Nice product. It does what other web cams can't do, work in total darkness, you don't get a excellent quality but its good. But if you want a really good quality look for another one, this one won't work for you. I'm really happy with this web cam. I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate and drives install with no problem even without the cd.

What a piece of junk. Infrared NightVision is a joke...These are standard White Light LED's. There is nothing Infrared about this camera. I get better results from a cheap PC Camera and a flashlight.

Very grainy picture. Playing with the video options didn't improve the picture. Comparing it to my son's HP laptop webcam, which has an amazing picture compared to this one, which isn't much better quality than the web cam I bought for my old Windows 95 computer ages ago. Very disappointed. Am going to return this, and pay more for a brand name cam.

I haven't been able to get this camera to work correctly on a mac. The mac drivers from the manufacturer's website crash the computer. It kind of works using macam drivers, but the brightness constantly flickers. I was hoping to use it for the low-light feature.

I love this thing - I bought another one that looked just like it off of eBay - but the shell was plastic and the led's were led's (no night vision unless you liked being blasted in the face with 6 white led's --- this one kicks A$$ - metal body, 6 infra-red led's (you cant see that they are actually working! - in other words they look like they are not working!!! - very good for putting in pitch black places and seeing everything in black and white - but move the camera to a lit area and you get full color! - I love this little cam!) Don't be fooled by similar cams that state 6 LED's - they are the white led's - this one has actual infra-red led's you can put it in a place with no light at all - I mean NO LIGHT and you will be able to see everything - not in color of course - but everything! very crisp and clear... I had no problems with the install and I am using Vista Ultimate... they are high quality and worth every penny - the shipping was fantastic...

This is a fantastic device. most input devices have ''Twain'', and in this one, there are options that a lot of other reviewers don't seem to know about. (although they are right, the Manual should clarify this, rather than some chump writing a review. :P ) MSN for example, allows you to access the settings. in it, you can: Turn off the Infrared can achieve 30 FPS (provided the lighting is good. like ANY camera, there is a compromise. in low light, in order to pick up enough light for a satisfying shot, it needs to expose longer. so, less FPS.) manually adjust the exposure yourself apply built in filters. all the basic image properties like Hue, Saturation, Brightness, Contrast, Gamma, and a pile of other features. pretty much any of the complaints from people here seem to be just a lack of exploring the product. this sucker has a lot to offer, I love this thing!

This camera is pretty nice. From what I can tell. The 6 LEDs cast infrared light for the nightvision to work. Great fun can be had using a remote control or other led device. The picture on this camera is excellent. Extremely sharp, and it's fairly quick. My major issue is the lack of any decent manual that tells you how to use various features. The small set up leaflet you get is clearly translated from another language and isn't overly clear. The camera its self is sturdy and metal, but they could have used a slightly thicker headphone jack. If it's being used for a pc, then it's an excellent webcam, but if you're using it for a laptop and you travel around a lot, it may not hold up as well.

it was alright, in good lighting it was almost perfect; but in low light it was so slow it hurt me bad. done buy this if your all pumped up about the night vision, you'll be disappointed.

Outstanding camera. Low light capabilities are quite remarkable. Very sharp images. Like the adjustable focus ring. Good sensitivity with the microphone.

Shows image in low light/total darkness! Yeah right!!! if you happen to be NO MORE THAN 6-8 INCHES AWAY!! It makes a great still camera or fair video cam, lots of drag/slow refresh. I'm sending the pair I bought, back.. With what I need to monitor, the suspects won't be to willing to kiss the camera nor take it with them.

Bought 2 of these cameras. Quality is excellent for the price. Works GREAT in low light. Only complaint, didn't realize the cameras were stuck in night vision, so the colors are always off (a black shirt appears blueish purple.) Real colors would have been nice. Software was a little buggy when installing on a laptop (installation locked up a few times) but installed fine on the desktop (maybe it was just a bad disk/dvd drive?). If you're cheap and in a low-light environment, I'd recommend.

I have to say I was thorougly suprised at the amazing quality of this webcam. It definately does have amazing resolution, and the night vision is alot of fun to play with. the quality definately rivals those webcams of far more...and you can take it in the dark for even more fun.

very poor video quality compared to built in camera for macbook. does not look like 30f/sec as touted for sure --infra red feature does not work--images look dark in low light--computer crashed after install of software and has become very sluggish even after restarting bought this over the phone after sales person recommended it strongly--check out reviews on amazon

For the price its a great buy. I even had it clipped onto the top of my flat pannel monitor and it came flying off and landed in a cup of ice-tea, I just wiped it off and worked fine no problems.

This camera is sweet i jus got it yesterday its fun 2 send webcam footage over messenger especially when its infared becuase u can mess around with it if u have tv remotes for instance, i have my xbox 360 remote and my toshiba tv remote both of which are infared and you can light stuff up like a flashlight with the touch of a button when its dark...... Great Camera

The Kinamax Infrared NightVision 6 LED USB 2.0 Webcam and buil-in Microphone. Works very well at night I am using it with Microsoft Windows XP. The CD-Rom instructions are very easy to use. The written instructions is just a little hard to understand. These (Written Instructions) seem to be in broken english. Read carefully! Other than this very small problen the Kinamax Infrared NightVision 6 LED USB 2.0 350K WebCam. Works great day or night.

Bought in middle of march It is small but it works really well I have no wall between my front room and the room where my pc is my wife was complaining about the lights when chating at night this is no longer a problem Lots of bang for the money

I just bought 2 of these webcams, one for me and one for my niece..the video that she sends to me is crystal clear and I am very impressed..the video that I am sending out seems to be a bit fuzzy..she is running Windows XP on a newer computer..I am running Windows 98 on a dinosaur computer..don't know if that has anything to do with it or not..So I guess I am saying that for someone running a better computer than mine, this is a great affordable web cam. I like the very small size that can be clipped on to a shelf etc. which keeps it off of my desktop..The audio from the built in microphone is acceptable..Will definitely tell friends interested in a web cam to buy this one..Tiger Direct was great to deal with..ordered from them on a Tuesday morning and received package on Thursday afternoon..

Wow! This webcam is great, I loved it, the quality is great on it, and it was so easy to install. This price was so low I couldn't resist. This is going to be the Christmas gift that I give out this year.
