any Much less than 5 profiles. Considering that you only have one particular profile transform button, you have to toggle through all 5 to get back to a "previous" profile. Also, and this is clearly personal preference. The shape is odd feeling in the hand. The sides wrap as well far under the top of the mouse, making it feel as if the thumb and pinky are "pinching" too a lot inwards. I purchased this mouse solely for the 6000DPI to grant me an edge in particular games. But the shortcomings of the programming/profiling software program and the horrible DPI button sent me proper back to my Logitech G9x right after 2 hours. I'll live with no the added 300 DPI (which following experiencing, didn't mean a factor). On the other hand, if you don't ever want to alter profiles or DPI even though in a game, this mouse could be fine for you.

This mouse may possibly appear a tiny low-cost in price tag for all the characteristics you are getting but trust me this mouse is the finest good quality mouse ive ever observed and i mean this factor is razer typical but with out that ridiculous razer cost. None for me K/D went from 1.2 to 2.3 in negative business 2 this mouse is a snipers dream with the awesome dpi switching rocker (so considerably a lot more practical then two buttons) :DDDD Ought to Purchase four gamers!

I take this point everywhere with me, I feel naked with no it. It takes alitlle obtaining applied to but after a couple of days it feels like it was molded for your hand and other mouses (Mice?? LOL) just really feel wimpy... this things a beast and the specs dont do the ghost computer software justice... actually cool. the ghost software program stutters often and takes a whilst to open up, but I use it from operate so it could be an issue with security or anything, but its type of annoying, absolutely nothing worth taking an egg away from this master piece though incredibly uncomplicated to switch from computer to personal computer. the onboard memory saves all your settings and drivers so its really hot swappable I have a setting for my work pc, my laptop, FPS's and then 3 other rpg's which are all on various computer's and all i have to do is unplug the mouse and plug it into the subsequent and it operates flawlessly everytime.Purchase IT you wont regret it

Good hand grip layout..plus tons of attributes. I like that you can adjust the weight of mouse. Poor laser and product control. The mouse acts erratic at instances. The X-axis input cease performs and the Y-axis is the only input it will transmit. Attempted other mice to make sure it wasn't my laptop or computer and they worked just fine for days with no difficulties. I slight tap of the mouse on the table and it begins to operate appropriately again for 30 minutes or so. For gamers or anyone who doesn't want to get a defective mouse steer clear of this. Bottom line is the mouse is broken....and newegg won't even replace it for the exact exact same model. Thank you newegg and gigabyte for the great service (no sarcasm there!) Top quality and overall performance are lacking. Cool style and feel but my ฤ micro$oft mouse performs better then this issue.P.S. I like how on the Product Evaluation Guidelines you can't criticize newegg. Effectively if they are want of constructive criticism then men and women need to be in a position to post honest comments about their performance and buyer service.

Super low-cost compared to logitech and Microsoft gaming mice.Really customizable as far as producing macros, profiles, and adjusting dpi settings on the fly. It feels very very good in my hand as I use it with the 38g of weights to give a heavier really feel. The software is very uncomplicated to use and navigate by way of. None so far I have already set up various profiles for playing videos and music, gaming, and even surfing the internet. Macros such as play, rapidly forward, 8x play, close window, open IE, etc. make every little thing I do so a lot much easier and I can switch in between profiles suitable on the mouse. Built in memory permits me to take my mouse to other computer systems with out losing any of the profile settings and functionality. Awesome!!!!!

Fantastic button layout, best grip and really feel, the very best gaming mouse I have ever utilised and i have tried alot of my close friends mice. Can't beat this price tag! Not a single single factor. Gigabyte has won me over once again, keep an eye on these guys in the future. A lot more and additional of their elements are slowly taking over my builds and upgrades. I at the moment personal two excellent Gigabyte motherboards, a jawdropping GTX 295 video card and this great mouse as properly. Preserve it up Gigabyte! And as often Newegg is THR GREATEST!

