Vest great video card with nice characteristics, runs cool and quiet. First one was great with no difficulties. The second a single went defective about 40 days soon after I bought it. I can run the pc but with any advanced games it just freezes. I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and it worked for a couple of days and now it is starting to freeze once again. I have it operating on two specifically the very same systems. It seems to me based on the critiques that if you purchased your card ahead of the rebate plan you got a fantastic solid card (before 11Ǘ񳏊) but if you purchased a single for the duration of the rebate period you got a lemon. When it functions, it operates good. Honestly this card is way additional card than I really need to have. Flakes out and Windows 7 tells me the driver triggered a issue. I don't have many high end games, but the games I have run flawlessly on max settings (Bad Company 2, CS:S, ect). This card doesn't even break a sweat. It worked good with video editing too. This thing is huge. Takes up most of my situation which makes routing the cables hard. Not too huge a deal, but possibly one day these points will shrink in size.

Inexpensive (when I bought this card) Immediately after 2-3 months, this card begin to cease working. The issue is that now the card is operating in maximun of 405Mhz core clock, 810Mhz shader clock, and 324Mhz memory clock soon after couple of severe crashes. Which is way below the default. When I am playing games, it just like I am watching powepoint slides, that is rediculous when you have a GTX 460. The card was purchased in 11ታ last year, it was nearly three months from now, so I don't feel I can return for refund nor replacement. I have owned the card for 7 months now, and I only have excellent items to say about it! It is potent, and stays relatively cool in my CoolerMaster HAF 922. I don't have it overclocked at all. Runs all of my games at complete settings, including Fallout: New Vegas. I never play games for as well extended though. None! But this card is super extended, so make certain your case can deal with it. Although I haven't had any of the complications the other posters have had, I am not going to obtain a second to do SLI as I had originally planned due to the several accounts of dead cards.

from what i'm told, some of the most significant bang for your buck, while this is only my second GPU. It's really overkill for me, not a ridicuosly high-priced card and Still more than adequate power for every thing i wanted to play so far. extremely quiet, too, i believed it was getting too loud and realized it was truly just the cpu fan and case fan, i can't even hear the nvidia more than them. none but upgraded from an ATI radeon 4760, i know you truly can't compare because this is many levels above that, but as far as software and value for efficiency goes, this has me sold on Nvida.

Completely sick! It's operating all my games with highest graphics with no dilemma (mostly Deadspace 2 proper now). Undoubtedly going to get a second and SLI it. It also looks fairly cool inside my case. It's large, but if you're going for great graphics, you possibly don't have a smaller case to begin with.

Ran everything I threw at it smoothly and at high top quality settings! Began artifacting following 6 months in games, then at some point on desktop. Every thing was run at stock speeds. Every little thing ran incredibly nicely and was content with it until it started failing. Soon after just under 6 months, video began going out although playing starcraft 2. Was great while it lasted, quiet. Died suddenly. I do not even game considerably, the card was on holiday for most of the 7 months that I owned it. Somehow I did not even consider about this getting the card at 1st. RMAed the motherboard just to get it back from MSI saying its fine. Of course I was upset just to really feel stupid when I retested the board with one more card that in fact worked fine.
