Extremely good case, every little thing fit well, and stylish searching too. Your not going to get any superior then this for the income. I also like the design of the power and challenging drive LEDs. Has a hide a way door for your DVD combo drive. Metal is pretty thin so you have to be cautious not to place a crease in it. The USB ports in front are upside down. I liked it. It did specifically what I necessary it to and looks really nice + it says Gigabyte on the front which makes it seem more expensive then it in fact was.

+ Low price tag+ GTX460 fits, albeit snug.+ It functions, somewhat. - CD/DVD drive bay hinge gets in the way of my DVD drive; have to manually lower it to close it.- From audio ports are backwards - left channel is suitable and vice-versa. Really annoying.- The two USB plugs are upside-down. If only the audio ports and USB plugs were right, then it'd be a 4-and-a-half star,

Affordable. Drive bay enclosure blocks element of the motherboard power connector and the IDE connector. I'm confident this is a fine case for mATX boards, but there is substantial overhang over the ATX form factor. No matter whether your distinct ATX board can deal with this will rely on the positioning of the connectors. There are lots of other little corners cut also, like the empty expansion slot covers getting punch-out rather than person reusable shields like in most circumstances.

GIGABYTE gz-ph2a3 Black Computer Case
Comment:
The case has a good sleek style. The glossy finish on the front looks extremely expert. The case was too tiny for my system setup. I have a Hyper 212 Plus that is also tall for the case to shut the side panel. This is not fantastic thinking of I can't leave the case open all of the time. Also, my GTX 470 barely fits from the card mounting slot to the hard drive bays. There is almost a cm clearance. It doesn't appear to have the best air flow considering that almost everything is cramped. If you're attempting to build an overclocking method with an following-marketplace cooler, don't get this case. Otherwise, you must be fine in terms of becoming in a position to close the side panel. I must have looked into the width of the case just before purchasing. Had I known that the width of this case wouldn't have been compatible with my CPU cooler, I wouldn't have bought the case.

Got this case just in time, sold out quick. Yes it is lite and thin but it is going to roost in a single spot. Plenty of area for straightforward Micro ATX develop. I like the DVD panel, worked fine. Leds look very good also. For the price tag, its a winner. No cons Box did not appear so good on one particular side, but packaging saved the day. No dents or dings.

Truly lightweight. Good LED about energy button. Well labled cables. Lots of xtra screws. External usb & audio are nicely placed. Heres the negative & the ugly. This case is so light, it borders on flimsy. The standoffs bring the technique board up into the location exactly where you can't use the lower two external 5 1ǚ bays. The case is crowded inside even with a micro atx board! If you do use a floppy drive, it's pretty much impossible to get the screws in, better have a magnetic driver! Make certain you compare the measurements if you are going to use a larger board. NO spot to put a front fan! It may be worth looking about for one thing a little sturdier, like a Raidmax.

Nice-sized tower. Cables nicely marked, chassis fan included. Far more bays than you could fill. Construction seems ok - a bit on the light side. Received with no defects or dents. They included a bag full of screws and mobo adapters. None.

It was 15$ Arrived broken, built with the least expensive materials know to man. Just devote and extra 10-15 and get a thing not fairly so negative. You would be greater off creating your own case out of cardboard and aluminum foil. It would hold up better than this piece of trash.

Its low cost and looks fairly great... Fairly effortless to operate with. Thin metal, but at least the edges are rolled and keeps your fingers secure from sharp edges. I like Rosewill situations superior. Much better excellent and bigger cooling fans.

Bought two of these for mATX motherboards, 1 AMD and one Intel systems. They're fantastic for the price tag, a lot of internal expansion bays ƕ x three.5" and three x five.25"), it's light and surprisingly sturdy for the value / category ྲ$!) - I love newegg! A bit affordable.

