Value? Compatibility and origin. Card was not recognized by LG EnV3 telephone. Item depicted shows "Japan" origin. Item received was stamped "Taiwan". Typically I trust Kingston, but I will be extremely cautious in the future. I location no blame on NewEgg.

Class 2 price tag for a class 4 card (at least, when I bought it). New Egg shipping. No cons, but... ...as delivered, some thing was taking up about 500k of space on the card. I reformatted it as quickly as I put it in my telephone, and anything is nevertheless occupying about 200k of space. And the stick-on tech specs label in Cyrillic (Russian) on the back of the Kingston packaging didn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling either.

great value for a 8G chip, speed class avg for this size When i initially utilized the chip it had various complications with my laptop getting in a position to read it. It would operate only about half the time. I reformatted it with my computer then once more with my phone (which is what i am employing it for) after undertaking so it seemed to operate fine.

Great price, seems rapid adequate, transfers data rather rapidly. None that I could uncover yet. I purchased this to upgrade my LG Opimus S from 2GB to 8GB of storage. So far performs nicely for music, motion pictures and any pograms that will move to the SD card. I would purchase yet again.

Wonderful cost and no cost shipping. Produced in Taiwan. I attempted formatting it with fat32 and ntfs and only got a 7-10kb/sec create speed. My Kingston made in Japan 4gb gets a compose/read speed of 4mb-6mb. Returning this ASAP and willing to pay the higher cost for a genuine Made in Japan Kingston if I can locate a single in a retail outlet.

There are no pros to a bad microsd card. Card fails repeatedly. the kingston label utilised to indicate a thing, but now it appears to be the same cookie-cutter garbage that absolutely everyone else is generating. Also, 1 egg is not my correct overall rating, i intended to give this item eggs, but it wouldn't let me.

Functions in the low tech telephone I bought it for with no issues None that I can think of Only purchased the card to use in my phone, and it seems to access with no lag time. I did not "test" the speeds on my Computer though, so I can't comment on read/write instances for the solution. Cheap and did what I needed it to do.

Functions Excellent no issues. Have had one of these in my blackberry for more than a year and just got another more than Christmas for my daughters inventive mp3.. each operate excellent... no troubles ever.....You cant go incorrect with Kingston or Newegg. none

Has lots of storage, really little, operates excellent with my LG Rumor Touch. It is a little slow when moving files onto it. I say slow due to the fact it did take a minute or two to copy 6gbs of music to it, but I dont want lighting speed tranfers, I just need it to tranfer.

Cost-effective. Quite pleased with item so far. Utilised largely in digital camera, performs fantastic. Implied japan make, but marked as 'Made in Taiwan. Utilised with an SD reader for school, a tiny slow on the transfer, but wonderful substitute to a USB flash drive in a pinch.

about 8GB as advertised NOT class4, not even class 2 on two of three bought. Dont acquire unless you can time the information transfer with a calendar

it holds eight gb of stuff! I could swallow it, but if i did, its so tiny it will pass via my colon and out into the toilet, and i can just wash it off and use it once more! i'm so happy!

I bought this chip in June 2009 to use in a BlackBerry Tour 9630. Worked good in the telephone. Not too long ago installed into a new Samsung Concentrate with Windows 7 Telephone on it. It is one of the couple of cards that are guaranteed to operate with this device. None whatsoever right after a year of ownership. Wonderful chip, nonetheless works flawlessly, and even operates in the new Windows phones with no issues.

I have bought these for Sansa MP3 players I get for friends to expand the memory. They're very nicely priced options for memory. None that I've encountered right after making use of them for about a year or two straight for memory, even desktop memory from Kingston.
