Laptop also appears to be running much much more quietly. Newegg provided speedy delivery & a wonderful value. This is my initial purchasing experience with Newegg, & I am really impressed. None I researched this upgrade extensively, & identified there were several issues with RAM & laptop compatibility. I have had no such issues with this product. Thanks Newegg!

Price and Excellent. Bought memory to upgrade Dell Inspiron 1501. Original memory was PC4200 512 MB. Running Win Vista Standard, horribly slow. Completed upgrade maxing out two GB. Like a new laptop or computer. Ran Mem Test, and no issues at all. Effortless set up, even a caveman could do it. If you will need memory upgrade for this personal computer, I would advocate this RAM. It arrived sooner than expected. Now I have to give back to client tomorrow. Under no circumstances had concerns with Kingston RAM upgrades. Very dependable merchandise. Newegg..."egg"cellant as usual.

Wonderful ram at a great value. I trust Kingston over any other brand. three.99 shipping was quick and in by three days thanks to USPS. The install was straightforward, and the functionality is excellent! Now I adore my EEE considerably a lot more. Nothing at all to complain! If your just hunting for a simpe ram upgade on your cheap EEE, this is a wonderful decision! Even though now I will need a inexpensive External HDD and perhaps a spare 4GB SD card.

Bought two 1Gb sticks to upgrade my Hp dv9700t laptop. Vista performance rating went from 3.eight to a quite fast and stable 4.9 - on a laptop!!! Kingston memory is the best out there for laptop memory. As constantly Newegg rocks!!! Nada, nil, none My laptop came with a single 2Gb module and balked at operating 4Gb. Backed it down to 3Gb (yeah, I know, Vista 32bit three Gb limitation) and anything's right with the planet. Config: dv9700t, nVidia 8400 GS 鹀Mb), two x 120Gb 7200 RPM harddrives, Core two Duo T9300.