Brilliant front finish Initially case I purchased thinking that if I spent additional than the absolute least I could, it'd be a great investment. Incorrect.I installed all of my new hardware into this extremely tiny case, just to realize the wiring is wrong and it wouldn't start. The sharp edges had been an absolute discomfort, and you'll uncover yourself struggling to fit cables and components where in any other circumstance there would be no problem.RMA'd it the following day. I'm going with Linkworld next time.

I was impressed with the high quality of this case. I got it for 25.XX w/ free shipping and it has surpassed my expectations. It has a glossy finish on the front that looks good, and the power LEDs add a good tech appear withouth going overboard. Sturdy construction feels like a case that fees additional. Has room for two further side panel fans. It's a compact size but I applied an m-atx board and fit a 9600gt with room to spare. The DVD panel looks nice but... The pressure of the springs on the glossy pop out DVD panel is too high to let the drive tray close. I tried two different drives and had the same problem, the sensors on the drive tray will trigger it to eject back out. I fix this by just holding down the panel although the drive closes. Not a huge deal for me simply because I don't use the drive frequently. The panel could basically be removed if desired but I decided to keep it mainly because it matches the front and looks good.

Comment:
For a budget construct with a mATX board this tower worked superior. For the Price construction is decent i've payed additional and got less. The case demands to be longer... The dilemma i ran with this case that wasnt significantly of a difficulty with this build but the motherboard sits really closly to the tough drive slots and pretty significantly didnt allow me to use those slots due to the motherboard getting the sata ports towards the side of the board and the difficult drives would of covered them up if i employed the slots. An additional problem i had was the powersupply is sitting about 2 inches away from the back of my cd roms which 90* connectors helped abit but still would of liked far more room to play with.

Inexpensive and little. Purchased for friend's create, so picked this up to preserve the price down. Front connector wires are labeled, so that's a plus. The mobo I applied has sideways SATA ports...the other side of the case offers ideal access to those ports, so that was excellent to see. Extremely thin metal, feels low cost. Yet another reviewer commented on installing the DVD drive (in the top bay to use the flip-open drive bay door) just before installing the power supply...excellent point I learned following the fact. The MSI 880G-E43 AM3 mobo I applied was an extremely tight fit. Once more, an additional reviewer mentioned having to take out the rear fan just before installing the mobo...yet another excellent point and quite accurate for some mobos. I've located other instances for this cost that were great (and heavier). I even got a CoolerMaster case for totally free AR a couple years ago that is exceptional. And to reiterate about the size of the case...it is undoubtedly small. It takes perform to get the parts in, but immediately after that my friend will rarely open the case. So overall the case is OK, but there are most likely several far more cases for close to the similar cost that are much superior.

80mm fan, Sleek appear, Cool led's for the hdd and power on. Light. (Could also be a con also.) If you have an atx motherboard its a snug fit. Came only with 6 mobo stand offs. Small room kinda. Had to tear out the expansion slot face plate for the pci and agp. agp card hit the middle of the faceplate. These cons do not bother me at all but they may possibly bother you. Just a small blood and sweat is all its demands.

I reviewed this case prior to but given that have found only 1 of the 2 front USB ports function. The case was low-cost, looks decent & has conviniently plased front controls but I am definitely dissapointed with the excellent. The case is so thin it flexes in a mild breeze, or when you pick it up. I've had the back panel off 3 times & 1 of the screw holes is already stripped. I have come to expect far more out of Gigabyte. Whoever is stamping out these situations is giving them a bad rep! DON'T Buy THIS CASE! I gave 1 egg due to the fact the service & price was excellent but it's not worth breaking the technique down & paying to send it back

None that I can feel of. I comprehend that this is an affordable case, but this one is ridiculous. Paper thin metal. No location for a front fan. Rear fan is 80 mm only. Front panel USB cables are ribbon cables, not shielded. If you install even the narrowest ATX MB, the two bottom drive bay slots develop into unusable. No directions. With the front bezel removed, there is no metal front. The bezel is the only factor that keeps it together. I could go on, but I feel you get the notion. With a little intelligent engineering, this could have been a good affordable case. Too bad they in no way checked with a person who really builds computers just before they marketed this junk. I will not be employing this case. It's becoming recycled. Manufacturer Response:Manufacture response: Thank you for your business with Gigabyte Technologies. We have a lot of alternatives on chassis which you can select from, I am positive there will be more than 1 models that will fulfill your requirements. You may consider our GZ-X Serie, Setto Series, Luxo Series, or GZ-KX series. We’ll be incredibly appreciated if you could let us know which ATX MB model you’ve applied?

