Extremely stable at DDR2 667. Works immediatly after boot, no errors. Amazing! MEMtested is to the wazoo, no errors ever! I is sold as DDR2800. It is not. Whenever forced to function on 800, even utilizing the timmings recommended by kingston is becomes instable. Thinking if it is whorfit to maintain. I'm obtaining trouble acquiring fantastic DDR2 800 memories, possibly high quality is just not there yet.

Quick, extremely stable. 4GB runs smooth and can be overclocked to close to 900 MHz... None, seriously. With the Kingston name and lower latency, I'm not sure why any other ram would be bought.Rock solid.

Worked appropriate out of the box. As per other customers sayings, you have to manually adjust the timings / clock speed. Wouldn't run at the designated four-4-4-12 with no causing the program to hang or crash, bumping it up to 5-five-five-15 keeps it stable. I've purchased Kingston memory before and have in no way had any difficulties with negative memory, so I'm fairly confident this is a motherboard challenge.

Extremely rapid, but... ...My motherboard can't get it to run at the total speed. I've changed the timings by way of the BIOS but regrettably my board can't seem to adjust the RAM voltage, so it seems to be recognized only as Computer 5300... Which could be a issue if the performance was suffering, but this stuff is so great that I wouldn't have identified it wasn't operating at full energy if CPU-Z hadn't told me so!

Flawlessly passed a total run of memtest86+ and a 6 hour mersenne torture test with no errors or hangups @ 800 Mhz four-4-4-12 timings. Kingston constantly makes the finest, most stable, compatible RAM on the market. None for me. I'm possibly finding a couple far more sticks. Guys you actually will need to stop leaving undesirable evaluations and complaining about false advertising. The data sheet especially says: "Each module pair has been tested to run at DDR2 800 Mhz at low latency timings of 4-four-4-12 at 2.0V. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC typical latency 667 Mhz timing of 5-five-five-15 at 1.8V."Meaning you have to manually adjust the timings and voltage or it will default to 667 Mhz and a CAS latency of five. Please understand what you spend for!

I at present have my pair overclocked to a solid 928MHz @ five-5-five-12 2T / 2.1v. Also, I lowered the 'Bank Cycle Time' (tRC) from 21, ALL the way down to 15! If you run CPU-Z and hit the 'Memory' tab, you'll see what the 'tRC' is. When lowered, it provides even Far more of a speed boost. Lowered by means of BIOS, of course, with the other timings. At 800MHz, I can run the timings as low as four-4-4-five 1T / two.1v; and once more, the tRC at 15. Yes, this RAM handles 2.1v, flawlessly. And honestly, operating this RAM at either 928MHz with the timings I mentioned, or operating them at 800MHz with These timings, benchmarking Both settings showed Very tiny difference, speedwise. 928MHz coming out *slightly* ahead. Benchmarked via Everest, and SuperPI NOT a con, just a reminder--to naturally enter your BIOS and customize the timings your self right after you install these. Otherwise, they'll be operating at 667MHz @ 5-5-5-15 2T / 1.95v correct off the bat. This memory has been operating issue-cost-free and working flawlessly for 7 months now even though overclocked with the afforementioned speed/timings, on 2.1v.AMD X2 5600+ @ 3.24GHz 鴨*x14, 1.48v), BIOSTAR TF570SLI, HyperX PC2-6400, 600w Ultra X-Finity, XFX 8600 GT XXX, Cooler Master Elite 330. I utilised to have CORSAIR 1GB ƒx512) 240-pin DDR2 800mhz XMS2-6400 w/ heatspreaders. The Corsair was great, but would not take an overclock extremely nicely. It would max out it times at 5-five-5-12. Soon after getting this Kingston 2GB set, I immediately overclocked it to 4-4-4-12 (does not come that way, even though as you can read in the description it can simply be timed this way in your BIOS). WOW, this memory is mad/sick quick. Great memory for gaming in really high resolutions, has no noticeable lag times at all. If you have moderately very good cooling you must be alright (all RAM sticks with any energy get warm, this RAM does not get HOT) Rather than tell you my comp. specs., I'll just leave it as saying I have an Great gaming comupter, and this memory fits the bill to a tee. I will be finding another 2GB's this week. Kingston has the ideal technology and reputation out there. Don't be a fool, get this. none

Rapidly Runs hot! This memory appears to be developed to run at 533MHZ, not 800MHZ. You have to OVERCLOCK it to get it up to 800MHZ and four-four-four-12 timing. That means these chips are going to be putting out alot of heat into your situation.

Has the gimpy underclocked SPD for boards that are picky about memory and allows you to fine tune the settings later. Excellent warranties compared to other producers like Apacer. None so far. I originally bought two of these some months ago for my E6420 program and they worked great so why stray from a great item on my E6750 machine. The second pair operates just as good as the 1st pair does, exceptional memory selection.

When I purchased this similar 2G pair final May possibly from Newegg, the value was double what it is now, so I couldn`t resist adding an additional 2G. Kingston has changed the appear of the heat sink somewhat, with the HyperX logo getting raised letters, it looks quite cool, and provides it a feel of quality,(not that it needed it) none As other people have stated, you`ll will need to modify BIOS DRAM settings to 4-4-4-12 and 2. V for optimal performance.

...get these! I installed them and they booted right up in a BFGRAN590S motherboard (Socket AM2). It was effortless to overclock the modules DDR2 800 & adjust timings to 4-four-four-12 ƑT) at 2.0v. Operating stable as a rock for more than two weeks now. I ran Memtest 86+ overnight via 21 passes without any errors. I also like the reality that Kingston has detailed spec sheets obtainable on their internet site. (Most other providers only give standard facts or useless promoting flash.) Nice blue heatspreaders if that stuff is important to you. You have to overclock to get to DDR2 800 speeds. No massive deal if you have the appropriate motherboard. Afterwards, BIOS recognizes it as PC2 6400, but CPU-Z nevertheless sees it as PC2 5300. (Must be due to the SPD programming on the chips.) I didn't have any DDR2 sticks lying about so I wanted to make certain I had fantastic memory correct from the start off. I had some minor troubles recently with C*rs*ir and apparently other people have also. O*C'Z appears to be having excellent difficulties as well. There's a purpose Kingston can preserve their chip prices significantly higher than the competition--quality.

Excellent heat spreaders, appealing for case constructing, stable, boots at 1.8V. None Per Kingston's internet site, this RaM will boot at 5-five-5-15 ʁ.8V and need to be adjusted to 4-four-4-12 ʂ.0V to accomplish finest efficiency. Newegg lists the voltage as 1.95V, but thats not specifically proper. Delight in!

Low latency high speed. Clock timings were correct on setting. These units are really durable and properly produced. Defaulted to 5-5-5-13. I had to manually set the timings and raise the vcore to two.01 to run stable. HyperX are good units. Can be a bit additional pricey, but there excellent is unbeatable.
