Reliable and compatible. I ran 2 of these sticks with the base manufacturer sticks with no difficulties for the past 2 years. I just upgraded to 4 of these sticks with no concerns. Value for the capacity is a little steep. I have an old Sony running x86 Win7 with two gigs Ɣx512) of Kingston DDR400. The machine nevertheless gets the job carried out. |

An unbelievable value in shopping for this slab... actually it came in at about 112% so wtg~ None other than I didn`t fill all four slots with this. My gateway 507GR only permits 4 x512 DDR this mem is quicker and benchmarks faster/ far better than my * Name witheld brand Much Greater priced Memory I`m really impressed with the efficiency/ Benchmark of this ram, I would undoubtedly get it once more w/o Hesitation if I needed!*And bef I forget? Everything works fine, mine was blue, kinda attractive. I haven't had any difficulties with heat and have been in a position to overclock it to ddr470 but it was really unstable. My motherboard's bios appear to be locked so I use SysTool for most of my overclocking. I typically leave it at ddr460 which is a large raise from such low cost ram. I also fooled with the timings a tiny bit but left it at stock. two.five-three-3-7 gave me limited overclocking abilities. I wish I could apply far more voltage to my cpu and ram to see how far I could truly stress it. I only have 512mb result in of the combo acquire :( Gonna purchase one more stick soon and see how it preforms with dual channeling. Athlon 64 3400+ OC to 2.54ghz, DDR 460 and gettin prepared to overclock my 7900 gs! |

Inexpensive. Trustworthy. Readily obtainable. Moving from an XP machine (MSI KT3 Ultra mobo) to an Athlon 64 (DFI LANParty UT nForce4), although it boots and runs XP, intermittent random errors prompted me to MEMTEST +). Whilst I got errors at 200MHz, lowering it down in frequency to 166MHz did the trick. It's advertised as DDR400, but perhaps my mobo's finicky? I bought two non-"matched" sticks and shoved them into a dual-channel machine with no issues. Once more, operation with an Athlon XP 2400+ was flawless. Only when I went 64 did difficulties arise. Decent memory, otherwise. |

Installed in my old Gigabyte GA700N board, along with a 512mb stick of Corsair Value RAM and a 512mb stick of Geil Golden Dragon. Have always heard speak of not mixing and matching...under no circumstances had any problems in that regard myself. Fired up and functions fine with no concerns. None so far Good cost and functions...what far more do you want. If your a tweaker possibly you would want something various, for the typical user and casual gamer which I am, cant go incorrect. |

Was Effortless to install ! when i had Turned on my laptop or computer right after the installed i So noticed the distinction appropriate away . i had 1 GIG in here to begin with i had purchased 2 512 right here for my laptop now up to two gigs here and it is operating to smooth and fine right here ! i believe Kingston has created a Believer out of me and will go with them always i had my MEM management up ahead of its was pulling 56% now on adverage immediately after putting these two sticks in it is 28% I have seen none I suggest this product to any body ) if you need to have far more so cant go incorrect with this or any other Kingston products |

None Inside 2 days of installation, corrupted crucial OS files, such as registry. Prior to installation all was fine. Disk tested very good. Reinstalled old memory and managed to recover program with offline restore tricks and subsequent online program retore point prior to memory install. All worked fine thereafter.Subsequent examination of the two sticks I ordered shows one was single-sided and one particular was double-sided. The double-sided stick had at least three various sorts of memory chips (couldn't see below labels, so there may possibly have been more).Single-sided stick had yet a 4th kind of chip.By no means once more!!!! From now on, it's only Important memory for me. I do Pc upgrades for a living and have to stand behind my work. It's not worth saving ten-twenty bucks when I have to consume hours of work restoring damaged systems.