Wonderful appear, Nice lights and on-board memory, Functional settings utility supplied with it, long, braided cord supplied as nicely. Mouse doesn't feel fairly proper in my hand, suitable click on mouse was unusable at the end of the button where my finger commonly sits, Interface for the settings utility could be better. Returning mine now for a refund, It's having problems with randomly losing tracking, and the suitable mouse button is beginning to wiggle around on me...I think I was sold a defective unit, but I'm going to play it secure and buy a Razor or Logitech to replace this one.

Highest DPI mouse, that I identified max of 6030. Ghost logo has a color changing button, incredibly good!! Effortless click up/down dpi button. Particularly comfy, very responsive at max dpi, weights are extremely useful and support maintain manage. Driver application is really detailed and user friendly, can change settings and maintain saved to mouse with ease. Runs Macro-scripts, cool don't even know what to do with that. I didnt find this just before purchasing the razor tron mouse, it is not close to as superior as this 1. Spent ๠ on cheapy tron mouse first, when this was 60, but oh nicely, no genuine cons this is the greatest mouse except maybe the rat 7.

This mouse is rediculously very good, its a great size and basically fits my hand with out clawing the hell out of it. You can customize the weight, led color, and DPI. Yes, it functions on my gaming mouse pad. No cons yet, hopefully I don't end up in the same boat as other reviewers mainly because I am LOVING this mouse, its a lot superior than any razer I've tried (and I've tried them); hopefully its built to last as effectively as they are. We will see. My chances of shooting you in game elevated ever so slightly with this acquire :)

Stops operating following about five minutes of game play.I can still shoot with the mouse, but i can not move my gun horizontally or vertically. If i unplug the mouse and plug it back in, it'll function for yet another five mins, before freezing again. The game was War Rock, a Gamersfirst game.Appears to work in windows just fine. maybe just a bad laser?Ill get it RMA'd today.

The mouse appears fine. I didn't want to use it because when I opened it and looked it more than, it was previously opened and employed. It feels alot like my Logitech MX Revolution in feel. The DPI adjustment 'nub' is handy and nicely completed. The mouse has a great feel. As far as the mouse is concerned, its good, so I will give it four stars. The pinky button is not functional, but just a indicates to alter the color of the lighting. The forward looking thumb button is merely a graphic and not a button at all. I was hoping these would be further buttons to use. Oh properly... Upon opening the box, I noticed fingerprints all more than the mouse that created me suspect some thing was up. When I looked at the bottom of the mouse, it wear marks in the mouse pads/feet already, such as a couple deeper scratches. The bottom of the mouse other than the feet also had scratches, and lint was already collecting in the corners about the mouse feet. Got on the horn with newegg ASAP.In case there is any doubt, or suggestion that possibly I am just 'picky', afterwards I mentioned this to a buddy who also owns this mouse, and he said that if the mouse is new, it shouldn't even have the feet applied. His mouse couldn't even be employed till the mouse feet are applied.Newegg needs to do a superior job keeping their open box merchandise seperate from the new merchandise. Im sending mine in for exchange.

This is the nicest mouse I have ever applied. DPI switch is sooo handy for gaming, specially for switching among gaming and common computing. The indicator for DPI setting is also best, not too bright.Scroll wheel notched like all mice and its extremely smooth.Getting able to change light color is incredibly good. Able to match my RED case, keyboard, and wallpaper.Weights are easy to adjust out. 18 grams is perfect for me.The back/forward web page rocker is also convenient rather of getting to click the back button or forward button. The cord for the mouse is also perfectly lengthy and its a nice strong braided material, not weak stupid rubber like most mice. I didn't even know it was a braided cord but it looks nicer and appears really durable. My ceiling fan was on and the packing peanuts went everywhere. The UPS chick was hot.