It's black and had a pretty power light on the front. Oh; and it's also smallish but nonetheless fits a Full ATX motherboard (An ASUS M32N-SLI Deluxe for me). The Case is produced of a substance that appears like metal, but under any inspection, it is really putty. The material used to make this case bends when you appear at it, bends when you don't look at it, and comes prebent for you so that you don't even have to waste your power bending it. You can just take it out of the box, and BLAMO : it's bent to heck. I read the critiques and thought to myself, how poor can it be. I was surprised. The outer shell was bent into a trapezoid just before I pulled it out of the box. The sides had been bent mainly because of this trapezoidal trauma. The tough drive section was bent into little squiggles, as were the five 1ǚ drive bays above it. The putty material applied for this construction didn't last the first build prior to practically all the screw holes became striped and utterly useless to me. There is a little hinged flap on the back of the case that is supposed to be for a tool-much less construction. That flap fell off before I was accomplished assembling the machine. See other I suspect that the factor will melt under the pressure of holding personal computer components inside of it. I don't think that it is built well enough to even survive its own weight, let alone the weight of a power supply and a DVD drive at the really leading of the case. At least the difficult drives on on the bottom where their weight won't trigger a catasrophic collapse of the case. I'm not kidding. I would not at all be surprised if this factor bent itself into failure simply because the components inside it were too heavy. On the plus, I was able to squeeze a Full ATX motherboard into it, along with an Nvidia 8600 GTS and a nice sized heat sink. The video card is pretty much touching the hard drive bays, and I had to move all my heard drives around to fit this fairly little video card. Please, do your self a favor and spend ŭ.00 additional to get a greater case. Basically, just get any other case than this 1. It is horrible, and I don't call items horrible often.

Cheap cost for a ATX fit case. striking looks for the dollars. came with one smaller noisy fan. Front telephone jacks and 2 USB's.DVD Rom drive hider. Cheap thin produced in china steel case. Perhaps powerful sufficient to sit my two year old atop with out it collapsing. No place for front fan intake = No Challenging drive cooling! Front plastic face plate is very easily scratched by fingernails and is only removed with 6 itty bitty screws. All fan openings are terrible for airflow= loud fans. Mainboard post holes NOT Fully tapped with thread. They start out and the you have to crank those buggers in with a nut-driver. 1 smaller bay only fits old school floppy drives. Was not pleased attempting to mount my flash card reader. This case would not have angered me so a great deal if it was about ฝ less and free shipping. Lots of tweaking and modding to even get to regular necessary functions. Also was surprised that the case had moved although installing windows. 2 H-Drives No case fans or dvd mounted, and -no pads on case feet- Make for ghostly-who moved the comp case encounter.Bottom line: Give Gigabyte the finger for wasting time and money, and the folks of china's steel. Spend the cash on a low expense COOLER MASTER model. No matter what the expense, Fresh air front fan... Tourists.

HeightColor (black)PriceThe front looks greatGood energy button and power light It's a small too shallow (makes plugging cables into the mb type of difficult)The front usb ports are upside down (at least on mine they are)No front fan The reason that I gave this case 5 stars is because it's a fine case for its class. I wasn't really expecting significantly from an ย case. I'll be upgrading to a case that has a front fan and one that is a great deal deeper - it's surely needed for a superior ventilation setup, particularly if the laptop or computer is going to be a workstation.
