I upgraded my ram from 512mb to max 2gb in my HP Pavilion zd8000 laptop. Put this product in and turned on the laptop and could immediately tell at difference in the way it ran. I highly recommend this product

I installed this in my Dell Inspiron B120, and what a difference! I upgraded from 512MB to 2GB with this Kingston memory without a hitch-just plug and go. The laptop registered the memory change and booted right up. I wish I had done it sooner!

I got 2 sticks of the 1024 MB RAM for my toshiba laptop and it was very useful! It made the computer run alot better and faster then what it was before!

I first put the memory in and it did not register that I had 2 GB, The next day I took it out and reinstalled the memory and it registered. I am sure it was operator error. My laptop works like I just got a new one.

Nothing too complex about it. Worked on installation, nothing more to say. I was going to order this item from this company but opted to used another company because they didn't want to charge me 8 dollars for shipping a 1 - 2 ounce package.

Maxed out at 2 gig. Works faster. Not as fast as my 8 gig, but what do you expect. Boots and shuts down faster. Would have worked the first time if I installed both chips correctly. Operator error.

The product installed easily, though the first time I booted, BIOS wouldn't even boot. Once I reseated each DIMM, the PC booted up just fine. I can't say that my performance is all that great, though. I had 1MB installed previously and upgraded to 2MB of the Kingston memory. I believe that since I only have about 7GB remaining on a 40GB hard drive that I am not able to realize the perfomance of the additional memory. The memory was cheap, though, so it will probably be a nice boost for others with less memory to start with.

The Kingston memory card was installed in less than 20 minutes, with instructions provided by Tech Support. Performance of my Dell 610 laptop improved significantly.

This is a replacement for the old slower RAM in an existing older laptop. The RAM went in fine and has worked well ever since I installed it. Not one issue and was recognized immediately by the system. RAM and a faster hard drive are the only 2 things most end users can replace in a laptop (other than the OS) to improve responsiveness. This RAM is an excellent economical alternative to replacing the laptop.

I have a Toshiba Satellite L25. I loaded two 1GB modules upgrading from 512MB. Chips were instantly recognized and machine is sooooo much faster. Don't know if the two modules were necessary or if one would have been just as fast. Very pleased. Everything went smoothly with purchase and tracking number sent for ups delivery by email was the best way of keeping me in the loop and confident about purchase. Tried another less expensive company but the laptop refused to recognize the samsung chips and wouldn't boot. Cheaper isn't always the easiest way to go.

IMHO Kingston is the best. It's the only memory I buy for whatever computer I'm working on. I've never had trouble with it, I've never had it not be read by a machine. I feel it's worth every penny that is spent on it.

Once again, bought 3 of these memory modules for three different Toshiba laptops and all went in without any trouble at all. Before used to try discount versions, but the occasional mismatch or problems not worth my time vs. any savings. I always buy Kingston, especially for Toshiba laptops known to be finicky with memory.

The day my purchase arrived my laptop was stolen so I never got to install the memory. I can say it was a good price and the shipping time was awesome. Can I send it back now since I don't need it?