Besides the obvious points, it fits nicely in my palm, and the buttons "click" nicely. A couple of things, but not large sufficient to be egg breakersɅ- the cable is not your usual smooth 1. I have the mouse on a keyboard drawer and the cable hangs down the back side. When I pull the mouse towards me, the cable catches on the edge a bit.two- the front side button/forward button (mouse 5?) is a small challenging to get to with my thumb. But I don't use it a lot, so its not a biggie. The software program would not install from included CD. I tried copying the CD to the difficult drive, but it kept getting read errors... I'm assuming I hust had a bad CD. I was able to generate an ISO from the CD and then mount it and install the software program. Although, the mouse works fine with Windows 7 with out installing anything. The CD had the software program to customize the buttons... not necessary if you're not going to mess with changing button functions.

I use this mouse for gaming, and for internet style work which consists of heavy graphic work, it responds beautiful. Given that I am appropriate handed it fits good in my palm, the button are located very effectively. The scroll wheel runs nice and smooth, it is neither too stiff or too loose. none I have to say watch out Logitech, I utilised to love your merchandise but this one is going to give you a run for your funds, previously I had a G9 that this is now replacing, the left button on that went bad in below a year.

This mouse from Gigabyte is leading of the line. It is well constructed and properly thought out. It is slightly bigger than my MS 5000 wireless laser mouse that it replaced and significantly far more comfy. The rubber coating supplies a quite good tactile feel and the teflon feet provide a terrific frictionless control.6000 d.p.i. is insane. I play wwiionline and the difference in control is virtually criminal when compared to my old 1200 d.p.i. HID. My tiny arms accuracy has improved considerably as properly as reducing my time to aquire target resolution. The USB cable is covered in braided nylon and does not bind or twist. The buttons supply a nice notable feedback and have the feel of high quality. The capability to shop macro profiles is a darn cool feature if you have the require to move from one machine to another. furthermore the software is fairly possibly the most intuitive and effortless to use of any HID controller I have had.I have often liked Gigabyte merchandise and this one is no exception. It would be nice to be able to adjust the color on the resolution indicator LEDs as you can on the Ghost emblem on the best of the mouse. I also purchased the Ghost gaming mousepad to go with this mouse. But that is a different story.P.S. newegg rules!

Good mouse over all. Weighted mouse feels fantastic. No pointing or hardware issues Right side mouse buttons are not programmable. When playing MW2 I accidentally click & alter DPI settings buttons (on the perfect side). Programming not extremely straightforward as it really should be (but I could be a total moron [very feasible]). Not a poor mouse over all. It's my 1st gaming mouse. Feel I'm gonna attempt a Logitech to see if I get better results. Once again I own the previous model of this & maybe the software setup has changed a bit...

I am not genuinely sure of the pros i didnt play with the mouse lengthy enought to locate any. There is a profile button suitable where you pinky finger rests. Because of this i found myself hitting this then utilizing the scroll wheel side to side funtions simply because i use my thumb and pinkey to hold the mouse in location. Which would switch to a diffrent profile and changing my mouse bindings. The binding software program is horribly designed. This is comparoing gigabytes software to the logitec setpoint software program. You have to develop macros and then drag them to a button and then tell it how the macro will respond to the button press(rapid fire, hold down, fire when releases and so on). I suppose you get mote functionality out of the macros but to me seemed like a actual discomfort. I dont want to have to read the entire instructions and spen an hour setting up my mouse. These are all minor compared to the m3 and m4 buttons. The M3 and M4( thumb buttons) hav ethe worst feeling i have ever observed in a mouse. I can only explain it as squishy, there is alot of play and loose felling to them. Now i it is feasible this is a excellent fps mouse idk i play World of Warcraft. I only recuire a mount to have several buttons and be in a comfy fit to my hand and have great good quality buttons that i can tell when i have pressed them. This mouse does not please me and am in the method of sending it back.At present use the logitec mx revolution mouse.
